Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en San Pietro di Feletto

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo appartamento e tutto è stato perfetto, dalla disponibilità degli host al check-in alla fornitura di ogni comfort in casa. L'appartamento è delizioso (personalmente mi è sembrato più grande che nelle foto) e tenuto con cura, l'affaccio sulla vallata rende ogni risveglio ancora più piacevole. Alla prossima!

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Alessandro was great: available, friendly, helpful and very nice overall. The location is great, in the nicest area of Mestre, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment and the city main square is at walkable distance for anyone. The neighborhood is filled with commodities, restaurants and services. The apartment is huge but cozy and Alessandro and his co-host are planning to make it even more amazing. Highly recommended!

Le logement proposé par Alessandro est conforme à la description et était même au delà de nos attentes ! Il est moderne, parfaitement équipé, fonctionnel et bien agencé. Chaque chose est pensée pour votre confort ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse extérieure, idéale pour un apéro sous le soleil ! Le logement est facile d’accès et l’arrivée est autonome avec la mise à disposition d’un code d’entré ou du déverrouillage de la porte par téléphone (idéal pour notre arrivée à 00h30). Le quartier est calme et à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt de la ville. Alessandro est un hôte prévoyant et très réactif ! Il met à disposition un guide avec ses bonnes adresses et trouve des solutions en cas de problème ou de question. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de lui faire confiance et de passer votre séjour à Venise dans ce cocon de charme et de modernité !

Appartamento perfetto per un weekend, pulito e in ordine, con tutto l’occorrente per il soggiorno. In posizione strategica, check-in rapido, host disponibile e flessibile.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and we enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is bigger than our previous accommodations in Italy/Switzerland, clean and nice as per photos. It comes with 2 room (1 queen, 1 single bed) and a small open kitchen. There is a washing machine but no dryer. We love the peaceful location in Venice Mestre, and there is a great Chinese restaurant Orientale in the area. Would definitely recommend one to eat there. Down side is that need to go up one flight of stairs so those with heavy luggage need to take note. The house is also around 10-15 min walk with luggage. Will be great if they can install some hooks in the toilet at high points so that we can hang our clothes when we shower or for the towels. Would definitely recommend people to stay here!

La host e sua madre (la signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi) gentilissime e a disposizione! Spazio pulito e ordinato. La casa era come nelle foto e sulla descrizione.

Our stay in Padua was marvellous. The notes and advice from our hosts, Renato and Elisabetta helped us get about, notably where to visit in such an historic city and also where to eat. Invaluable..!! We were very comfortable in the apartment that was fully equipped, very clean and it was within easy walking distance of local shops and monuments in the city centre. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Nicola war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft hat uns so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie war Sauber und super Modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch toll, es ist ruhig und liegend in einer netten Gegend. Zum Lido de Jesolo sind es mit dem Auto ca 7 Minuten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Luisa was a great host and the place was perfect especially with the garden!

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem süßen Haus mit großem Garten, Gartenmöbeln, Pool. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Meer, Geschäfte, Lokale in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Alberto ist immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Check in war total unkompliziert und früher möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert

Dit was inmiddels de 3e keer dat we bij Stefania verbleven en het was weer als thuiskomen. Een fijne plek in een rustige omgeving en mooi centraal gelegen in de regio Veneto. En Stefania is een fijne gastvrouw. Wij komen weer terug!

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Excellent Hosts! Lovely property and amazing location. Suitable for families and secure free car park is cherry on top! Fuel/Supermarket and Restaurants are very close by! Venice airport is 25 mins drive.

Très bonne communication avec Francisco, l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description Dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tous les transports (bus, bateaux et train), nous avons passé un excellent week end

Notre séjour de 7 jours à Venise formidable . Notre logement avec 1 gardien parfaitement placé et accessible par bateau bus Alilaguna en arrivant de l'aéroport ( forfait 27 euros A/R avec un arret à la station San Stae à 200 m de notre adresse) Nous avons été accueillies par Anna très chaleureusement en français. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses de restaurants MOCENIGO à 2 pas de notre logement.Aussi 1 coop . L'appartement au 2e étage était très agréable confortable avec vue sur un petit pont et canal (2 trousseaux de clefs ) pas d'ascenseur . On peut se déplacer de notre embarcadère San Stae facilement avec les vaporettos ACTV pour les iles MURANO et BURANO avec pass de 2 Jours (35 e) . Les transports étant très chers nous avons continué nos visites à pied, une carte et un bon GPS sont de rigueur, les ruelles de Venise un vrai labyrinthe ). Attention sur le bateau bus pick pocket même les plus avertis. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .

Gerne! Hier ist eine sehr positive Airbnb-Bewertung mit den gewünschten Punkten: --- Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Es war wirklich alles perfekt: Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet – ideal, wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und ich habe dort super geschlafen! Außerdem gibt es richtig viel Platz und Stauraum, was vor allem bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach fantastisch . Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Superbe appartement, grand, lumineux, moderne et calme. Litterie excellente. Impeccable au niveau propreté Entièrement équipé : lave vaisselle, four. Micro-ondes, lave linge et seche linge, aspirateur balai,aspirateur robot, tv, wii... et les consommables qui vont avec( lessive, dosettes..., jeux pour la wii...) On en demandait pas tant 🤪 Accueil parfait Parking abrité et sécurisé dans la propriété. Instructions claires grâce notamment à des fiches plastifiees ( en anglais et en italien) Liste des meilleurs restaurants du coin (avec indications de qualité et de prix). Emanuele a mis la barre tres haut! 🙂 Bravo, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Host sempre reattivo e molto disponibile nel fare informazioni. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Venezia in bus. Disponibilità di un ampio supermercato nelle vicinanze per qualsiasi esigenza. Appartamento come nelle foto, pulito e ordinato. Siamo stati molto bene. Lo consiglio!

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!
