This place was great. It had everything we needed and wanted. The host were very friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure we were good. They informed us of all of the near by activities and restaurants. The pool nice the common area did everything it needed to do. Definitely will recommend!

Fernando was the best host I’ve had so far on Airbnb. He was thorough from beginning to end. The instructions were very well explained step by step, and he even made a video and images to illustrate how to get in and around the property. Situated in a secluded gated community on the beach in the heart of San Juan. Very close to the airport and all the action of Old San Juan. Fernando was extremely accommodating to our needs, he allowed us to check in early and check out late according to our flight situation. The house doesn’t have a washer and dryer but they have one on the property that he will allow you to use if needed. It has a beautiful pool that is shared amongst the three homes on the property but we found ourselves alone every time we went which was nice. The house and all things on the property were nice and clean. Fernando was very attentive and responsive anytime I had a question or needed something. I would recommend this to anyone planning on staying in the area. 10/10!!

I just have to say the stay was well worth it Leonel was an awesome hosts, very attentive to our needs, the place it’s self is even more beautiful than the pictures, it’s a super relaxing and quiet neighborhood, my favorite part was that pollo tropical the restaurant was a minute in walking distance, the beach is literally in walking distance as well, I usually don’t leave reviews but this one was well deserved!! (:

All of the positive reviews about Joelis are very true! Our flight was canceled and we ended up arriving over 24 hours later than we expected. She was extremely accommodating and actually moved back our entire reservation by a day, which truly saved our trip. As for the building itself, the other reviews were extremely accurate. Very enjoyable stay!

Had a fantastic stay at this property! Highly recommend staying here. Perfectly situated to walk almost anywhere in Condado. Could hear some noise from the neighbors but I think this was more of a one-off problem. Can bring some earplugs if you’re concerned about sound. Otherwise absolutely no complaints. Beds were comfortable, hosts were responsive, and this place was worth every penny. This is a gem in a really cool neighborhood. Enjoy!

Great stay at Fernando’s villa. Space was as advertised, clean, modern, and comfortable. And the pool was such a worthwhile bonus. It’s shared with the two other villas, but we only saw another group once. There’s a small beach less than a 5 min walk away, you can almost see it from the entrance to the villa. But this spot is pretty small, and a little rocky. About 20 min further east is Isla Verde, a great, wide beach. About 20 mins the other way is Playa Ocean Park. This was a more narrow beach, close to the street, but a nice walk along the water. Our favorite beach was Balneario El Escambrón, about a 15 min Uber ride from Fernando’s place. Beautiful, peaceful location with palm trees and lots of fish in the water. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent as well. Fernando was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from arrival to departure.

Stayed with our family of 8! We loved the 3 separate apartments leaving good privacy with all of us not in one house. Close to the main road and nice and quiet location. Will definitely recommend and save for our next trip!

This place really was perfect for our family and friend gathering. It was a 30th birthday celebration. We had the garage which was great, very secure and safe. Only surprise was that the beach is rocky and you can't safely swim in the water because the surf is so strong, crashing on the rocky beach. The host was fantastic and we needed the orientation; she couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.

This property is magical, I felt like I was on a movie set. We were three families, each with children, and we had more than enough space as we were all in separate houses. The attention to detail - the landscaping, the chairs, the art, the lights at night -- everything made it so nice and comfortable, and personable. It felt authentic and not like a dull hotel room. There was plenty of hot water -- which is usually a challenge with so many family members. Staying on a farm was charming, and yes the roosters were up early, but nothing a little white noise didn't block. We even had a NYE party for our group on the grounds, and it felt like we had a private resort to ourselves. The electricity on the entire island went out on New Year's Eve, but Barbie had generators, and we would have never known the electricity was even out. Definitely recommend this property for a large group or big family. And listen and put on the bug spray as soon as you arrive -- and you'll never get bit! :)

We had a great stay at Jose’s property! Ruben was very responsive and helpful with check in. Our flight got pushed up earlier than anticipated and he was able to meet us at the property and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore and relax while they finished getting the house ready for us. We loved the pool / outdoor area and the neighborhood felt very safe. Overall, it was a great stay and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

I've been booking Airbnbs for over 6 years now, a total of 30+ different homes, across both the US and Puerto Rico. And after this past week, I can say that this is the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. And, Javier is the best host we have ever had and it's not even close. He was so kind, thoughtful and sweet. Javier happened to be their when we arrived and he immediately made a great impression. I let him know it was my daughter's wedding that week and also that a couple of days ago was my wife's birthday. Later that day, he arrived with flowers for my daughter and a birthday cake for my wife, what host does that? He later shared loads of dinning and activity options and was very responsive to my ever request or concern, just a great host. His place is really roomy, clean and very well stocked with everything you'll need. The pool and it's whirlpool is also very nice. The pictures don't do it justice, better seen in real life. I highly recommend this place, really nice!

My stay at this BnB was wonderful! The space was inviting and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful retreat. The host was friendly and attentive very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet no walking distance places but the stay is worth the aesthetic. First thing I appreciated was how understanding Ricardo was, as we arrived later than expected due to a canceled flight. Any issues that arose, which weren’t many, he was very quick to respond and provide a solution. The only thing I would say could use some work is the yard could use a little more maintenance if the goal is to match the photos precisely, specifically pressure washing would make a world of difference, fix pool sticks or invest in new ones, hang dart board back up as pictured and provide darts. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay so much!! The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed! We were even gifted a papaya from the landscaper. View was amazing with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby.

Robert was a great host! Very friendly and very responsive. The house was great and the bathrooms were recently updated. They had drinks waiting in the fridge and pool floats for my boys to enjoy. They had beach towels. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots and pans to even salt and pepper and Pam. I would definitely recommend this house! It was an easy location outside of downtown San Juan and close to the airport.

I highly recommend you booking your stay at Kelvin house it was an amazing stay my kids had a blast everything was so clean and beautiful he was a very amazing host I will definitely book with him again a thousand times the pool was amazing and the hot tub definitely was a plus thank you so much Kelvin hope to book with you again !!!!

Enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb for a group of 12 people. Downfalls: Hard to locate for Uber driver Description did not say there was 3 separate apartment units Cockroaches in downstairs villa Ants as well in every unit Keypad to get inside units is very sensitive and wonky, but was able to contact host who helped us with issues

The house was beautiful and it almost felt like we had our very own private resort. The place was clean and at first there were a few bugs (we are in the woods so that’s expected) but bug spray was provided. The pool area was very nice I just wished there was more light at night because we went for frequent late night swims but other than that I have absolutely no complaints. The host was always responsive which was super helpful because we got lost trying to find the house a few times. We loved the Mountain View and we were far from everyone so we could make as much noise as we wanted at night without disturbing anybody. Would recommend this house for anybody looking for a getaway with a large group of friends. Just be mindful to rent a car if you stay here because the Ubers will leave you stranded.

This was a nice stay. Peace & quiet. Everything looked like the pictures and was very relaxing. Carlos was available when needed and answered all of my questions.
