Armando’s place is centrally located in San Pedro and is an amazing oasis in the middle of town. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Highly recommend

BOOK IT! I booked this air bnb for me and my 2 friends so it was 3 of us staying there total. Which is perfect because it was 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The little casita was adorable and the male of the group definitely enjoyed his privacy. The main house was stunning, spacious and accurately described. There is construction going on next door but that didn’t bother us at all. The host was able to help with anything I needed, including a golf cart rental. The one time I did reach out was because the wifi wasn’t working well and it was after hours but I still got a response in less than 5 minutes and the problem was rectified. The host truly thought of everything you might need. We definitely made use of the washer and dryer. In the grand scheme of things, neither of these were a big issue! I plan on returning to San Pedro and definitely booking with M&B again!

Our first trip to San Pedro was absolutely amazing! We’ll definitely be back at Lost at Sea!!The place was breathtaking! Our family had a blast walking out on the pier and searching for sea creatures. We saw all sorts of cool stuff! The location was perfect for some much-needed relaxation. Eva was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for such a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back soon!

We were very happy with the fast and reliable service from all involved. Especially when we forgot our passports and had to call at 1 in the morning to figure out how to get back to the house and get them. Instead of having to do that myself Franz was up and to the house to find them . He also delivered them to us right then. Being a distance from the airport I was so appreciative! It was not convenient for him to deliver them at that time of day let alone willing to do the task without any resistance and a smile. Absolutely Amazing! He also was there for us right away for any other requests before that. We enjoyed the place and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much! It was enlightening to see living off grid was not an inconvenience. I am looking into solar on a project myself so to actually use it real time for a couple weeks was a good experience. Thank you very much!

Quiet, clean, great space. Excellent communication for our entire trip. Levita greeted us after a very long day. Glad we were away from the dusty, noisy center of town. Definitely rent the bikes even though they are a bit rusty!

Casa Esmeralda provided an exceptional stay, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The property was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoroughly stocked with all essential amenities. Gil and Minerva clearly put a lot of care into this property, and it showed. Its prime location allowed for easy access to Caye Caulker's restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend Casa Esmeralda for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and well-maintained throughout. The location couldn't have been better - convenient access to everything I wanted to see and do during my visit. Amanda was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions I had. The communication was excellent from booking through checkout. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay in a great location.

We just returned home from our vacation. None of us wanted to leave! The family truly makes you feel like longtime friends. The few needs we had that weren’t already provided for were met quickly. The kitchen is well appointed for making some meals in. The beds were comfortable. The grounds around the Beach House are beautiful with many places to relax and soak up the sun. The restaurant next door was one of the best we ate at the whole trip! And you’re not far from many great locations that are growing in popularity on North Ambergris. Being able to fish right from the dock out front was the highlight of our stay!! The trips with Thomas were a close second. We also loved being able to see and purchase some of Capt. Robby’s artwork & jewelry. We will continue to rave about this property and the hosts any chance we get!! Until next time Belize, cheers!

Elena and Dale are kind and accommodating hosts and have a very lovely space for their Airbnb. The room had all the amenities that I could want, a comfortable mattress, very convenient to small shops and grocery, and plenty of hot water. I certainly will return the next time I’m in town.

Beautiful home with one of the best sunset views on the island. Cindy and Don were very accommodating, and very responsive. They live on site on the upper part of the home with their three friendly dogs. The dogs will bark at you, but they are sweethearts. The bike ride into town is a bit rough roads, and is pretty slow going after dark due to all the bumps. We personally found the bike ride enjoyable during the day. If you're not comfortable biking, do not stay here. The construction noise during the week was not too bad. We were able to take our afternoon siestas no problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

We had a comfortable stay. Clean with everything we needed. Breakfast included was so nice. The pool was refreshing and we spent a good amount of time relaxing on the porch in the hammocks, enjoying all of the birds. The sunsets on the dock were great! We used the canoe and bikes. The hotel staff were awesome! There is lively music late into the night on Friday and Saturdays nearby. You will hear mild boom boom of the base. I’m old and pretty noise sensitive but, was totally fine with my earplugs.

My friend and I loved the Gumbo Limbo! Very charming, calm property. There’s direct access to the water/ a peaceful dock, but it’s still close enough to get to the busier part of town by walking or even quicker if you take the bikes they provide! The bikes actually turned out to be a huge plus because we took them across to the north island on the ferry and biked all around. The Gumbo Limbo is also super close to both the airport and the water taxi— when we left by plane, we just walked along the beach for about five minutes to get to the airport.

The apartment was perfect for me and hubby. It was large enough for us to have our space and the anemitites inside the apartment were great. My fav was the bed...OMG SO COMFORTABLE! The apartment was so clean and the washer and dryer was a plus. Coconuts Caribe was in a perfect location and within minutes getting downtown or anywhere around the island and there are plenty of eateries to chose from nearby( Elvi's; Carambas; Sandy Toes; Truck Stop to name a few). Our favorite food truck at the Truck Stop was Asian option. If you like gambling there are a few casinos Palm casino (across from Elvi's) but our fav was Caribi Bleu. We enjoyed our time so much we booked an extra day. Big Ups to Giovanni!!!!who was always helpful and provided great recommendations and directions where we needed to go.

My friends and I had a great stay at Babylon. No negative experience. Here are some highlights (or many highlights): *Our host - communication was effective, quick, and understanding. *Our in person engagement - everyone was great. Jair and Zair got us coconuts, tamales, and were quick to resolve any issues. Marisol - sweetest host. Quick and attentive. *Location: able to walk everywhere whether using the sidewalk or the beach, i prefer the beach stroll. We were able to walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, massage, Sunset Lounge, Estell's, center of town - all of it. Close to airport. We rented a golf cart from Avis, so the return was easy since it was on the way to the airport. *Amenities: dock available for easy pick up for our fishing excursion, small pool, hammocks, front patio seating, also able to snorkel off dock, parking for golf cart, and laundry at a small cost. Definitely would return or recommend Babylon to other family/friends.

Our stay was wonderful! Sue was great with communication even before the trip began. She arranged taxi services from the airport, gave us precise directions to the suite and was waiting there for us with cold beers and simple, reasonable instructions expected of us during our stay. The suite was clean, well stocked and tastefully appointed and two bikes were provided for our use during our stay. We did have issues with one of the bikes, however she was quick to respond and the problem was resolved in a resonable time frame. The pool was clean and refreshing and well maintained. The property was private and comfortable and away from to noise of the city, but walkable when we chose to explore. If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this property again! We came to San Pedro as backpacker wanting to do some diving. We booked with Amigos Divers. Our location was perfect for an easy five minute walk to the dive shop, we rented a golf cart next door at the K-Mart, ocean front restaurants near by. It was everything we needed. Even got to do laundry before our next trip right in the room.

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Cariventa is gorgeous. If you want a lazy day the pool is perfect and the roof is a wonderful spot for the sunset. The fireflies were beautiful. Grab one of the bikes and go explore! So good. It is not in town but literally a 10 min bike into town. We spent ten days in Caye Caulker at Cariventa. 💯 would stay here again. Steffi was so proactive and her comprehensive knowledge and passion for the island was super helpful and definitely made our stay 💗. The beds are comfy, lots of space and storage but nicely appointed and everyone had a bit of space to ensure this holiday was lovely. Thanks Steffi! From Gillie, Christy and Felix

Great place central to everything on the Island. Exceeded our expectations, absolutely loved the upstairs deck. Easy to check in, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great communications with the owner, super quick in responding. Super easy to find and short walk from the ferry terminals. Lovely sea views and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only downside was we didn’t stay long enough. Will definitely be back.

Tres Cocos was perfect in every way! The condo was clean and comfortable, the views were great and the customer service was absolutely stellar. We loved the location and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!! Thank you to all the amazing staff 🙏

I rated all a 5-star as very accurate but ironically, the potential fail was that they did not state enough in the AirBNB description as to all the awesome features that were included! The 'beach' (more of a great sitting area to wade in and cool off) was raked every day that were were there for the chair areas (there was debris tangled into the roots and sides) so very safe for our 3 year old to run around barefoot). The roof top hot tub was stated BUT the highlight due to viewing sunrise and sunsets! Look for huge star fishes in the tide pools! Just don't take them! The staff was always cleaning up the pool area and we did get a change over of towels and sheets mid-week. Fresh water always had a spare bottle as we did drink a lot of water and made a lot of ice with it! Beds were comfy and as ocean front, we turned off the AC a lot and just let the sea air in. May not be an option all year but I think we saw one fly make it in. Make sure they have Gustavo be your taxi guy! Reliable!

Wow did we absolutely love our stay here while in Belize. From sunrise to sunset the views were incredible from our personal deck and even better from the shared roof top deck. Vanzie and Brad are incredible hosts and super responsive with great recommendations on food and help organizing taxis to and from the property. The room was well equipped for cooking and was stocked with essential items like some bug spray, soap, and filtered water. The complimentary bikes were an amazing feature; make sure you ride them down to Bliss Beach for a beautiful serene beach day! We loved our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. We will for sure be back!

We loved sitting on the porch or out on the pier having coffee, reading or watching the sunrise. The pool is nice and refreshing after a day out in the heat. The kitchen was really well stocked with high quality cookware. The location was great for us, slightly away from town for a more peaceful stay but easy to get to most places. We were welcomed and felt right at home all week.

This condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. The beach was peaceful and private. The condo is about 20 minutes out of town by golf cart, so it was really nice having our own cart rental for our stay. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and Belize Pro Dive Shop will pick up on the nearest dock, which was really nice. Some other companies would not go that far south for pickup. We are from a mountain state and left some cookies out which attracted some sugar ants in the kitchen, so keep food in closed containers/bags or in the fridge. This area has more permanent residents, so it is very peaceful. If you want more of a night life scene (which we didn't) or don't want to rent a golf cart, I'd suggest staying closer to the center of town. There is a bar (Stax) right across the street. It was nice having a food option right there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this spot!
