We loved the peaceful surroundings at Roberto’s place. Out of the 3 Airbnbs we stayed in during our 2week stay, this was our favorite location. The highlight of our entire trip was our adventure out fishing and snorkeling with Thomas! It was better than our trip to Hol Chan and Shark Ray alley. I learned a lot about fish and fishing though I’m not great at it. Roberto was very helpful when my husband had a kidney stone while there, and he was very resourceful in places to go and eat. The two restaurants nearby are great! Some things to keep in mind: This is a small studio, so there’s not much wiggle room for two people with large suitcases, so we pulled out what we needed and stored our suitcases under the nice bathroom shelf. Bring coffee and filters. You will need to get your water at the local place down the road. And the pictures don’t show the deer head above the bed in case you are bothered by that. We would go there again but would choose the larger unit on the property.

Everything was absolutely lovely - memories were made that will last a lifetime and we can’t wait to come back! The estate and villa are impeccably maintained! We had the most restful nights sleep we’ve ever had on holiday! The on-site team is world class! Terri, your personal concierge is a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond to help make your stay the best possible! Derrick is wonderfully helpful and works hard daily to maintain the beach and property. Karla, handles your daily housekeeping and is a sweetheart, a bright ray of smiley sunshine! Thank you Sari and team for making this one for the record books! The property is truly stunning a once in a life time place to experience and stay in we loved how it was out of town and private just for our family! We enjoyed exploring off the pier we saw so many rays sea turtles and Henry ( the eel that lives by the pier) it was so cool! We highly recommend staying here! Being on the north side of the island was so peaceful!

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

Mariah's place is amazing. The sunset views are beautiful and the home has everything you could imagine. The pools are big with plenty of room to room and the hot tub is super relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants close by and a convenience store across for incidentals. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed Sapphire Beach Resort and all of the amenities and wonderful staff! Ed's place is located feet from a pool and a few yards from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the ocean with tea in the morning and wine before dinner! Ed's place is very well furnished and had all of the kitchen and bath items we needed (and more). Housekeeping was done daily and very well. Loved the Tiki Bar and Saturday BBQ's. Front desk folks were extremely helpful and made arrangements for shuttle flights, taxi pickups, and golf cart rental. The Gem restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you for having us!

We had a fantastic experience at Blu Zen and even cut our previous stay short to come here. From the start, Carmen was amazing—super friendly, a great communicator, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. Blu Zen was the perfect escape from the busy energy of Caye Caulker—peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The ferry shuttle made getting around easy, and our kids loved the three pools, which we visited daily. We also really enjoyed dining at Lotus and the pizza place, and the on-site store was a great convenience. The unit was spotless, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Really, our only small complaint was that there was no coffee maker—only a Keurig with low-quality coffee. We would have loved to brew a pot of fresh, local coffee, especially since the on-site coffee shop doesn’t open until 7:30 AM. Overall, Blu Zen met our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Bella Mar is a lovely place--we would definitely stay again! We were 4 couples, and the accommodations were great for us. Wonderful, comfortable living room to lounge in, and beautiful outdoor space including beach and pool. Noe shopped for us before we arrived and helped us and our bags to the home, which made our arrival very smooth. Thank you for a great stay--we can't wait to come back!

Ill start off by saying the concierge service was 5 star and very accommodating. They helped book my travel to and from the airport and were very responsive to any requests. The location is about a 15 min. Ride by golf cart to town but there are plenty of smaller places to grab a drink or a bite closer.i was pleseantly surprised they also had a bartender at the pool that surved drinks and food. The beach front was cleaned and raked perfectly ever morning. The ocean water unfortunately right in front was not great. We did walk down the pier to jump in though. It is very quiet in this location, so worth it if you dont mind a ride into town.

We had the perfect stay at the sunset beach resort. Barbara was proactive in sending us helpful details about logistics and recommendations (tours, restaurants, , and was extremely helpful in setting up transportation to and from San Pedro! I had many questions and she was kind to address them all! When we got there Jason (and sweet Malia) were there to greet us and answer any questions that we had - Jason was very responsive throughout our stay! Manolo kindly drove us to and from our water taxi and the airport. The condo was lovely, spacious, and private with gorgeous views. There were plenty of restaurants and things to do and the location was great as it was a bit outside all of the action but still accessible to it. Our kids (9 and 11) did not want to leave. One of their favorite parts was the golf cart rental (which Barbara helped to facilitate). Highly recommend!
