This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

What a find! This apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Venice and at the same time super quiet and secluded. The host was friendly and responsive and the apartment had everything you could need. Extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, lots of space. I highly recommended this place!!!!

We loved our stay in Venice. The apartment is exactly as described, very spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect with the bus stop right outside the building for quick access to Venice. The host was quick to respond and always helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. What an amazing place! Far away from the crowds to be peaceful and private; close enough to be able to join in the action without too much of a walk. Pamela is a delight to engage with. Personal, attentive and kind. She takes great pride in her stylish apartment and it shows!

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

Idéalement placé pour aller à Venise en bus (arrêt à 15 minutes à pied). Logement très calme et bien situé dans un terrain entièrement clôturé avec un grand parking et portail électrique. Marco est très accueillant et parle bien français. Il nous a communiqué quelques jours avant notre arrivée plein d'informations très utiles. Il y a plusieurs logements à la location sur la propriété, nos enfants ont pu jouer avec d'autres enfants malgré la barrière de la langue.

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful environment that was near the water taxi stop and walkable to all of the key, city attractions with multiple choices to eat. The property was exactly what we needed for a few days in the city and the descriptions were accurate. Bed was comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. We highly recommend to stay here as it was an enjoyable experience.

Nicola was an incredible host with great knowledge of the area. He was a very kind and responsive person. The area was perfect, only about a 20 minute tram ride away from the main center of Venice. The area we stayed had plenty to do without going to the main city. It was a very peaceful area that was pedestrian only. The house was absolutely wonderful. A very great design and it was so fun to stay in. This would be the perfect place to stay for a Venice vacation.

Alessandro is the perfect host - he has all the logistics covered but he also goes beyond this with helpfulness and generosity. The place is really charming, has lots of space and is really quiet. Alessandro had bought bus tickets for us and showed us clearly where to catch the bus - so helpful. It’s really fast to get to the heart of Venice too. Plenty of breakfast, dinner ingredients and bathroom supplies for us too. A great Venice place to stay especially if you have a car with you.

Andrea was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. The apartment was very nice and had everything you need. It was also a short walk to all of the sites you would want to visit and there were a lot of good restaurants close too. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay again should we visit Venice again.

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

Appartement très bien placé, en dehors de la zone touristique mais tout se fait facilement en moins de 10 min à pied. Arrivée autonome, sans difficulté, possibilité de se faire déposer en gondole à 10 m de l’appartement. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön. Sie liegt ruhig und zentral. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es hat angenehme Bettdecken. Andrea ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Er hat uns sogar persönlich am Schiffssteg abgeholt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The apartment was close to the attractions but still in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurant options. The host was very helpful and even secured water taxis for us to and from the train station. Overall the place was great!

Host have fast response. Room has nice view. Clean.
