My husband, myself and another couple stayed in Terri’s beautiful condo. Our stay was delightful! First, the photos do not lie; the place well furnished, tastefully decorated and upgraded linens. Secondly, the rooftop patio was not only provided a beautiful vista of the ocean, but also provided us a way to converse with neighbors who were enjoying their patio. Oh, and the whales! We saw them from the patio and up close and personnel at the Pismo Beach pier. My husband and I stayed in AirBnB’s for over 10 years, and accounting for the location, activities, cleanliness and lovely accommodations, this is the best place we have rented. It was a perfect spot to escape the heat wave the Sacramento area was and still is experiencing. A wonderful Italian restaurant, Rosa’s, is across the street, Scorpion Bay coffee is 2 blocks away and the ocean is a 5 minute walk. The place is perfect. We shall return, and if you decide to stay at Terri’s condo, you will not be disappointed.

Terri was great to work with and very responsive! The place was beautiful , very well decorated with a very well stocked kitchen with plenty of dish ware and lots of large serving dishes for our group of 6. We also loved the beach chairs, and beach towels! Beds and linens were very comfortable! We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit! Thank you!

I have stayed at a few Air BNB’s and I must say that Terri’s place in Pismo Beach checked all of the boxes. The home was so homey, immaculately clean, beautiful aesthetics, good wifi connection, good amounts of kitchen stuff, blankets, towels and the list goes on. We spent New Year’s eve with the family and glad that we ended up here. It boasts a 3 bedroom and 3.5 baths and within walking distance to the shops, the beach and eating establishments. Terri was a super host and she responds to messages very promptly. We definitely want to be back here again. Thank you.

What an amazing location. Steps away from the beach! We spent a whole day at the beach, swimming and playing with the kids in the sand. Super convenient spot to go back and forth from the house to the beach if needed. It was easier to just walk to the house, then wait in line for public restrooms. The views and location are just beautiful and the roof top hang area is just awesome! This spot is super close to the downtown area, easy 5-10 minute walk depending on where you are going. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone else visiting and I would rebook again. Wasnt a huge deal for us - but the beds are VERY squishy. The sofa pull out bed is understandable, these mattresses can only be so good. But the bedroom mattresses should definitely get upgraded, my back/neck was a bit sore after a couple nights of sleep. Some people told me they had to sleep as close to the edge as possible to not sink in so deep.

It was a lovely home and the quiet and calm neighborhood was also very pleasant.

My husband and I, along with our 7 year old and 4 year old twins stayed for a couple days and will definitely be renting again in the future. The location was perfect, super close to the beach and the pier, restaurants and shopping! The layout of the house is great, no clutter which we appreciate! Our wagoneer fit nicely in the garage and stayed there all week! Seriously, the location was perfect for our little kids to walk everywhere, even after a day of running in the waves!

clean, great location, and comfortable townhome! you can see the beach from the house and walk to downtown in 7 minutes. great rooftop deck to see the sunset, great beds and linens. clean, spotless home. great for 4 girls to get away and catch up!

The place was clean and well described in the listing. Quiet golf course community. Everything was well labeled and easy to find within the place. Plenty of towels and random supplies that could be very useful. would gladly stay again. It seemed to be quite a ways from restaurants, stores, shops, gas stations, but certainly was a very peaceful area.

An older unit, very family and pet friendly. Steps to the beach and easy stroll to neighboring restaurants and stores ………..perfect getaway.

What a wonderful place to stay! Everything from the views to the ambience was just perfect. Terri is an amazing host -- super responsive and accommodating. I'm definitely coming back here in the future.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! Very friendly and responsive host, exceptionally clean (inside and outside) and well-organized home, comfortable furniture, nice bedding and linens, easy parking, great view from top balcony, walking distance to beach, pier, shops, restaurants… We are locals who love doing a staycation where I lived and worked in college- we’d love to stay here again in the future.

The town house was everything we needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the kitchen very well appointed. With two small grandchildren and 5 adults we were so happy to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Looking forward to staying again!

Rebecca and her father are very friendly, kind, helpful and compassionate. Whenever we had a question they responded immediately, their home is beautiful and the location is excellent. I would recommend them for host rental of their place. We sincerely appreciate them and all they’ve done .
