Awesome stay in the heart of downtown Austin. Close to bars, restaurants and nightlife yet not noisy. Bed was super comfy and the host was very responsive. And the views were phenomenal! Outdoor space on the 10th floor was beautiful and overlooked the city! Loved that onsite parking was available.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Walkable to Guadalupe street (Civil Goat coffee, Black’s BBQ, Amy’s ice cream, etc.) and UT campus if you’re up for it. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful to explore.

Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

What a spot! Great location close in and central. Easy walk to bakeries, restaurants, and bars. The apartment itself was like stepping into an art gallery very interesting collection of art and artifacts from travels. We'll be back!

Great stay, great hosts, great design of place, hip neighborhood. Only flaw (no fault of the hosts) is a large construction site right in front of the condo building where this listing is. The hosts thoughtfully provided a white noise machine but a little more heads up while the construction is ongoing would be appreciated .. altogether a great stay.

Great value stay for having dogs. We stayed a couple of days which is fine if you don't have to cook. Shawn was very proactive about fixing a brief power outage that was the utility company's fault.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! Scott

Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

Maria's place was very clean & homey. She had a great kitchen with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy & we felt safe staying there. Her house was close to the downtown area & attractions. I would highly recommend staying at Maria's place.

Such a fantastic spot - super clean and organized, and easily walkable to so many things. Stella and Leon were very responsive and so kind. Would absolutely stay here again!

Jeff and Katie were friendly and easy to communicate with The historical apartment above the garage was complete with everything you will need for your stay a fully stocked kitchen and little deck to watch the sunset and lots of light. All this within walking distance to historic downtown

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Second time staying at Georgia and Eric’s in Canyon Lake! It was just as peaceful and cozy as the first time! Enjoyed exploring Wimberly and going back to our favorite spots in New Braunfels. The place is clean, quiet, private, and the hot tub is a great plus.

Drew and his team were remarkable. The home was beautiful, clean, well kept and had everything youd need for a getaway. Everyones bedrooms had their own full bathroom, a walk in closet for your belongings, and ceiling fans for extra breeze. We traveled with 8 people , 4 kids and 4 adults, and never felt overcrowded in the home. It truly was the best pick! The amenities are also a plus! We rented 2 cars. Parking was free and easily accessible. The location could not have been any more perfect. It was 5-10 min from the airport, downtown hot spots, and eateries. If i can give it 10 stars, i really would. We plan to visit Austin every year during the same time, as we have Martial Arts conferences we take part in and we are looking forward to staying here again! Thank you Drew and team for being great hosts. We really and sincerely appreciate all your help and accommodations for our stay! You have surpassed our needs! The condo was very modern and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, nice kitchen, nice deck. The location was nice, peaceful with a lot of deer! Pools outdoors were not heated but indoor pool was, and we swam twice in it. Nice. No hot water in showers by the pool though! That was a bummer since we swam right before we left, after we checked out. The "lake" was actually non-existent, (no rain I guess) but the river ran right in front of the complex and was very pretty. Enjoyed the restaurant on site, food was good, view pretty, and 25 cent mimosas the day we ate there! Can't beat that!

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!
