Our stay at Lazaro’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe in the area, which was a huge plus since it was just me and my girlfriend on this trip. The Airbnb itself was spotless, comfortable, and the air conditioning was on point. exactly what we needed after exploring beautiful Puerto Rico! Lazaro was an amazing host!!! super responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. We had an unforgettable time and will 100% be booking this Airbnb again on our next trip. Gigi is incredibly helpful and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again. Parking is available and easy. The location is in a gated community which made us feel safe and secured. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and landmarks including Viejo San Juan is about a 15min car ride.

Good location with beach behind. Water pressure when showering is lacking, as well as hot water. PR is hot anyways, if u can tolerate those thing it's a good stay.

Esta muy cerca de la universidad. Pase tres meses y la verdad que fue inmejorable.La cama muy cómoda y amplia, hay útiles de cocina, lavandería etc. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente durante una estancia larga. Cerca hay un gimnasio y un supermercado. Melody y Gabi son muy agradables, y estan pendientes de ti, nos acogieron de forma espectacular. Solo puedo darles las gracias por que realmente nos hicieron sentir en familia.

The best stay in Puerto Rico was here! The water pressure was really the only minor inconvenience but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay! His home was nice and clean, private and close to everything! Probably the prettiest home on the block! The hot tub- fire! I highly recommend! I’ll make sure to book his place the next time I’m back in Puerto Rico! Thank you for your hospitality and for being responsive and communicating with me throughout my stay(: until next time!

Carlas was very friendly and responsive. The location is on the second floor of the building and fairly straightforward to figure out. The place was clean and at a good spot close to a 24/7 food place and easy access to beach. Would recommend.

This AirBnB was exactly as expected! Wonderful. The place was perfect for us-we spent 5 nights there and Walsh always gave us recommendations. Amazing hosts! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Very clean! We will be back!

This place was fantastic! It’s in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, and I loved walking around just to admire the houses. Plus, it’s an easy walk to the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing stay. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Thank you for your accommodation, it was amazing starting from the beginning when I booked was great, until we leave the property. One of the team was outside and she was so nice with my grandma. Great location, easy to walk to the ocean and many shops, restaurants and grocery. Simple, private, secure dwelling with lovely garden on quiet residential street. Great hot water in the shower! The air conditioning also worked well; sometimes we turned it off to open the windows, as they have hurricane shutters. Our hosts responded quickly to any questions, and were very helpful with recommendations and storing our bags for our late-afternoon flight. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

Five stars all the way. Excellent communication. My family of five stayed a week over Christmas: all adults. You are exactly 3 blocks from Ocean Park Beach. They kindly provide you with Turkish towels for the beach! Must do's a few blocks away: Kasalta for coffee, Serrano ham, fresh bread each day, & tortilla Espanol, a great yoga place, great Italian place, & a scooter ride to Old San Juan if you don't want to walk. We loved the gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. Communication was excellent. Super fast, clear and always kind and helpful. We were there for an island wide power outage, & luckily the house had a generator. A few suggested upgrades: A 4 cup coffee maker for a 3 bedroom house should be replaced with a a full sized one. It would be nice if the beds had real comforters, instead of thin blankets. A salad bowl to mix things in. Master bedroom needs a dresser. We never unpacked bc there was nowhere to put our clothes, but other two bedrooms did. We had a shoe rack for clothes.

Eileen was so welcoming and enthusiastic about experiencing Puerto Rico. She offered a lot of great information about the area and things to do during our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and so close to the beach!

This is an excellent place and we had a wonderful stay. The quality of the location and accommodations were only exceeded by the warmth and graciousness of Nelson our host. The house is minutes from the beach and though surrounded by myriad restaurants and conveniences, it is situated in a quiet neighborhood - with parking (driveway or street). When inside, keep open the valances in the windows, and a soft, ocean breeze will keep the air fresh and temperate, or close them and air conditioning can cool the whole house- or just one room. After the beach, or a day hiking the rain forest, we loved rinsing/cooling off in the outdoor shower before taking a very short drive to Old San Juan for dinner, to enjoy the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico (MAPR), or to visit another gorgeous local neighborhood. Finally, we were able to do a load of laundry to ready ourselves for our departure to the airport/rental car location, which albeit tragic, was at least an even shorter distance. Now, back in Boston, shoveling out from another snowstorm, we could not be happier to include this lovely home in our fond vacation memories!

This was by far one of our favorite air bnb’s that we have stayed in. The backyard was absolutely beautiful and you can tell how much time and work they put into making it such a peaceful place! The hosts were very friendly and did everything to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. I would stay here anytime i came to Puerto Rico! We had the best experience here!

We had a wonderful stay at Marci’s property! From start to finish, Marci was exceptional at keeping in constant communication with us, ensuring that everything met our expectations. The property itself was perfect for our needs and made us feel safe around the clock. (Especially with very late arrival and very early departure) We chose the two-apartment setup, which worked out beautifully. One apartment is connected to the main property (but seperate), while the other is completely separate, and both have their own entrances with a shared entrance to the property. This arrangement was ideal since my wife and I stayed in one unit, and my father-in-law stayed in the other. The location is excellent, peaceful and close enough to San Juan and other destinations around the island for convenient day trips. The property was recommended to us by family who live nearby in Guaynabo, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. We will definitely recommend to others! Thank you Marci!!
