I have stayed in this area in the past and in this condo tower before so I was familiar with the check in and check out process. The place was well kept and the view was great. I would stay again!

Very private. It’s right in the area with the locals but is very secure. The furniture was great. All of the upgrades done to the home are great and the outdoor shower capped it all off. It’s pretty close to entertainment and the beach as well. Very satisfied

I loved this apartment! First, the building the apartment is located in is super nice. It was well maintained and had lots of safety features. I am a solo female traveler and I felt very comfortable. Second, the apartment itself was very lovely. It had great lighting and was super clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Third, the location was nice! I love walking and I was able to walk everywhere. There is a Walgreens very nearby for any last minute necessities and many restaurants nearby as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful stay! Host was super responsive and attentive. Everything worked wonderfully and the location was right next to the beach and lots of great food options. One thing to note was the laundry wasn’t the best, it’s paid and did not really work that well.

Had a pleasant stay. It’s an older home but very clean, comfortable and walkable to many restaurants and bars. Host was very helpful and attentive.

wonderful condo with ocean view. we left the window open so we could hear the ocean waves. if you are sensitive to sounds you may feel uncomfotable until 12:30am. the restaunt/bar may have late guests. building condition is aged but condo itself upto date nice and clean. money we spend was worth it.

I enjoyed my stay. I appreciated the location close to the beach and airport, cleanliness and that the housing had extra amenities like a hair dryer, sun tan lotion, beach towels, etc.

Javier was quick to respond to questions and did his best to sccomodate an early check-in. Friendly, clear instructions, easy check-in and out.

I love this place. It was clean private and my favorite, a short walk to the beach. I would totally come back to this property. The host was very responsive when needed.

Apartment was very nice, modern and clean. Very good location for walking to stores and restaurants. Outside of the building was in rough shape, and the pool was dirty, but we spent most of our time right there on the beach. Short walk to a very nice area on the beach and beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

This was an amazing pick. Ami was a great host. We stayed in PR for my son’s 13th birthday and Ami even set up balloons for our entry. Endless suggestions were given on where to go and what to do. 10/10 stay

Kat was such a great host! She was responsive, had clear instructions, and tons of recommendations prior to my stay. The studio was exactly as pictured, alongside stunning views, quick access to the beach through the building, and a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food spots to choose from. The stay had everything I needed and more, with the bonus of how beautiful designed the space was. I’d definitely love to stay at here or another one of Kat’s listings again!

We really enjoyed our stay, it was exactly as pictured. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a pharmacy across the street which came in handy for anything we may of forgotten. The location was also ideal to get a cheap Uber to Old San Juan and other local beaches which we wanted to check out. It was very helpful/appreciated that beach towels, a backpack cooler, beach chairs and rolling cooler were available for our use. We definitely recommend and can't wait to plan our next trip back!

First time in PR, this was the perfect place to stay. Centrally located, on the beach, great pool. The host was responsive, accommodating, and gave great recommendations. The condo was the perfect size for 2. It had a balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool great place for morning coffee or after beach cocktail. The condo had everything you need including a Dyson hair dryer. It also had a great pool. I would stay there again!!

We had an amazing time and loved the place! It was in the middle of everything. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

Condado Del Mar and Frances place was perfect! Beautiful! Security Guards were so friendly! Locals were so friendly! Pool was awesome! The condo was so beautiful and the beds were so comfortable that it was hard to get out of bed! Grocery store was so close and the beach was glorious!! It was very safe! I hate elevators but we were shocked how fast it gets you down to ground level! Zero power outages here! Would stay here again for sure!!!

We absolutely loved this apartment. The beach is literally your back yard and the pool is an option as well. We felt extremely safe. I had 2 teenagers and 2 young adults with me. The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Upon arrival they didn’t have power but apparently it’s common on the island. The power was back on in a few hours. It was never uncomfortable because we had the door and windows open allowing the ocean breeze to keep the place cool. The host was very responsive and provided a flashlight. The guys at the beach were very accommodating with the beach chairs and umbrellas. The apartment provided 4 beach chairs, beach towels and now 2 boogie boards courtesy of my teens. Ubering can vary in price. We paid $60 to get to old San Juan one night and the next paid $10. You have a Walgreens across the street along with various other restaurants. I ordered groceries on line from SuperMax. They delivered to my door. Ordering was all in Spanish.

The hosts were so responsive and allowed us to check in early when our flight got in early. The views look exactly like the pictures- it was STUNNING. Such a good location too. Walkable to coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store. Overall a great stay for our spring break!

Excellent place to stay, not only for the inside of the apartment but the convenience of everything close by. There is a 24/7 grocery store across the street that has everything you need and more. Whiting walking distance you will find local restaurants and US franchises. The apartment is exactly as the pictures and the morning view of the beach is breathtaking. You just need to walk the parking lot and you'll have your feet in the sand, nothing can compete to this. Water heater and both living room and bedroom AC works perfectly, super comfy bed and couch, everything was squeaky clean. Edwin left for our use beach towels and a little cooler to use which was a great add on. The communication with Edwin was A+ at all times, the electricity went off for a few hours and he was always in contact with me and giving me updates of the situation, I truly appreciate it. Definitely a great host.

Awesome location, beautiful view, literally on the beach. Apartment was clean, spacious, and well set up for our trip. Would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Great place for a couple to stay. Right down the street from a beautiful beach. Access to a reserved parking spot was great to have. Walking distance from many restaurants. Like other reviews, the water pressure in the shower was low and often was slow draining. Would definitely stay again. AC worked really well.

We had a wonderful family vacation at K's place in Isla Verde! We stayed for a long weekend with our young kids (ages 1 and 5) and the condo was perfectly set up for families. Having such easy access to the beach was so nice, and K even provided beach toys that the kiddos loved. She was also so accommodating and helpful in coordinating our baby equipment rentals (crib, high chair, etc.), working directly with the rental company to make the drop-off and pick-up easier so that everything was ready for us when we got there. Overall we had a great trip and would absolutely stay here again!

This place was exactly as pictured. 15 minute walk to the grocery store. Beach access right from the backyard. Umbrellas and beach chairs right in the closet. 10/10

Our family of 4 (parents and 2 teen boys) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Feb 2025. The location is unbeatable and loved being steps from the vibrant beach and great restaurants! The building itself is dated, but that is instantly forgotten walking into the condo which was nothing short of luxurious. Host was quickly responsive throughout our trip (but everything was outlined so well, communication wasn’t necessary) The rooftop terrace was unbeatable for yoga in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We easily Uber’d to OSJ and rented a car to explore the rainforest and rest of the island. We would absolutely stay here again!
