We had a wonderful stay for 3 weeks! Astra is great building - and the hosts made it even better. The apartment was a great size for two of us, the location is great, and the view of the mountain in the morning was lovely. We had a few issues while we were there, and the hosts were so quick to respond and got everything fixed right away. Overall, we had a great stay!

Yada’s apartment is lovely and just as described. We would have no hesitation in recommending and if we ever came back to Chiang Mai would look to stay there again

The Astra is an amazing building and Natty and her unit are as good as it gets. Convenient to everything, and the best rooftop pool imaginable. Highly recommend Chiang Mai, Astra, and Natty.

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Nettes kleines Apartment für 2 Personen. Küchenausstattung war etwas spärlich, aber ausreichend. Über Nacht entstand im Bad wahrscheinlich durchdas Abwassersystem ein unangenehmer Geruch, der am Tage wieder verschwand. Ansonsten war es eine tolle Unterkunft. Auch der mega Pool und der Fitnessraum waren prima. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

정말 탁월한 선택이었습니다! 외곽에 있는 숙소를 취소하고 예약한 숙소인데 정말 좋았어요. 아이들은 수영장을 가장 좋아했고, 어른들은 깔끔한 숙소 상태를 좋아했습니다. 호텔이 아니라 리셉션이 없었지만 아무런 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 수건도 넉넉했고, 집처럼 주방도구, 세탁시설도 있어서 편했습니다. 호스트와 연락도 불편함없이 나눴습니다. 근처에 빅씨마트와 야시장이 있어서 좋았습니다. 다음에 치앙마이를 다시온다면 새로운곳을 도전하지않고 다시 여기에 머물고 싶습니다.

Was a really nice place to stay, me and my friends booked here for two nights and ended up extending another. It’s a really nice place, out of the city centre but its easy enough to get a grab or motorbike in if you’re renting one. It was nice to get out of the city centre and it wasn’t very touristy which was quite nice. There’s not loads to do within walking distance but again you can just use a bike or a grab. Wasn’t the cleanest but also didn’t feel super dirty, very good for the price. Bob was lovely and super accommodating, helped us with any questions we had and responded quickly, would definitely recommend :)

Daow (bob's ex wife) who was taking care of the Airbnb at the time I stayed with a friend of mine was the best host ever!!! I highly recommend to stay at this place, if you're after an authentic and quiet area where it's not too crowded with tourists. I stayed at the main big house whilst there were other little houses surrounding it with other tourists. They have a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, own bathroom. I had already planned my activities prior to coming and advised Daow of this - who was very helpful getting into contact with her friends who offer this. She had connections with the Elephant sanctuary and ATV quad bikes. The rest of the other days we figured it ourselves, the area we stayed in also has a 7 eleven, massage place, cafe (heads up they only sell drinks there), Pizza restaurant and many banks surrounding it (convenient for cash withdrawals) nearby which made it more convenient for us. It's also safe to walk around :) Easy 11/10 for me : )

Bob’s place is unique. If you like places and objects with a story and don’t mind a little DIY, you will love this place and will feel at home. A place to hang out for a little longer. Bob is always there for help and a chat. The neighbourhood also has many local gems to discover: potteries, woodcraft shops, antique shops, hikes, rivers, .. and still you can visit Chang Mai if you like.

Their location is very close to the airport, though initially a bit tricky to find; offers full amenities, we had comfortable beds, has a clean interior, provides prompt responses from the host, facilitates easy communication. It is a lovely house, allows for Grab delivery at any time, and is easily accessible for private transfer drivers.

Great for big families!

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans le logement sans aucun regret. Il est bien équipé, bien placé plutôt proche de tout mais silencieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Pla’s place is amazing it has everything u need, the gym is well equipped and the pool is clean, Pla is an amazing host, very responsive and she was very helpful all the time, had a great time there and definitely will come back there next time 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 100/10

A lovely apartment located in a great area of Chang Mai that is close enough to the centre so that you are able to experience all that the area has to offer, but is still quiet so that you can have a peaceful time when back at the apartment. Plenty of facilities in the block, gym and pool, as well as just being a short walk from one the best night market's in Chang Mai, as well as plenty of amenities.

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

We had a great experience overall. The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures, but with a mirrored effect. The living room and kitchen seemed a bit smaller in person compared to the photos, but the bedroom was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable – we slept very well. The bedroom was soundproofed, which was a nice touch, but during the day, there was some noise from the road in the living room. It wasn't a huge issue, though. We made good use of the gym, and it was a great bonus that there was a washing machine in the apartment, allowing us to do laundry after workouts. The pool looked a bit old and was located in the shade between buildings, so we didn't use it. On the third floor, there’s a water refill station, and besides the gym and pool, there’s also a library. One downside was the unpleasant smell from the drainage in the bathroom, which was a bit bothersome. Overall, everything was fine, and we would def come back.
