Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

We loved our stay at Robin's place! Even if the weather was cool the pool temperature was perfect, we swam every day and everything was organized and clean! The kitchen had some coffee pods and snacks waiting for us as well as enough kitchen staples (oil, salt, sugar, foil, part towels, etc) to cook and dinnerware to serve! We only had one little issue the last night with a noise that didn't let us sleep well but we loved the property, the details and how friendly the hosts are. We are grateful for a great place to stay and recharge in the Ponte Vedra area. I personally recommend this home away from home and we hope to visit again!

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

I would like to say Thank you for providing such a beautiful home for our stay. The home has a warm welcoming vibe and cozy. The beds were comfortable, the pool hit just right, we were able to be outside to laugh and enjoy the sunshine while enjoying the pool. Thank you again for your hospitality and making our trip so enjoyable. My nephew already wants to book the home again for next year. I definitely will recommend to family and friends

Kids loved the pool. Had an awesome stay. James was very responsive. Will definitely be our go to in Jacksonville.

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!
