Highly recommend for anyone staying in the bay and looking for an experience like home. Having lived in the bay before, Julia's spot is an ideal location - private, clean, spacious, and central to south bay. Looking forward to booking with Julia next time I'm back!

This place was so cozy and perfect for our group! There are a total of 5 rooms which was plenty of space for my group. Our favorite was the three bedrooms with the master en-suite bathrooms attached (it was perfect for the older people in our group). And checkin was very easy and parking. We will return again in the future!

Payal’s place is awesome, big house with lots of rooms for everyone in my party. Enough bathrooms for everyone. Very clean and very airy with lots of windows. The neighborhood is quiet and very near the shopping area. Wished we could have stayed longer as it feels like a vacation home. Thank you Payal.

Dave was a great host who communicated well. His house was very clean and matched his photos and description exactly. The house was perfect for our needs and we had a great trip to the Bay Area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Berkeley that’s within walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. Street parking was available but we did have to walk a few blocks. Though this is pretty expected in Berkeley and it was a Saturday night.

Sunny’s place was a perfect home base for our stay in Berkeley. The location was incredibly convenient and the space was perfect for a family of 4.

What a beautiful spacious place to stay. Our family of 6 loved it. Everyone had their privacy and we could all gather in the living room and dining room at once with plenty of seating. There was easy access to various places around the city. Overall it was one of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed at. Thank You for making our family vacation wonderful.

Needed a place for a few days… and fell in LOVE with this hidden gem!!! Amazing hosts- Lori& Mike are the best! They are friendly , helpful and inviting- while simultaneously giving privacy and space. Not to mention all of the amazing work they are doing in and for the community- check out their bio!! The accommodations were beautiful, peaceful and intentional. And CLEAN!! Every space well curated. Home felt like a hug- and was filled with treasures! Looking forward to a return trip!! overall good stay! love the amenities of the condo, especially the gym, very good equipments and space. the location of the condo is not close to any supermarkets or restaurants, but as we had a car, this was not an issue at all.

I booked this home for my colleagues from overseas, and they had a fantastic stay. The host was highly professional and responsive, promptly addressing all requests and ensuring everyone’s comfort throughout their visit. Thank you Maria. We were there for work but had a day off in between. We were planning on spending our day off doing something off property but we were already in the most beautiful place we could imagine. We felt like we were in our own private spa. Pool, Hot Tub, Spectacular flowers, grapevines, dining table on the patio and more outdoor space. The beds were comfortable and the bath & kitchen were both very nice. Hope to come back again and spend more time off at your Casita. Thanks again!!

My family (parents, grandparents, and kids) stayed at this great waterfront home in March 2025. My kids loved the heated pool, hot tub, and kayak! We liked the well appointed kitchen and having lots of space to spread out across the five bedrooms. The only downside is that’s it’s a bit on the well used side and could use touch-ups here and there and one bedroom is a loft so we had to be aware of the noise level downstairs. That didn’t stop us from having a great time and using this as our jumping off point to the city (15-30 min depending on traffic) or North Bay for hiking, oysters, and wine.

Feng’s home was lovely and very spacious! We had a group of 8 guests staying and it could accommodate a larger group very well! Thank you for a lovely accommodation, Feng!

The house for our needs perfectly and Noel was helpful when we let him know of a couple small issues. The kitchen was perfect for our family dinners together so we didn’t have to worry about eating out each meal.

Pool, Hot Tub and location close to airport plus downtown made the place stellar. Thanks to the hosts on being so responsive and communicative.

This guest suite was perfect, checking in and out was smooth and easy and our time there was very comfortable and private. Exceeded our expectations and made our trip to San Jose so much better!

My stay for two nights was very comfortable and lots of amenities were provided in the Airbnb. Lots of kitchen amenities and shower products were available (shampoo + conditioner). Very comfortable bed and nice lineans. Spacious backyard which I brought my small dog with me. She also enjoyed her stay. Very clear instructions to follow to get inside. Plenty of parking on the side of the house. Highly recommended Li's Airbnb!

This place made us want to sell our home and move in. It was perfect, quaint, clean, had amazing amenities. The neighborhood was adorable, amazing views.... 10000000/10. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.

It’s a very private abode even though you share a gated entrance with the owner. Barry couldn’t have been friendlier and had a great spirt about him. We nerded out on landscaping, tiny homes, and rivers. He sold me on giving the American River some of my time this year. I’d absolutely stay here again. The only real issue was the effort to climb down a ladder half awake. I did it in the dark so I wouldn’t lose my cat eyes and wake up too fast. There’s plenty of outside lounging areas and the views are pretty. I had a decent view of the night sky to the east and above. The town may be busy but you’re perched hillside under some great live oaks. The neighborhood was full of quiet families and quirky houses that are truly Marin County in nature. Open space trails are just uphill and the town is just down. It’s very convenient to everything.

The Retreat was a very nice tiny home, perfect for me and my dog. The yard is enclosed with a beautiful garden and areas to sit and enjoy the smells. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk up in the Oakland Hills. The views of the Bay Area are spectacular. I would definitely recommend it.
