Great place, exactly what was marketed. It was loud at night and the shower was either burning or freezing but nothing out of the ordinary when you’re staying somewhere new. Would definitely book again.

Super close to VSJ/metro area. Host was very communicative and made sure we were well. The neighborhood was calm as well. Thank you!

Great condo. Newer with lots of amenities. Would recommend having a second key fob for all guests. Host communicated very quickly and was able to provide a second key fob. Thanks for a great stay.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and comfy. The host was responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a spot close the airport and different beaches. I would definitely come again.

Erick’s place was awesome! I stayed with a group of 6 friends and we loved the house. Easy check in, responsive host, clean space and a lot of fun. The surrounding area was a blast and also felt super safe. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

We were a group of 9, and stayed in apartments 301 & 302, for a week. Both apartments were as described in the listings. Kitchen counters are a bit tight if you plan on utilizing the space for more than just breakfast. The various layers of security, like locked gates to the parking areas, locked main door to the apartment building, and locks on the individual apartments are nice but a bit cumbersome at times. Overall, a good experience.

Albin was flexible and communicative during our check in. He provided recommendations, clear instructions, and was friendly during our entire stay. The place looks just as it does in the photos - it was beautiful. The location makes a short trip to different areas/towns, and I enjoyed that we seemed to be in a local area. There were cafes within walking distance as well. We would stay here again!

Jose was a lovely host for a lovely place. The location was ideal for all we wanted to see, and Ubers were affordable from the area too! The patio spaces (yes 2!) were nice to dry our wet bathing suits or enjoy a drink while listening for the coqui frogs at night. We were really appreciative that Jose arranged for us to hold our bags after check out so we could enjoy the last hours unburdened before flying home. The beach is literally at the end of the street and beach towels were provided too! I saw another post say there was not hot water, but there was! It just takes a moment to heat up (I assume it’s a small shared water heater). Overall wonderful experience and will recommend this place to others!

The accommodation was very spacious and very clean. It was more than we expected in the most positive way. There is an area nearby within walking distance that offers great options for food. Very authentic food and clubs in a safe a welcoming atmosphere.

This place was ideal for our family of 2 adults 2 children. Location was middle point to all of our planned activities and was walking distance to a few restaurants.

Home was just as listed. If you are a light sleeper you will hear everything from traffic to roosters and dogs. Pool area was our favorite spot when not out and about. Everything is 15 mins away depending on traffic. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Amazing stay. The place was beautiful! Very comfortable. Will book again! The jets on the hot tub however did not work ( unless I didn’t know how to work it lol) overall very nice place. One thing I’d like to point out which was a little unusual was that the place was unlocked upon arrival. Might’ve been cleaning but still. Either way my cousin & I really enjoyed our stay here!

Terrance was amazing. Super responsive, helped us with all issues, pool is super clean, A/c was amazing. If you had to force me to say something negative, I’d be at a loss of words. I hope I can book this for the future!

We were a group of 10, and finding a space that comfortably fit us all was a challenge. It came down to Francheska’s place and one other, but we chose this one for the pool and easy beach access. The host was incredibly accommodating from the start, even helping us find a private chef and recommending local spots. Check-in instructions were detailed, and the rooms looked exactly as pictured—beautifully renovated with great attention to guest comfort. The spacious rooms and bathrooms made our stay even better. The common area was perfect for gathering, and the stocked bar and fridge were a great touch at no extra cost. Security was excellent, with cameras at every entrance and safe access mechanisms. Ubers had no trouble picking us up. Being in a residential area, we tried to keep noise down, but some sound carries. The beach is much closer than expected—just a minute away! Restaurants, bakeries, Walgreens, and a supermarket are also within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb was just as what the description says. Close enough to the main attractions but also the peace of enjoying the outdoors. The Airbnb was also big enough to accommodate my group of 10 which was very nice. We enjoyed the place. Thank you!

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

Location & Value for Location! What a value! Leon’s place is clean, well organized & equipped with everything you’ll need. It’s located next to the Old San Juan hotel giving you access to amazing restaurants just a walking distance away. You walk out to the pool, a park and the beach right at your footsteps. There are Jet ski rentals on the beach, and a fun beach restaurant just 2 doors down to enjoy cocktails or a meal. There are beach chairs and umbrella rental available on the beach but no worries because Leon also provide chairs. We really loved this place and would love to return. Thanks Leon!

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

This is a stunning, well-appointed apartment tucked into the heart of Old San Juan. You simply cannot beat the location. It was a luxurious space with ample room for 2 people. The kitchen was fully equipped, the master bedroom was very comfortable, and we also enjoyed the TV room and courtyard with water fountain. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a really wonderful time here! Rufo was extremely helpful with local recommendations, communication, and instructions. The complex was excellent - the pool, the security, the cleanliness, the very convenient location. Rufo left us some bottled water in the fridge, a selection of sunscreen, and the use of pool toys and beach chairs. The futon was all set up to use as a bed. The little restaurant downstairs - El Batey - was amazing! Our 3-day stay was exactly what we needed, and I highly recommend Rufo and this unit. Thanks, Rufo!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed to step off the plane and head straight to the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs towels and umbrella. Peace of mind having a gated key fob entrance as well! Hope this available next year when we come back!
