Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Juan Carlos is an excellent host, he is very quick to answer and very charming. We loved his condo, it is clean, with nice interior design and has a great view! The Bolongo complex is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very nice. We recommand to rent a car in order to visit the little towns in the area and do the grocery.

Excelente comunicación con Jo & Fer, si buscas un lugar para descansar, que esté en una zona tranquila es el lugar ideal. Nada más como consejo al momento de ingresar revisen bien el inmueble, hay detalles que para uno son insignificantes, que al momento no le tomé importancia, hubo un mal entendido, pero se aclaró.

Absolutely stunning and comfortable house in Corral Del Risco! It had everything we needed for a gorgeous week off from winter up in Canada. Can’t wait to return!

Just got back from staying 9 days here. Location is awesome - close enough to town but not too close. $7 Uber rides to get into town. Beautiful and private pool and beach area. Had one issue come up on our first day in which the Property Manager Nacho took care of immediately. Nacho also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and also lined up an in-house masseuse to come to the villa. The villa had plenty of room for the 5 adults and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils one would need. Some key things one may want to know: there is private washer and dryer but they are not located within the unit but within in the building. There is only one hair dryer in the unit. Beach towels are supplied. Our villa was cleaned twice in the 9 days we were there - toilet paper and towels were restocked at those times but if more is needed you would need to supply. We will definitely be back! Host very responsive and even checked in with me during our stay. Thank you!

Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Nice patio area with pool but it was shady, did not get sun so we spent our time at the community pool which was only steps away. Walkable or short Uber ride to shopping and excellent restaurants in Bucerias. Beautiful walking path for miles along the Nuevo tourist area or into Bucerias. Safe gated community and easy access to the beach just across the road. Note that if you want to spend time on the beach there are only 4 adult beach chairs and several child beach chairs which were not enough for our group of 8 adults to enjoy a comfortable day on the beach. 2 very nice, easy to setup beach umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and the place was big enough for our group.

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

Pamela’s place was a great place to spend our 4 days in Guayabitos with our family. The beach is a short two minute walk from the back gate and the kids loved jumping in the pool everyday! The house was big enough for our family of 5 and another family of 5 plus two additional adults. Gemma was responsive and brought extra towels the next day once they were ready from the laundromat and answered any questions I had. Central Guyabitos is a 20 minute walk but if you have kids I recommend getting a taxi, Gemma can help with recommendations as well! WiFi and the central air units in each room were nice also! The home could use a little updating and fixes on some minuscule things but overall great stay!

A traditional Mexican casa, the pictures don't do it justice. Stunning grounds leading to a private pool and a gate to the beach. We are a family of 5 and it suited us perfectly. You can walk to a restaurant in about 10 minutes but we had a golf cart and used it practically everyday. The ocean waves can be heard 24/7 and it's a great place to swim. It has great a/c and fans but we rarely had them on. The fans were tricky to turn off but we figured it out! We hosted my husbands 60th birthday with some other family dropping by, and they were all impressed by the beauty of the gardens and home. Would love to come back.

We love this place and, with the new toll road fully opened, it took us only 3 hours to arrive from Guadalajara. We've stayed here several times before, because of the fenced in yard. It's perfect for our dogs. We love being able to walk right from the yard onto the beach.

Casa Milu en Sayulita es muy accesible a todo. Se puede caminar al centro y a restaurantes sin ningún problema. La distancia a la playa es muy corta y la alberca de la propiedad es muy agradable. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia en Casa Milu. El señor Luis (anfitrión) tuvo muy buena comunicación de principio a fin de nuestra estancia en su propiedad. 100% recomendable.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Jill’s condo is just fabulous! Everything you think you might need is there. Her condo is quiet (it sets back from a lot of busy streets), yet walkable to the beach (about 7 minute walk), wonderful restaurants, Lázaro Cárdenas park, great farmacias, etc… It’s just incredible! Jill is the best host you could ever find! From sending instructions and videos on how to get into the building and get the condo keys, being incredibly responsive, making sure you have all you need in the condo, helping with information for whatever questions arise, and providing a place that makes you feel alive, has amazing sunsets, and makes you feel right at home! She and her condo are the best, and we stay there every year!!

Beautiful stay with my family! Bigger than I imagined. Each room had its own private bathroom (3) and all very spacious. The view was incredible and the beach was great with easy access downstairs and ocean was swimmable. The beds were comfy however I’m not a huge fan memory foam mattresses. The baby cribs also need to be updated or would recommend bringing your own because the padding is hard and my baby wasn’t able to sleep in it. Overall, would recommend to anyone planning a trip with a family.

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

Great stay at Delcanto for a family vacation (2 adults, 3 teens). The condo is in good condition, well furnished, has beautiful views (we were able to see whales and dolphins from the balcony, bring a binocular if you have one) and a good layout (comfortable stay for 5 people). Kitchen is well equipped (high-end gas stove was nice) and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but large and functional. Delcanto is a quiet property with beautiful grounds, nice infinity pools and an easy beach access. The beach is sandy (no rocks unlike other beaches in the area), has a lot of chairs and umbrellas and property staff are friendly and helpful. Great communication, local activities and restaurants recommendations from Paul and Mariana. No crowds, noise or timeshare pitches - a peaceful paradise. We rented a car so getting to places and buying groceries was easy, otherwise would need to cab everywhere (there aren’t many things walking distance). Would definitely stay again

The whole stay was phenomenal. The property is beautiful. Pools, restaurant, beach, location, everything couldn’t have been better. We travelled with 2 other couples who had different condos in the same tower, ours was by far the best. The balcony is so large and about 3x’s the size of what our friends had. And our host… was the most responsive out of all of us. Great vacation, great property, great experience!

Our stay in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fabulous. The place is just as described and was very comfortable. The pool and beach access were perfect for our family vacation. It was easy to get to town by bus or taxi/uber. We had breakfast every morning at the restaurant in the condo poolside which was great. Really we just hope to go back soon. Thanks Joe and Heidi for sharing your amazing spot with us!

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!
