Very nice place. Very clean and amazing location next door to the Fairmount and the Casino there. Many restaurants within walking distance. Quick one night stay for me, but a great stay. Owner was very pleasant and very responsive.

This is a comfortable unit in a very convenient location. We were 10 minutes from the airport, one of the best beaches on the island was right out the back gate, and all of San Juan's attractions were within a 10-20 minute Uber/drive. Luis's place included everything we needed for our stay (in unit laundry, coffeemaker, beach chairs, smart tv, etc.), and the included parking spot in the ramp was super convenient once we had the key fob for the door to the ramp's entrance to the elevators. 4 AC units kept the unit comfortable. This building is in a popular area on a busy street, so you're within walking distance of a lot of stuff, but don't expect quiet before 2 AM. Luis was super responsive with minor issues we had on arrival (missing wristbands, trouble with the lockbox, finding a tripped breaker). The entire location could use some TLC (hot tub was closed during our stay, the beach gate's key reader must have been broken as the gate was only available when manned by a guard).

They were very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Took care of us from day one. I recommend this beautiful place , it’s right in front of the beach with lovely views .

We arrived in Puerto Rico just as the entire island was reeling from a power outage. Bryan was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to check in early with an upgraded apartment., The power had come back, but, unfortunately, the city water supply had not. He supplied us with filtered water jugs and bottles. But, at the end, we had to check out since it was a little hard to use the restroom without running water. He was very understanding and also offered the full refund as we stayed only a few hours. In any case, we are very grateful to him and would have loved to stay, The place was impeccable, squeaky clean with great amenities like body lotion and handwash, which many ABBs do not seem to offer these days. Great spot - picturesque almost private beach and nice pool options. Very responsive host. Will need a car to get around.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, tucked into a little cul-de-sac off the main road. Nice open floor common space, bedrooms are set at both ends with a bathroom in between for some privacy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials, The actual location is very residential, off a very busy road with a number of local bars, restaurants and a very large marina. The best was finding that Seven Seas Beach is quick 5 minute drive, a little less than 2 miles. The beach is lovely and peaceful with plenty of shade and loads of parking. While a very doable walk, I wouldn’t recommend it, the road is narrow with no sidewalk in many stretches, and cars going a little too fast for my comfort. Enjoy Fajardo

A fantastic stay for our first visit to Puerto Rico. Make sure you head over to the Old San Juan Hotel for the nightlife.

Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay here. It was an amazing stay. It was nice and beautifully clean. The beds are so soft and well stocked with everything we would need to make our vacation more enjoyable, also not needing to spend extra money on chairs, umbrellas, coolers, or even small things like mini personal care items. We loved staying at this Airbnb and we have stayed at many, but this one was our favorite. This place is close to a lot of things like food, Walmart, other things I can’t remember, but I would like to say thank you so much for allowing our family to stay here. Host was friendly and very helpful with all her detailed info on when you get to the place, where to park, definitely made the check in process super easy and relaxed not overwhelming or stressful. Thank you again! It was a nice change from our phoenix Arizona environment especially the views.. This is my families favorite Airbnb that we have stayed in so far.

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

This was our first time staying outside of San Juan and if you’re looking for a quiet get away this was it! The security at the front gate was very friendly the hosts were also very quick with response times. Nice clean space and amazing hosts!! 10/10 recommend!!

Everything was wonderful, great location! Pool is being renovated but who needs it when you have Isla Verde Beach!

This was my first time staying at an AirBnB and did not disappoint! The apartment is very cozy and in a quiet location. Exactly as in the pictures and the description. It’s right off the main road and within driving distance of many amenities including beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and local activities/tours. Kima, her husband and their son were very attentive. Checking in everyday or so making sure we didn’t need anything and giving suggestions for entertainment. Amazing experience and already recommended it to friends and family! Thank you Kima & fam!

I had such a wonderful and relaxing time felt right at home but with better weather! I definitely recommend! Raúl was very helpful and made so easy for us to get to from the airport very fast n easy! We had assigned parking and felt safe with security at the gate. Will definitely be back soon!

My children and I had a wonderful time in San Juan. The apartment was very nice the backyard was the beach which they loved. Magda is wonderful she provided recommendations to the local children attractions. The apartment is gated with security at the front. Although it was a first floor apartment I didn’t hear the neighbors or no one above us. The airport is across the street but not walkable because it’s gated. A Uber back was $10 the grocery store Uber was $6. I would stay here again next time I travel back to San Juan if it’s available.

I really enjoyed the stay at this Airbnb, it was humble, can’t complain. Once you’re inside it felt very peaceful. Thank you for everything.

The host was very responsive and even checked in with is a couple of times just to make sure we had what we needed. The house has some nice additions like a small welcome gift, a bottle of wine, and some snacks laid out for us. The place is very easy to find. Just look for the bright neon sign inside the room with the massive glass front door. The house itself was pleasant, but the noise on the street can be a bit loud. We were there over a holiday when people were partying all night at the nearby bars, and a motorcycle parade can't through late one night. Construction either also started their day quite early to beat the heat. The windows are all ventilated, so you can seal them closed to keep out noise, but we still managed to get some sleep. Other than the noise, we enjoyed the stay. It isn't the just central location, but it worked for us.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed this house and there was plenty to do for all of us! We loved the pool, spa and pool table! We appreciated all of the different spaces so that we could be together, or separate. We grilled, made some meals, played games, and relaxed a ton, in between all of our exploring around the area - the kiosks, El Yunque Rainforest, and the new casino nearby. Thank you for making our family trip extra special!

I don't have enough time to describe all of the many reason you MUST book with them!! 1st of all the location is incredible, the home is quite literally EVERYTHING you could want in an Airbnb!. The amount of kindness and genuine hospitality we felt was incredible we have been staying at Airbnb for over 4 years and this has got to be the hands down #1 location/host ever! From helping us find places to go, to welcoming our in town visitors, even preparing local traditional dishes for us to have! They truly go above and beyond for their guests! The house comes equipped with quite literally almost anything you could possibly need! They even made a late check out possible for us with ease. I cannot stress enough how incredible these hosts are!! we will most definitely be staying here again!!! CHOSSE THEM EVERY TIME!!WISH WE COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS BECAUSE THEY ARE WORTH IT!!

This is one of the best places we have stayed in. Most Beautiful, quiet and comfy place to stay in Puerto Rico. This place was super clean and very organized. we had a lot of space to relax and un-wide. The host was very communicative and made sure we got everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place for any family needing a quiet family friendly place to vacation. Definitely 5 Stars and we would stay again.
