The Astra is an amazing building and Natty and her unit are as good as it gets. Convenient to everything, and the best rooftop pool imaginable. Highly recommend Chiang Mai, Astra, and Natty.

房子位置非常好，就在塔佩门对面的胡同里。晚上很安静，楼下的咖啡馆一点都不吵。入住后，房东回复信息很快。因为热水器是太阳能的，所以有的时候晚上洗澡没有那么热，老人可能会觉得凉一点。还有，从外面刚回来，屋里会有一点下水道的味道，可以把阳台门打开，5分钟后污浊的气味就会消失。总之，住得很舒服，性价比很高。

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i lejligheden. Vi havde ikke brug for kommunikation under opholdet - men de gange vi skrev sammen inden, var der hurtig svartid. Generelt en fin lejlighed, men det man havde brug for.

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

Outstanding condo complex. Beautiful well-kept grounds and swimming pools especially if you have children. I very much recommend staying here. Quiet and feels like a high-end Resort. I have a recommend this place being one of the best, if not the best in Chiang Mai.

入住时间2024年12月22日-28日 带妈妈和孩子一起来的 用google map按这个地址导航直接可以到。 JVG3+PF Ban Mae, San Pa Tong District, Chiang Mai, Thailand 位置在郊区，适合自己开车去。打车也可以，早高峰的时候需要多叫几次，提前30-40分钟叫车会好一些，这里特别适合需要比较安静环境的人，其实哪也不用去，就住在这里就很放松，其实当时有些邻居就是这样的。 这里的负责人村长大叔是当地人，特别真诚、热情、善良，虽然听不懂英语，但是会准备翻译机，也建议大家手机里自己下一个翻译软件，在泰国非常有用。苹果手机用自带的就可以，我用的就是这个。 房子非常漂亮，和照片一样，village里有一个小的公共游泳池，水不深，最后一天，中午马上退房了才带孩子玩儿了一会儿，刚下水有点儿凉，完全下去后就一点也不凉了，而且也有阳光，拍照也很好看。 虽然没见过房东本人，但是沟通很顺畅，响应也很快，是个值得去住的好地方。 亲自验证，没有踩坑，值得推荐。 Check-in time was from December 22nd to 28th, 2024. I came here with my mother and children. You can directly arrive at this address by using Google Map for navigation: JVG3+PF Ban Mae, San Pa Tong District, Chiang Mai, Thailand. The location is in the suburbs, so it's suitable to drive by yourself. Taking a taxi is also okay, but you may need to call several times during the morning rush hour. It's better to call a taxi 30 to 40 minutes in advance. This place is especially suitable for people who need a relatively quiet environment.

Wonderful home! We would love to come again. The only things to keep in mind are (1) there is no A/C, and (2) there is a neighbor close by. Otherwise, it is a wonderful retreat that is great for families or friends, especially during cool season. We loved being up in the mountains with beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails. The hosts are very helpful and kind - we did not have any issues at all, as they anticipated our needs with thoughtful touches. We look forward to booking again!

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

前有稻田背靠小溪的可愛小屋，未抵達前有點擔心會不會在田中央，前不著村後不著店的。但其實就在大馬路轉個彎就到了，附近也有7-11和一些小吃店。實際位置也就在機場/baan kang wat方向再往南一些，距離清邁老城鬧區也不算太遙遠，有開車很方便，還可以沿路看看觀光區外當地人的真實生活景色！ Host是台灣人，溝通上完全無障礙，線上提供了很多協助。空間乾淨簡單又有很多喜歡的小細節，沙發上一眼愛上想偷走的老布 😆 草席上矮矮的小茶几一角放上藤籃和茶具，窗邊木桌上整套手沖咖啡工具加上小巧音響，音響對於獨居旅客降低空曠黑暗的恐懼幫助極大，還有不知道該怎麼說就覺得配置很好的燈光設計！ 基本配置很貼心完整，親膚乾淨的床組和好睡的枕頭，露台的小廚房也有烤箱/微波爐及廚具可自行使用，這次一個人旅行時間也不充足沒有使用到，若是團體旅行感覺夜晚一起在露台吃火鍋或喝酒一定很棒。 獨旅女子準備了啤酒和餅乾，在客廳放著音樂享受了放鬆舒適的一晚，有機會一定還要來！

사진에서 보는그대로 입니다. 4가족이 편안하게 지낼수 있었습니다 모든게 깨끗한편이였고 센트럴페스티벌까지 매우 가까웠습니다. 조용하게 가족끼리 지낼수 있는 공간입니다. 룸 위치도 너무 좋았고 베란다에서 수영장뷰가 잘 보였습니다. 요즘 공사소음때문에 궁금해 하실텐데 이방에서는 소음이 들리지 않습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠습니다 호스트도 적극적으로 편안하게 지낼수있도록 도와주십니다. 다만, 신발장이 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 수영장이 온수가 아닌 관계로 가장 더운시간에 수영을 하길 추천드립니다!

I had a great one-month stay! Martin is really a kind, patient and serious host, always willing to help when you face an issue. For the record, a cable was missing from the rice cooker and he mailed it to me straight away! Also, the Xbox needed a repair and he really did his best to help me fix it. Very satisfied! The apartment itself was as promised, clean and no utilities missing. Everything is included in the price, no bad surprises. The wifi worked well and I especially liked the small additions that are not often included (kitchen stove, mixer, TV, Xbox...) but make it really convenient upon arrival. The neighborhood is decent, I found a gym nearby with bicycle, but I advise you rent a motorbike if you want to get to supermarkets and restaurants without using Grab all the time (which I did 😅). The only issue that I have to point out is that the water pressure in the building is quite weak, which can be annoying at first for showers, but you get used to it quickly! Thanks Martin!

Perfect accommodation if you want to stay out of the city traffic. the building offer many facilities and the apartment it’s well furnished . Bin it’s a cool guy always available for any advice. Well done

Rita is a great host always available and very friendly The pool is perfect and in the same floor as is the gym The condo is very modern with a sprinkler system installed in case of fire It has a 7/11 down at the entrance You definitely need transport here to get about It’s quite.noisy early on in the morning due to poor sound insulation in the condo from 3 am a factory starts up next door and it’s loud

a little bit pricey, but worth it with great location. highly recommended with motorcycle. you can go tanin market, tops chotana supermarket and maya in 10 minutes with motorcycle.

離古城有一小段路，但是這裡的環境非常好，公共設施泳池、健身房都意外的滿意😊😊 房間內乾淨也整齊，房價也非常好！ 房東人很好，快速的溝通👍

Top appartement op loopafstand naar de Old town, maar net buiten de drukte. Complex heeft eigen poort beveiliging en voelt veilig aan. Genoeg parkeerplekken voor je auto of motorfiets. Mr. Bob reageert snel en goed op vragen.

It was my second time staying in this apartment and it was really great. Pim & Milan are amazing hosts and communicating with them is very easy and quick. The condo is very nice, everything one needs is there and as it’s located near the Highway, any location in Chiang Mai is very easy to reach. If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend staying in this apartment!
