Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en San Marco

Nell' appartamento di Tommaso non manca proprio nulla! Stoviglie, attrezzature per la cucina di ogni genere, kit breakfast di benvenuto e tanto altro. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo addirittura trovato un delizioso ciambellone al limone fatto in casa graditissima da tutti noi. La doccia esterna è un plus fondamentale soprattutto in giornate estive caldissime. La casa si trova in un luogo tranquillo lontano dalla confusione delle spiagge, dei negozi e ristoranti, ma al contempo vicina ai lidi di Palinuro e M. di Camerota raggiungibili con pochi chilometri di auto. Nota di merito al patio della casa, ampio decorato con fiori, con sdraio e tavolo con sedie che lo rendono fruibile in ogni momento della giornata. Ritorneremo certamente.

First of all I don't know how to thank Anna and her sister anymore than I've already for accommodating us. A day before we came into the Amalfi by boat my husband was injured. They went completely out of their way to come down to the pier to retrieve us and our luggage. They introduced us to a fantastic golf cart service that took us up and down the hill many times for dinner and to retrieve a rental car. The guys took all of our luggage up into the apartment. In the end we had to rent this apartment due to his injury rather than our first selection that was up 200 steps. They were very responsive and moved us within an hour of our request. The apartment was very nice and accommodating for four people even with one bathroom. Very large balcony off living room and kitchen, it was nice to seat out and have a nice glass of wine. They have a couple of maintenance issues but nothing to even talk about very easy to get ready for the next guest. 100% will stay again!!!

Small and cosy with well equipped rental unit. The pontone bus stop is 4 mins walk. The host was proactive, friendly and very helpful. The also assisted us with bus tickets. The host drove us from Naples to the stay at late in the night because of our train delay (for a cost, but still worth it). During the drive, Carmine guided us with all the information needed to travel around and some other tips too. The highlight of the stay is the picturesque view from the balcony. Worth every penny.

we had an amazing 3-nights-stay in this beautiful apartment! Everything was super clean, the flat had everything we needed and the view from the balcony is simply amazing! Ermelinda was a perfect host, very friendly and super helpful (esp. with parking options and recommendations). we needed a very early check-out which was no problem. amazing host & amazing apartment, 10/10 would recommend!

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e confortevole. Tutto era a portata di mano a partire dalla spiaggia di Agropoli, negozi , ristoranti e un lungomare stupendo. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio auto interno riservato. Faccio un plauso all'host Pieraldo e a sua madre la Sig.ra Giancarla( premurosa e gentilissima).Consiglio vivamente il loro appartamento.

House was in great location. The pictures looked exactly as the apartment. The description was spot on. It was great value for the price in this area. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to anyone and would return!

La struttura si compone di tre appartamenti. Quelli messi a disposizione per i clienti sono al piano terra e al secondo piano attico. L'appartamento al primo piano è occupato dal proprietario. Quello al piano terra era ampio, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. La cucina abitabile ampia e super accessoriata è dotata anche di lavastoviglie, pur non essendo indicata tra i servizi. Il bagno è molto ampio e la doccia grande e comodissima. La piscina è una chicca eccezionale, ampia, pulita e illuminata anche di notte; gode di una spettacolare vista sul mare di Casal Velino e sulle campagne ricche di ulivi che circondano la proprietà. La struttura è in posizione isolata, ma comunque vicina al piccolo centro abitato di Acqua Vella, dove è possibile trovare un bar per la colazione mattutina e un piccolo negozio di alimentari. Carmine, il proprietario, persona di rara ospitalità, è sempre stato reattivo alle nostre richieste. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato in frigo acqua e bibite come kit di cortesia

This place was absolutely beautiful. The best view of Amalfi and the sea. House was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Host was responsive and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, had all the necessary amenities and thoughtful and lovely little extras. The garden and view are absolutely stunning, we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine at sunset! Marco was extremely warm and welcoming, his responses to messages and questions were very fast and helpful. He gave us some great recommendations and advise. We will definitely be back and would recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you again Marco and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Appartamento nuovo, situato in una zona tranquilla molto comodo sia per accedere al mare che al centro del paese. Host preciso e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

I won't repeat what most have already mentioned (aka. lots of stairs), the only suggestion I'd make for visitors is definitely stop at a grocery store in a larger city before you arrive for some snacks and/or drinks if you don't plan to leave too often. We walked up to Ravello for dinner every night, and down to Minori for lunch a couple times, but if you plan to relax and stay at the villa then it will be hard to find a big proper grocery shop right around you. Other than that, amazing views, great pool & yard. A perfect place to get away.

La posizione permette di avere una vista mozzafiato, appartamento molto bello, ti senti come a casa. La terrazza è impareggiabile, nonostante fosse dicembre/gennaio stare lì è un tocco positivo per l’animo. É possibile andare in paese a piedi in pochi minuti (hai più di un percorso da scegliere) senza avere l’incubo del parcheggio. Oppure puoi fare una passeggiata lungo la strada e goderti il paesaggio in qualunque orario. Consiglio vivamente questa posizione. Unico limite: non bastano le parole per fare i complimenti a Mena, ospite eccezionale.

Claudio è un ragazzo gentilissimo, amichevole, sempre disponibile. La casa è pulita, attrezzata e molto molto bella. Panorama magnifico, peccato che siamo state solo una notte. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Siamo stati a Villa Teresa ad agosto ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La casa è nuova, pulita ed accogliente. E' in un'ottima posizione sia per il mare sia per il centro ed ha il parcheggio cosa essenziale a Palinuro. Consigliata!

What a lovely place to stay! Very clean and homey, with details and decorations that make you feel right at home. Elvira was very responsive and helpful every time I needed something. Her kitchen was welcoming and well stocked, such that I cooked a meal here (the only place is chose to cook!). She left us water and snacks, and was fully stocked with all necessities, including laundry soap and personal hygiene items. This place (and Amalfi) felt like a retreat from the busier more stressful touristy places in Italy.

Siamo stati 10 giorni a casa di Angelo e Maria e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa era pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort.Dalla splendida terrazza abbiamo goduto di tramonti fantastici..... consigliatissima.

Maria Lara e suo marito sono due persone gentili e molto ospitali. La casa è pulita, accogliente e molto comoda, sia come spazi che come posizione. Il terrazzo all’esterno il valore aggiunto, in cui abbiamo fatto bellissime cene all’aperto. Super consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo alloggiato da Massimo in quattro adulti in occasione di un evento nella zona. La casa è ristrutturata con gusto, pulitissima e fornita del necessario, con ambienti ampi e comodi. La zona (in autunno) è silenziosa e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione strategica sia per lo splendido golfo di Policastro che per le montagne retrostanti. Interessante l'offerta gastronomica del luogo. Massimo è un ospite premuroso: se dovessimo tornare nella zona ci fermeremo volentieri di nuovo da lui.

We spent one week in Agropoli in November and really enjoyed the city and the very nice apartment. The apartment is close to the beach, supermarkets, train station and nice restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, especially the terrace is wonderful for breakfast and dinner with a beautiful view of the sea.

ILARIA’s niece greeted me and helped me when I arrived. o spoke with Illaria by what’s app and she responded right away. They helped me with whatever I needed and Illaria was charming and friendly. I loved my room - a little house in a tower!

We absolutely loved Palinuro, such a beautiful place! Antonio’s place was in the perfect location with a beautiful sea view! With all the amenities, Antonio’s place was perfect for our stay.
