Nancy’s place was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged. Gathering areas were spacious and comfortable. Ample bathrooms made it a great place for our large family. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well supplied. Nancy took great care in providing extras such as water, coffee, snacks and robes that made our stay more comfortable. There’s a lovely parkway trail, with an ocean view in front of the home. Highly recommend, we had a fantastic time.

Great location, walking distance to go watch the sunset from the bluff of the ocean. The house being at the end of the street was a plus. Home felt very private and you can hear the waves crashing…Both Guliz and Matt were very helpful and quick to respond to our needs.🥰 My partner is in a wheelchair, but easy to bump him up the one step into the house. Our lab loved the doggy friendly home and the large yard to play fetch! 🐶 We will be back~

Great place for a quick vacation with my granddaughter. Very close to trail leading to the ocean. Easy access to Safeway if you forget something..very comfortable furniture. Back yard was attractive and enjoyed by our dog.

We had a fabulous holiday celebration with my extended family in the home. One bedroom was below the garage which was perfect for our younger children who go to bed early. The garage has a flipable pool table and ping pong - which was wonderful.

Jennifer was a great host. It was very easy to communicate with and she even provided a great list of family fun things to do for my kids (age 3 and 1). She even recommended local eateries too. Though it was hard to leave the beach home and the nearby walkable beaches and try these eateries out because our kids just wanted to be at the beach (montara beach and Fitzgerald Marine reserve) all day. Home was at a great location. There was even a really fun park & playground at the bottom of the hill for my kids to climb and slide down on. When we headed home, my son asked if we could go back to the beach home soon. That to me sounded like it a was memorable and fun weekend for him! A total win for our family!.

Judy's house is not only nice and comfortable, located in a splendid area, but also is fascinating! During the day the window in the living room looks like a real painting of the art of the sublime! In the night all the lights inside and outside the house create a wonderful atmosphere that prevents you to go to sleep! Experience to be made again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Samara’s. Wish we were staying longer! The place was even better than described. We felt right at home, both because of the place and Samara’s hospitality. She was so communicative, kind, and accommodating. The space had everything we needed and everything worked well. The building is wonderful- nice gym, great little lobby for working, and a lovely outside space. Lots of spots nearby for food and drinks. Street parking was easy and we never had an issue. Would 100% stay again (and hope to).

Great apartment, just as described. Was perfect for my mother in law while she visited us over the holidays. Clean, easy entry, all new furnishings, very comfortable bed and very quiet.

Condo is clean and well-stocked. It is in a centrally-located condo complex, just a few minutes off 280. Safeway, starbucks etc. in a small mall 3 minutes walk from complex. A convenient, quiet, and clean place to stay.

I really enjoyed my time at the property. Traveling for work can often feel impersonal, but this experience felt much more like coming home. The community atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly residents and staff members who made a positive impression. I made great use of the amenities — the fire pits, grills, and gym were well-maintained and a pleasure to use daily. It truly added to the overall experience. I look forward to returning soon!

We feel safe,comfortable and easy while we were in Matthew’s apartment. He is helpful and fast response when we need help.

Very responsive. I felt the instructions while very complete, were a little awkward to follow. But with the responsiveness everything was fine. Suggest plates and bowls just in case want to cook something. And timer on bathroom light was too short leaving me in the dark sometimes. Also, shades in bedroom could be darker. Bed was great. And great location with walking easy access to most anything.

Loved staying here. Had a small bump in the road at the start but Annie was super helpful and was able to get us help asap. Place was clean, bed was super comfy, kitchen is really well stocked, and the backyard is nice and peaceful.

This is the kind of place that makes you want to go back! I stayed here with my two young boys for a couple days while visiting the Redwoods. The house is just as described - cozy and charming. This place is especially perfect for families with little ones. My boys had so much fun exploring the art room, feeding the banana slugs, and playing with the wooden train set in the playroom. Kristy was very communicative and helpful in offering tips for exploring the area. Highly recommend this spot to anybody looking for an awesome spot to call home.

Amazing, peaceful and serene!! We felt right at home. Breathtaking piece of land!! Rooms were perfect for our family and beds were very comfortable. Weather was cold but bedding kept us warm. The radiant floors and space heater kept the downstairs comfortable. We loved keeping the fire going while it rained all day. Truly and restful stay.

This is the first cabin/cottage I have ever stayed in, let alone the first time I've ever been in 1 in California at that (I moved from Missouri). This place was pretty dope, Masood was very accommodating & upgraded us to a place on the river. It was peaceful having the sound of the river/creek all night in the background, along w/the fireplace roaring with wood. FYI: buy wood before you come here. I would definitely come back & next time, stay for longer. This is right inside a small town too, so there's basically a main street w/all the businesses etc.
