From the time we checked in to the time we left we felt right at home. The house is beautiful and just as it was pictured. We had one issue and it was resolved almost instantly. We had 5 couples and everyone had their own bathroom which was perfect. There actually was another bedroom that we didn't use. We were in San Antonio for the Final Four at the Alamodome and we had a rental van for everyone. The commute was easy and maybe 15 minutes. Great location as well! We would recommend this stay for anyone and would love to stay here again! Thanks Tabitha and Jonathan!

This was an incredible trip and an incredible house. They recently renovated and it looks great. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were amazing. As for outside, the pool, porch, and yard were phenomenal and exactly as the pictures described them. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a weekend getaway outside of Austin.

Absolutely perfect stay! This home in Dripping Springs far exceeded our expectations and was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've had compared to other places our friends stayed in the area. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked. The house itself is immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed — we felt right at home the entire time. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking and made for such a relaxing, peaceful escape. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the tranquility of the pool area is unmatched. The check-in process was effortless — so simple and stress-free. Honestly, if you’re staying anywhere near Dripping Springs, I HIGHLY recommend this home. It’s an absolute gem, and I know we’ll be back! 10/10!

Our stay at Jami’s Airbnb was fantastic! The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked, but the real highlight was the incredible outdoor space. The backyard and pool were perfect for relaxing, playing, and soaking up the hot weather in some unexpected 90-degree days. It felt like our own private resort just 20 minutes from most downtown attractions. Jami was very responsive and had clearly thought of everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Between the amenities, the great weather, and the peaceful setting, this was a great Airbnb experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fun, comfort, and relaxation all in one spot.

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

We loved our stay at this house! We had a large group staying for a bachelorette party and it was perfect - plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. Good location/ quick Uber to everything we did. Very responsive and flexible host. I don’t have anything bad to say! We had the best time here.

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

The place is great with plenty of space for 6 people. The living room/main room area was very spacious and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and heard over a dozen species of birds with a beautiful view of the very large lawn. The property is on the river but is so incredibly quiet. We really enjoyed paddle boarding and wading in the water and fishing. Recommend taking fishing poles and live worms, you’ll catch lots of bass. Also recommend taking inner tubes because there’s a great little rapid on the river that we had a blast going down. The water was incredibly clear too. It was easy parking wise and a short trip to Gruene. We will be back!

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

The place had everything we needed. It was organized and they used the open space wisely. It was super quiet-because it’s April and it’s also a top level condo. The pool and spa are well taken care of and the access to the Comal was easy.

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.

Honestly, this was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. I had my own parking spot inside the garage, and there were even extra guest spots in case you have more than one car, which was a huge bonus since I didn’t have to stress about finding street parking or paying for it. The instructions were very clear. At first, they seemed a bit confusing, but once I started following them step by step, everything made perfect sense. When I walked into the condo, it smelled fresh and clean, and it felt incredibly cozy, like a home away from home. It had everything I needed: all kinds of spices, dishes, pots, pans, literally EVERYTHING. They even left beach towels and sunscreen, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is also amazing, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was super responsive and always ready to answer any questions I had. If I’m ever back in Austin, I’ll definitely book this place again. The pool was a great bonus too!

This place is great for any type of getaway. It's in the center of peace and tranquility with great restaurants/bistos, a new coffee shop, wineries, and breweries close by. Although we have experienced those in the past, we didn't leave the entire weekend. We enjoyed the quiet Hill Country by the pool and spa, cooked out, set by the fire pit and had early morning coffee outside. TV and wifi service was perfect, if you need that during your stay. We had our two small dogs with us and they roamed freely and were intrigued by the frequent appearance of deer that calmly walked through the property. It was all picturesque.

We stayed for one month and had all we needed. Location was great, and walkable from the city. Close to restaurants and parks which was great with the Alli was helpful and responsive, overall great host. Highly recommended

Two families for a “lets explore Austin” vacation. Had a great time at the house! Felt almost like 2 separate apts with the layout. Loved the pool and scenery looking out. Not much close by but we didn’t mind driving a bit to get places, and we wanted to do some cooking. Seeing goats was a highlight. Overall a fun place to stay.

This is a fabulous place just up the hill from Barton Springs in one of Austin's best neighborhoods. Spacious, clean, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, books/toys and a great pool are among our favorite things about this home. Excellent & responsive communication from hosts. Highly recommended!
