great place. nice view of the beach. about 50-100m from the shore, very nice. very enjoyable coffees and wines from the balcony. apartment was clean and comfortable

Well appointed house with everything you need. Some aspects of it are a bit dated but everything is well maintained, clean and in good working order. The area is beautiful and you can walk everywhere

We had a lovely time at Jasmina's for a girls weekend away. The unit was gorgeous, just as pictured and so cosy. It was all that was described. All the amenities you require for a comfortable stay. A quick 2 min wander around the back, there is a walking path that leads you down and along the Rosebud front beach, pier and playground. Fantastic walking track that takes you to some great resturants / cafes. Across the road from BWS and a short walk to Woolies, Chemist and some great little stores and cafe's. Jasmina was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Great value. I hope to return with my hubby and kids soon. Thanks for hosting us 😚

Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

I stayed a week at Cathy and Steve’s place, it’s a beautiful, clean, modern apartment that had everything I needed. Everything was walking distance and it was lovely being so close to the beach. I will for sure be returning, I highly recommend staying here. By far the best air BnB I’ve stayed at. Thank you’s for having me!

Beautiful accomodation with amazing views … close to all amenities ….well maintained… we enjoyed …. Just found bed -suze but smaller for comfortable sleep for a couple , Phil - the host acknowledged this feedback n advised to upgrade bedsize. Rest all good. Phill was very responsive for all queries n clear detailed instructions in itinerary. Will come back surely .

Thanks to Steve and Renee, great place to stay. Very close to the beach and a nice walk to Cowes along the beach (about 2k). Place was clean and tidy with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The only possible addition would be a couple of loungers for the decking area but that is only a suggestion as I am lazy!

I booked an extended family holiday at Fiona's lovely beach house. We had thirteen guests including a three year old. The house had plenty of comfortable beds for all of us and the house was stacked with plenty of toys for the young one and plenty for the adults too. The location is very peacefull and has superb access to beautiful surf beach. Fiona was wonderful to communicate with, very attentative to our needs and questions. I can not recommend booking a getaway at Fiona's Island beach house heigh enough. Thank you Fiona!

We loved our stay at this place. It was spacious and comfortable. We were walking distance to the beach and we had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was flexible and accommodating. Check in was easy. The late check out time was amazing. It was just perfect for a weekend trip with the family. We will definitely be back

9 of us stayed. There was ample space and beds for all of us, although the bunk beds were a little short for a tall adult. A short walk to beach and a short drive to Cowes. The local general store, only 3 min walk, was convenient for take away food and coffee. A very enjoyable stay for all of us.

We loved staying at Martin’s place. It’s in a beautiful location and the sunset was unreal! Quick drive to Cowes which is filled with amazing restaurants and cafes. We loved walking along the coast every morning. I’d come back in a heart beat! The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating.

A very modern and extremely well appointed home directly across the road from the beach. 20 minute walk to the shops and eateries of Dromana. The road has a steady stream of traffic throughout the day but dies right down at night. We only needed one bedroom but with 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, bathroom and ensuites, this house would be ideal for two or more families to share.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was incredibly comfortable and convenient, with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The view was absolutely stunning, and we spent hours enjoying the pools and swimming pool—such a treat! The table tennis was a fantastic bonus that kept us entertained. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun stay!

We had the most wonderful time with our family in this home. It was beautiful, the perfect amount of space for 4 adults and 4 kids, everyone had their own bed and everyone was comfortable. Sitting on the back deck looking out at the water felt like a dream. So many great recommendations from Diana, including a beautiful brunch and an incredible penguin viewing experience. So happy with out time here and greatly appreciate Diana's homes and instructions.
