Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen! Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

We had a fantastic stay at Jaeb’s place. The Astra Sky River has excellent facilities including the pool and gym. Although lots of apartments, the lifts were extremely efficient and we never had to wait long. We stayed a month in Jaeb’s apartment and it was perfect. The position on the corner is really good and we did not encounter any noise throughout our stay and slept really well. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay, is extremely clean and comfortable. Jaeb is a great host and always responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. We were offered extra complimentary cleaning throughout our month stay. We will definitely be returning.

Good host with good Internet. Good location clean. Wish we could’ve checked out a little bit later but overall it was a good stay.

四个姐妹的旅行，两居室温馨干净方便，旁边就是泰北最大的商场。不在飞机航道上 很安静 小区安保特好。住了五天很开心

Доволі затишна квартира, вона невеличка але дуже розумно обставлена, все було чисто й охайно, знайти сам комплекс легко, на території будинку дуже багато зелені й співають пташки, неначе живеш в парку. До торгового центру буквально 5 хв пішки, в ідеалі мати власний транспорт, на території є парковка. Рекомендую.

It was a great stay. The location is as prime as it gets. The Airbnb was really comfortable, clean and hygienic. Privacy in both rooms. Great restaurants and massage centres in the same lane. One nimman which is a hub for restaurants, festivals, craft shopping etc. is just a 4 minute walk. Tonnes of 24x7 around the corner. You will head loud music from places around till 1.30 am in the morning. But wouldn’t be loud to disturb your sleep. + they have kept ear plugs in each room so you should be good. The loud music is coming from a place called Porjai, which is a must visit local bar of you want to party w the locals, with their local music. Place is always buzzing. Sticky waterfall is a 40 minute drive. Doi kham for sunset - 15 minute drive. Doi suthep for sunrise - 50 minute drive uphill. Wat Pha lat 20 min drive on way back from doi suthep to air bnb. Chiang Rao - 2.5 hours drive. There’s Ray hostel in the same lane, which can arrange all pick ups and day trips for everything around.

정말 탁월한 선택이었습니다! 외곽에 있는 숙소를 취소하고 예약한 숙소인데 정말 좋았어요. 아이들은 수영장을 가장 좋아했고, 어른들은 깔끔한 숙소 상태를 좋아했습니다. 호텔이 아니라 리셉션이 없었지만 아무런 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 수건도 넉넉했고, 집처럼 주방도구, 세탁시설도 있어서 편했습니다. 호스트와 연락도 불편함없이 나눴습니다. 근처에 빅씨마트와 야시장이 있어서 좋았습니다. 다음에 치앙마이를 다시온다면 새로운곳을 도전하지않고 다시 여기에 머물고 싶습니다.

Kate war eine zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und der kostenfreie Pick up vom Airport klasse. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell und reibungslos. Das Airbnb war wie ein kleines Zuhause und fantastisch. Man muss jedoch beachten, dass die Unterkunft außerhalb der Stadt liegt. Dafür hat man eine sehr moderne, tolle Unterkunft und der kostenfreie Pool auf dem Dach war super. Immer wieder gerne :)

Had a great stay here. Really enjoyed the balcony and the building rooftop for views of the city and mountain. Would stay again.

Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

This was a two-week stay at Aonz's condo for my wife and me. Aonz is the perfect host -- kind, generous, communicative and fast acting. We also greatly appreciate Aonz's flexibility with check in and check out. The condo was well equipped and supplied. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable and the linens are very nice. The split bathrooms are a great convenience, and the shower has all the hot water you could want. For us the Astra is perfectly located. It is within walking distance to the Old City, the Ping River and all the important markets of Chiang Mai, as well as the two Walking Streets. At the same time it is in a quieter part of the city, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. We highly recommend Aonz's place and look forward to another long stay.

짱.... 수영장 물이 너무 차가운 것 빼고 다 좋아요 카드키로 출입할 수 있어서 보안이 좋음. 메인거리가 숙소와 멀지 않아 안심하고 밤에도 다닐 수 있고 배달 픽업하는 존이 마련됨. 이륙동선이라 시끄러운건 감안해야 함 (전 귀마개 챙겨서 꿀잠 잤음) 원님만 마켓이랑 마야몰 가까움 진짜 가까움. 아 그리고 스마트티비라서 티비로 유튜브, 넷플, 디즈니 등등 볼 수 있음. 욕조 있음! 샤워부스도 있음 너무 편안하게 숙박하고 갑니다~~

Casa grande e aconchegante. Anfitriões atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. O bairro é calmo e tranquilo, tem k shopping muito próximo. Vale muito a pena, amamos passar um tempo nesta casa 💛

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

環境舒適乾淨，附近不吵雜很寧靜，晚上可以有很好的休息品質。房子內基本生活設施都有，很方便。房東人也非常的nice，提供我們非常多有用的建議跟幫助，非常推薦入住

Дом огромный и очень чистый, расположен в частном поселке. Единственная сложность, с которой мы столкнулись - это мы не знали что значит "soi", поэтому не могли найти дом, но отзывчивые соседи нам помоги. Soi - это улица, линия. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию, 4 спальни, все очень чисто и аккуратно, заселение самостоятельное, кухня огромная. Наше путешествие совпало с началом месяца Рамадан поэтому готовить для мужа с утра для меня было важно. Как я поняла хозяева предлагают и другие виллы в аренду, а также скутеры в аренду. Из того, что можно было бы улучшить, в доме есть все, чтобы заселиться, но не было питьевой воды. В остальном я удовлетворена! Чангмай замечательный город, спасибо за гостеприимство!

清迈一行十天，选择在这边住了此次行程最后两晚，宁静而惬意。我们一行10人在这个美好的别墅度过除夕夜和大年初一，竟然还看到了春晚，分外惊喜。整个别墅阳光充足、干净整洁、规划合理、设施一应俱全。我们四个家庭白天在一起聊天喝茶、画画写生、烹制食物，晚上每个家庭各自占据一个屋子休息相互不影响。房东从我预定成功那一刻就开始各种温馨提示，并严谨的确认每个细节，期间来自我们的各种提问都及时耐心回复。这里配有一个泰国本地的保姆，语言上虽有些障碍但朴实可爱，蹬着自行车为我们买来早餐食材，哈哈感动。小区外的有机餐厅是惊喜，分量大得惊人，正餐和饮料都好吃到不行，价格也不贵，同时能享受到好的食材和味道，真是美好～值得一去再去。负责送机的泰国司机每次都会一再确认行程，并提前将近半个小时就到别墅门口等候，让人信赖不已。小区离古城略远，如果白天想出去热闹的地方荡，需要提前约好车，仅此一点需要注意。

我们住在这里22天，真是特别愉快的一次体验，入住当天，Bill热情迎接，让我们有回家的感觉，进去房子，空间非常宽敞舒适，每个角落都精心布置，充满艺术气息，让我不禁猜想房东一定是一个艺术家，而且打扫的干净整洁，厨房用品和各种床品，卫浴用品等都一应俱全，Bill还特别贴心的为我们准备了足够多的矿泉水和各种饮料零食，整个入住期间也是特别舒心，小区内很安静，出行也方便安全，步行半分钟就有游泳池，水质也很好，总之是特别棒的家，非常适合带着全家一起来度假居住！

This was my second time staying at the pool villa, and it was just as great as before. The villa was clean and well-kept, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again!
