House was just as described. plenty of space for our girls weekend. Easy access to all shops and restaurants. outdoor space was nice with a covered dinning area and fire pit.

My family and I had an amazing Christmas at this Farmhouse. Debbie's description of the house is very accurate, check in/out was a breeze and she made herself available to answer any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook our meals. Thanks!

I came across this little gem while looking for a house for a different trip. It must have been meant to be because hubby and I were free that next weekend and the house was available. From the time we got there, until we had to leave, everything was amazing. The place is a very cozy, completely renovated, smaller house with a “farmhouse motif”. The back deck is huge with beautiful views of the mountain. It was chilly when we were there (weekend before the snow) but the hot tub kept us nice and warm. The door leading to the patio from the master was a nice touch. With the place being smaller, it technically could sleep 5, but it’s a very romantic little place that’s perfect for a couple wanting to get away. We’ll be booking again soon! 😌

Christina’s home was absolutely perfect for our stay! The pictures truly do not do it justice—it’s even more beautiful and welcoming in person. From the moment we walked in, our family felt completely at home. The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were so comfortable that we didn’t even feel the need to go out for entertainment. The space was perfect for spending quality time together as a family, which made our stay even more special. The community is quiet and safe, and check-in was a breeze. Any time we have a large gathering in San Antonio, we will absolutely be staying at Christina’s home again. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Very spacious well designed floor plan. We saw a beautiful sunset every evening and wildlife passing through the yard during the day. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants but feels like you’re in a remote location. The pool was beautiful! We plan to stay again! Kevin and Lawrence were helpful and friendly hosts.

This was the perfect place for a large group of people! Only issue we had was the hot water wasn’t working the night we got there but Jorge was able to fix it promptly the next day. The house was clean, plenty of space and great neighborhood.

This was our second stay at Joey's and we hope to return again in the future! Wonderful neighborhood, plenty of space for two people working remote and two dogs. Joey is great and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Would happily recommend Joey's place to anyone traveling to Austin who wants to be somewhat close to the action but also in a quiet neighborhood.

We really appreciated the Luggage Locker to use before check-in! The home was just as described, and Paul's team was very responsive whenever I had questions. The A/C worked well and the hot, steamy shower was the great end to a long day. We walked to dinner each night we were there, and it's right on the bus line for days into downtown and the UT area.

Phenomenal experience. The house was so clean, cute and perfect for what i needed. The bed was very comfortable & she even had a diffuser going when i arrived- which i absolutely adored. The back yard area was cute & i enjoyed my time out there as well visiting with my soldier medic. 10/10 would definitely stay again if back in the area. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very nice walk through style (meaning kitchen and bathroom access require passing through bedroom) one bedroom. It was nicely set up, instructions for entry were clear, reminded me of some apartments I've rented over the years, very homey.

Great location and nice apartment! Rene was very helpful when I accidentally left something in the apartment and hand delivered it to me afterward.

We loved this place so much that this is the second time we've stayed here. The apartment is spacious and has a great view. It's also walking distance to Rainey St. and so many restaurants. There's a small market right around the corner. Did I mention the view?

Great stay in this old mansion. This is one apartment on the ground floor, with really interesting Southern charm decor. Big space, very comfortable bed, everything you need. Location is 15 min walk to Pearl District, 5 mins to The Strip, 30 mins to Alamo/Riverwalk. Since it's an old heritage building, the windows in the unit don't open, but there is a shared porch and a little outdoor seating area near the parking in the back. And great AC. Katherine was super responsive, very friendly and cares that you have a great stay.

Great location! Between the downtown area and the Pearl, two of the best spots in SA and walking distance to both. The place was clean and well kept, would stay again.

Very clean! The beds were so comfy and this is an amazing home for family quality time. My family and i would love to stay again. Very spacious and beautiful home! The best part was the hot tub! The host communicated fast as well. Give it a try it’s worth the price!

Very nice property in a lovely area. Owners were timely to respond to messages about recommendations and pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room in the well appointed home for our family of 5. Cleaners had just finished as we were arriving (we arrived slightly early) and did a fantastic job-everything was spotless- kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room-even the expansive pool/spa area. I usually don’t take it for granted that when an owner says that you won’t need to bring anything that it really applies (it drives me nuts when the first thing we need to do after checking in is run to store to get TP, Coffee, garbage bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc) but we were in need of nothing for our stay. I do appreciate that…🤠 Beds were very comfortable and very clean! Heated pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained-looks beautiful at night and got lots of use by our family. Loved playing board games in front of fireplace afterwards! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back😎

Lovely casita, just as described. great to be able to park and walk to all the local venues. Went to a concert at Gruene Hall which was great fun. The riverfront area at the casita was relaxing.

First, Grant was a very attentive host. He was very accommodating when we asked if we could bring all 4 of our pups. As our host, he was always quick to respond to our questions. The property was exactly as described. The vastness of it was perfect for the dogs to roam and shake out with their zoomies. The home was so comfortable and spacious. We all agreed that it was a peaceful space where we could hang out with each other and not be on top of one another. The living room had enough furniture for all six of us to sit and watch movies in comfort. We brought our own dog beds, but one dog liked the dog bed that the host provided. We did take advantage of all the outdoor amenities the property offered. The pool and hot tub were a hit! S’mores at the fire pit and hanging out together in the cool night air was also relaxing, after exploring the trails on the property. We will certainly beck some time in the future. We are all in agreement, best family vacation, yet!
