Had a great experience and everything was clean. Everything you have at home is there. No need to bring pans and pots to cook. Theres also a grill! The people there are very nice and will definitely go back again.

Great clean spot right by the river and all the amenities of Gruene. It is a bit weird because it’s 2 completely separate apartments which I thought were connected. You get 101 and 102 and they are Nextdoor but not connected

The location was easy to find and extremely convenient. River tube floating rentals are right next door. The host allowed for an early check in, and the condo was just as described. Everything was very clean and spacious. One minor complaint - the tenants directly above our room were very noisy. Sounded like they stomped their steps and were awake late at night and into the early hours. However, all else was great and would definitely stay here again!

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

We had a fantastic weekend! The condo was very clean and had all we needed! My favorite part was that it was so nice and cold In the condo! I had a great night sleep…the pool was amazing along with the view of the deers out of the patio door.

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

Kelsey's condo is cute, comfortable, amazingly well stocked and in a great central location. The beds were super comfortable and we especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own full bath. We enjoyed spending time outside on the balcony and the comfy patio. We had absolutely everything we needed. Thank you Kelsey for a great stay!

Elaziels place was amazing. I travel to Austin a lot and this was my first time staying here. I raved all week at how nice the room was and how it fit my needs for the week perfectly.

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. Traci is very kind and I am grateful for her assistance and responsiveness. My flight was delayed so I informed Traci in advance that I may be in late and she was helpful of making sure I had no issues entering when I did finally arrive. I came in and felt right at home. The temperature was perfect and the home was the perfect size and clean. The location of the home to all the destinations I had planned were all less than a twenty minute drive, including Lackland AFB. There was a thunderstorm during the day after my first night and lightning probably tripped the breaker so I didn't have lights in one of the rooms and one bathroom when returned from Day 1 of my son's BMT graduation; I was able to call Traci on the phone and have the lights back on within half an hour. Checkout was a breeze and would definitely stay again if I need to come back to San Antonio. Thank you!

We were in town for a spring break tennis camp. Our condo was the best part of the trip. This management company is awesome, friendly, quick to respond and kind. The condo met my picky standards on cleanliness and is well-stocked with kitchen items and bathroom items. Everything is tastefully designed as well. They definitely put some thought into selecting everything. This is the only place we want to stay whenever we visit New Braunfels. The location is excellent for shopping and eating as well.

Kody was an excellent host. We all felt right at home during our stay. The condo is in a beautiful spot with lots of activities to do surrounding the area. It is a short drive to many great restaurants and overall just convenient area. I would definitely recommend coming here if you enjoy floating the river or even just getting away for a while. We will definitely be back soon!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay, my husband and I enjoyed our amazing and peaceful stay for our romantic getaway . I loved seeing the fox’s, Deer and fawns. The area was perfect. Listening to the baby birds and watch them hop from branch to branch at the balcony tree was so enjoyable to me. I loved the beautiful sunset. The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were even amazing! A getaway with a greats nights rest is much needed when you plan ahead for full days of excitement. I definitely hope to find a time to come back with our family it was definitely a memorable experience. The owner checked in several times with me to make sure all was well our entire stay. I would definitely give 5 stars! Wonderful Service provided!

I had an incredible stay at Zach’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, assigned parking and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was fantastic—close to the lake, making it easy to explore the area. Zach was an outstanding host, providing clear check-in instructions, quick responses, and even some thoughtful touches like local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience! Five stars all around!

Natalie’s place was exactly as described! She is an amazing host and was really helpful throughout the booking process even offering us a different rental unit so we could bring our dog❤️ The master suite was huge and had plenty of room for my husband and I and our son… perfect for a family with a younger child and a teen(teen got his own room). Would definitely stay here again! This unit was close to one of the two pools.

I really liked the location. All the people there were friendly and it was very peaceful. I feel like I was a perfect place for a family vacation.
