Very nice place and kind host! The place isn't very quiet (you can definitely hear other sounds/voices from nearby units or from outside the window, so if you need a reaaaally quiet place I wouldn't recommend this) but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Complete amenities, beautiful interior design, accessible, very cozy place to stay in.

The furnitures, interiors, and design were not like other Airbnbs, you can say that it’s carefully thought for and picked—it exceeded our expectations. The room is well-maintained and clean as well. Rhealyn was very responsive from check-in to check-out. Answered promptly to my inquiries and very quick to assist. Her place was as described-clean, complete amenities and supplies, very aesthetic - all my expectations were met. I needed a place to study and rest in between classes/work. i loved staying at her place. Will surely book again.

I had an Awesome Stay! Split Aircon and a fan inside the unit made it very cool inside, the summer heat was nothing. Over all Five star. It can’t get any better

We initially booked this property because of the king-sized bed and location but it turned out to be so much more. The hosts were responsive and would make time to check in on us. They granted our requests and immediately solved some issues we faced. The unit is spacious, well-lit and well-ventilated. We like that it is situated in the corner so there’s privacy and space. The location is perfect, walkable to most areas in BGC. It has lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The area is safe and the staff of the building were friendly. The small fee payment for checking out late was understandable. We would recommend this airbnb to our friends and family, and would book again in the future.

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

This place is superb! I like the fact that it is very convenient to the different malls and places around Makati. The place is also what is exactly in the photos. It’s clean, quiet, and beautiful. The place is cozy, nice and clean. Very responsive and accommodating host. Flexible check-in time when we requested for it since we were attending an event at Taguig Convention Center. Convenience store, bank, salon, restos and coffee shop are nearby.

Clean, minimal, and necessities are provided. The view to the coast is also nice.

Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️

As a host Kaye was awesome and responsive, the place was wonderful, a few small things that had nothing to do with our host Kaye. The water was not mineral so I'd recommend bringing your own water, we would have loved to have found a broom to clean up a little better. The place is great to accommodate your family, rooms are comfy and the design is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and felt comfortable to use. Our stay was awesome and had a great time at the wave pool. I did see a few things that could use some repair like the longer sofa be sure to be careful as it looks like it might be out of service soon although it has the softest cushions! All in all I recommend Kaye's place 110%, just please treat all the furniture and appliances as if it was your own. Thanks Kaye!

It was very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The location is very convenient. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony whilst having coffee eheh. It also has great amenities. The building management is also very organised and professional! I felt very safe😊. Just be aware that XYLO is right across the street, which means music will be blasting. I had to put some earplugs on to sleep better. But, it may also be a good thing for those who like clubbing.

The flat is an absolute luxury, with impresive views to the city. Lui is a great host, who also helped us with personal issues, as finding a shop to rent a barong tagalg. 100% recomended!

We recently enjoyed a staycation at Uptown Parksuites 2 hosted by Ms Lilibeth and it was exactly the relaxing getaway we needed without leaving the city. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a cozy bed, a stunning city view, and a luxurious bathroom. The kitchen was excellent and has all the things that we needed plus a free microwavable containers which the guest can use to store their leftover foods. Overall, our staycation was a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Whether you’re looking for a solo retreat, a romantic escape, or a family-friendly break, this place is a fantastic choice. Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

I got lucky finding Habeeb’s place. I booked it again immediately after staying for an initial week. I like that he doesn’t price-gouge. And for what the location and place offers, it’s a good deal. I travel for work and I was pleased with this find. I just wish Habeeb has a more responsive property manager. There were a few items I raised (bedside lamp, toaster, kitchen outlet, balcony light were all inoperable) that were not addresses during my stay. I should have been more relentless, but then I was outside most of the day. Will privately email Habeeb my suggestions to improve value to his offer. Will stay again here. Definitely.

Ms Myra's place is beyond my expectation. .. Feels like our own house. what i love most is its in the corner which our kids love the view outside. And they really enjoy the pool and the playground. We are looking forward to stay here again for our next vacation in the Philippines. Highly recommended ❤️❤️

Andrew’s condo was the perfect spot for me and my family. We loved being walking distance from restaurants, shops, bars, and clubs. The place had everything we needed to feel comfortable, and the views of Manila from the balcony were insane—especially at night. Huge thanks to the host for being super responsive and respectful the whole time. Definitely recommending this place to family looking for an Airbnb in Manila.

The place is perfect for a quick getaway. The space is designed beautifully, it's very clean and cozy. The unit itself is also fully equipped with essentials for the kitchen and the bathroom. Aside from that, Ms. Reylina is a very responsive host and was always very active in responding in any of our messages and concerns. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place 🙂
