Hector and Kim’s place was a little slice of heaven! This was one of the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. They made it such a great experience! The place is breathtaking any hours of the day. We will definitely come back! Loved it beyond words!

What a great experience! Joanne and Eli's place is perfect for a climbing trip. They were super friendly and Eli has tonnes of knowledge about all the nearby climbing, especially Flying Coconut which is on their farm 2 minutes drive up the road (and has amazing routes). The apartment is a really nice space to hang out, has a good kitchen, and felt private. Note that there is no AC, but we found the temperature comfortable with the fans. There is a little bit of noise from the road but generally very peaceful after dark. There was also the cutest little cat that would hang out with us on the patio in the evenings. We loved our stay, and wish we could have stayed longer.

Super cute studio with a great design! Two people move easily and the beds are comfortable! Great location close to everything!

Staying at Melody's place for my first week in San Juan was the absolute BEST decision I could have made. I just moved to PR, and Melody made me feel right at home when I arrived. During the week, she invited me to a holiday dinner, introduced me to some of her friends and another guest on the property, and even drove me and the other guest to Guavate to eat at a local restaurant and shop at an authentic, hand-made souvenir shop there. She gave me many recommendations for San Juan and her neighborhood (which, by the way, is AWESOME - go to El Boricua for fantastic live music!). The Wi-Fi was super fast, laundry was easy to access, and everything was comfy and clean. 10/10 would recommend any of Melody's places!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in what felt like a rainforest retreat center. I am glad I read the reviews about everyone wishing they could stay longer. We stayed 3 nights, which gave us plenty of time to relax, cook some veggie-based meals (which I was craving), and explore. We enjoyed getting to know Thirty and her work with both the reforestation project and her art. The hike around the property and to the waterfall was amazing. We went into nearby Guavate one weekend afternoon and had a blast listening to live music, dancing, and trying the food along the popular pork highway. If we'd had room in our luggage, it would have been a great place to shop for souveniers. I am sure we will return to this magical spot!

The stay was great, very clean, and at an amazing location. When we first entered the unit, it had almost like an outdoor shed smell; but quickly dissipated once the AC’s were turned on. The host accommodated an early check in, which severely helped us get a head start on our plans in San Juan. The neighborhood was nice, the price was extremely reasonable, and I felt like a true local. I see myself staying in this unit again for my future trips to Puerto Rico.

Joseph and Amber are so nice and understanding,, they have a beautiful place,, this was my first time in puerto rico and joseph was very helpful pointed out some good spots gave me some good drivers ,, i'd definitely recommend to book with them.🩷

Welcoming and pleasing aesthetic. Host was responsive but it took awhile. Host was accommodating with luggage drop off when I had an early flight. The only thing that I wish was clear was that it's a guest house to the house shown, so entrance is on the side. Also hot water was more like warm but it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that it was a safe, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again and definitely recommend. Very clean and modern.

We loved our stay at Judith’s place. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. The apartment was charming with a lovely outdoor seating area. The location was great - lots of restaurants in walking distance and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This place felt right at home! The pictures capture this space perfectly. Gabriel was very responsive and if needed will call from his personal number for faster assistance! Neighbors and neighborhood is quite but also around plenty of food places as well and a supermarket, bakery and no more than 7 minutes from the airport! This place is perfect for a little couples get away!

Perfect balance of tranquil peace and accessibility to the highway. All the needed amenities were there and there’s nothing better than washing your clothes before heading back home. Will definitely be coming back!

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, we enjoyed our stay! It's close to Ocean Park beach but because it's a gated community, you have to exit via the front entrance of the gated community which added on 10-15 mins.

Lissette has a great, cozy and convenient place! The bed is soft. The kitchenette has everything you might need. It has a cool Volky theme. It is well equipped and nice spaces for a small apartment.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! Juan is a lovely and charming host! He gladly helped us with anything we needed including local recommendations and was easily available by phone. The patio is 360 epic view. The house is cottage style and has everything you need with an outdoor kitchen. There is a bit of noise in the neighborhood and with the wind so if that bothers you, you might want to consider that, but I didn’t mind!

Nixon is the ideal host for a place that’s just a 15-minute walk from and several local beaches and restaurants. The location, though not exactly downtown, is still easily accessible by foot. The apartment was also very well-furnished with all the necessary amenities for our stay. We encountered a slight issue with the check-in process, but Nixon was incredibly helpful and flexible in resolving it. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a very smooth and easy stay here! The instructions for check-in and check-out were very thorough. It was easy to get many places from the Airbnb. There are lots of walkable places and uber is widely available for longer distances. As other guests mentioned and the host is very clear about communicating, this is a 2nd floor location with no kitchen. There was a small fridge and coffee maker, a large closet area, lots of storage, plenty of towels. The host promptly brought a hair dryer when we couldn’t find one. There are neighborhood and city noises at night, and it’s not dark in the room at night, but my earplugs and eye mask did the trick. Again, we were prepared because the listing is very clear! We would gladly return here! Thanks for a lovely stay and great communication.

Okay, this guy is above and beyond as a host! He was there to let me in at a rather late hour after a wedding party and he didn't blink an eye. So very friendly and helpful with information. I could tell the moment I met him that he was a great person, just one of those things! His apartment space is just so cool, very stylish and hip, and so tidy. Everything you need is right there in the space. Lots of great restaurants close by and an easy walk to the beach. He tracked down some dancing venues for me and helped with other recommendations as well. The most amazing surprise was that he offered to take me to the airport as he was running some errands that afternoon! Who does THAT?!?!! Well, I guess He does! Jose has a wonderful energy about him and has a lovely Airbnb. I would definitely recommend staying there and will try to stay with him again when I return. Thank you, so much, Jose, for all your help and for being such a nice person. Not always easy to find these days
