Super Preis leistungsverhältnis, wir haben die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es war kein Problem. Sehr netter Besitzer und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host & co-host was friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy for us. If you like privacy, peace and quiet, this location has two rooms overlooking the sea and an excellent protected coral reef for experienced snorkelers, a view of the channel and Cebu. If you want Dumaguete nightlife and restaurants, its a 45 to 60 minute drive. A bit tricky to find the red gate the first time, just past the CK gas station going north from San Jose. There are lots of carendarias nearby, and a nice rooftop resto at Wuthering Heights about 5 min drive. Best enjoyed if you have a car, but local transport is cheap/abundant during the day. At this time, the highway north from Dumaguete is under construction in numerous places, and at night, many motorcycles and tricycles drive without lights -- so you really need to pay attention. There are many new fast cars, trucks and buses, but these are often blocked in single lane areas by slow moving motorcycles, tricycles and jeepneys -- so beware -- lots of illegal passing going on... Super nice host and staff.

Comfortable stay at this apartment. Very accommodating and always staff onsite. Served our needs well for 2 nights in Dumaguete. Would recommend

Had a good experience here with my friends. We were able to enjoy the amenities, like the kitchen, the grill, the swimming pool! The place is silent at night, so you can just fully relax and unwind. It also gets a bit cozy, so really perfect for those who love coffee (and they have an espresso machine). Adriaan, the host, is very very approachable, and communicates well with the guests. He is very understanding too, if you are looking for something specific, he will do his best to give it to you and make your stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I really appreciate him I booked suddenly in late night and informed expected check in time will be 4~5am. it was for my gf travel. but she was late regarding ferry's delaying. though he just waited for long time kindly. thank you so much. unless your kindness, my gf might spent time in strange place without friends...

Great deal!! Okay location 20mins walk to paliton far from the busy street/restaurant and bar but theres 1 restaurant next door (its quite expensive) the room is big!!! Huge bathroom too!

We miss siquijor already. Ms. Teresa’s airbnb is about a 20-‘minute bike from the town. It’s quite up in the mountains, so it is very cold at night. Place was also very quiet and peaceful. It had all the listed amenities so we were able to cook some days and save. They are also very responsive and accommodating. They have a motor you can rent so we were able to go around the whole island. Also, they have a sweet momma cat and introverted dog that cracks us up, lol! Overall place is a steal for its price! They also have a second room that isn’t listed so i guess you could ask ms. teresa if that’s available if you’re a bigger group, we aren’t really sure. Will def be back

Definitely worth it! Lukasz has been an amazing host and has been super helpful in every way possible 😊 We were well taken care of from the very beginning of our stay, we didn’t have to worry about having to find a rental vehicle either since he also offers a rental motorbike/cars. The mountain residence is a very beautiful relaxing place to unwind, stunning views of Cebu from the patio. ⛰️ The house is in perfect condition, very stunning home! It sure will make you feel at home 🥹 Very serene and perfect place to getaway from the city life and would definitely recommend it for people who want to stay off the grid with a beautiful nature surrounding you.💆🏼‍♀️ The house comes with a friendly dog that’s going to welcome you when you arrive. 💗 Overall 10/10! 🌴

le logement de tia est unique au milieu de la jungle et loin des touristes. expérience inédite mais il ne faut pas avoir peur des petites bêtes comme les djeco, blattes, fourmis...les habitants à côté du logement sont toujours là pour vous aider ou vous conseiller. le plus, on peut aller en 10 minutes à pied à cambugahay en autonomie par la forêt avant l'ouverture du site+++

打爆5星 推荐大家第一站都选这家作为锡岛的落脚点。第一次来锡岛，很多事情不清楚，问老板都会很耐心地回答。 第一天来刚好是年夜饭，老板非常nice邀请我们一起吃年夜饭！！下次还来老板这里住 顺便想说 锡岛请多呆几天！我感觉能待一周

Si vous souhaitez réserver une maison avec cuisine, vue sur la mer, au calme et proche des nombreuses chutes d'eau avec une bonne connection internet, la maison dAdam est idéale pour un court où long séjour, la vue sur la mer est fantastique, Adam est venu nous chercher en voiture au port et a toujours été très réactif et de bon conseil. La proximité des chutes d'eau est un plus ainsi que l'accès facile à Lazi qui est un village nettement moins fréquenté que San Juan avec un marché de fruits et légumes, poissons ainsi que pas mal de restaurants et boulangeries. La maison est très grande et bien équipée, l'internet rapide via satellite est un plus, un séjour parfait pour nous. Il est préférable de louer un scooter et Adam nous a aussi aidé à ce sujet. Hautement recommandé si vous cherchez le calme, la vue et les grandes maisons avec cuisine.
