Très bien reçus par Monica, très gentille et discrète. Nous avons trouvé le calme dont nous avions besoin. La montagne vaut le détour et la piscine était la bienvenue après une journée bien remplie. Tout y était dans l'appartement et le lit était impeccable. Nous recommandons Monica.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Situé à moins d'un km des plages et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et agréable, le logement est très bien situé. Francesco a été très accueillant. Merci pour ce séjour !

Wir waren zu zweit bei Chiara und ihre Familie zu Gast. Unseren zweiten Aufenthalt im September konnten wir sehr genießen. Nicht zuletzt, weil sich unsere Gastgeber genauso gefreut haben, wie wir uns wieder zu treffen. Natürlich auch die Hunde. Bereits am ersten Abend durften wir zu Gast sein, von Chiaras Geburtstagsfeier. Immer wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten, wurde uns wunderbar geholfen. Für Unternehmungen im Umland und um diesem Bereich kennen zu lernen, ist Molina di Quosa der perfekte Standort. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen. Grazie mille, Chiara e Davide e Andrea

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Daniella ! Il était confortable, bien équipé et au cœur du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied depuis la gare. Idéal pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre !

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

Fue una nuy buena estadía! Cerca de la estación de trenes, también de cerca de supermercados Davide siempre atento a todas nuestras necesidades y preguntas. El departamento es como se muestra en las fotos, muy cómodo y limpio. Lo recomiendo.

Logement parfait pour un séjour à La Spezia. Nous avons logé ici dans le cadre d'un voyage aux cinq terres, nous cherchions donc un logement proche de la gare centrale. Celui-ci a l'avantage d'être très proche (8min) tout en étant au calme puisqu'il se situe dans le quartier au-dessus (quelques marches à monter, rien d'insurmontable). Point fort important : mise à disposition d'un box de garage fermé pour stocker le véhicule. Le logement en lui-même était propre, fonctionnel, chaleureux, et nous avons bénéficié de l'exterieur de la maison, très agréable et apaisant. Giorgia s'est occupée de notre accueil, elle a été très flexible sur nos horaires d'arrivée, et a su nous donner de bons conseils. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement pour un couple/des amis souhaitant profiter de La Spezia et/ou des cinq terres !

Daniela est juste attentionnée et parfaite comme hôte. Elle a été très sympathique et toujours disponible pour nous en allant même au delà de ses prérogatives en nous proposant des services annexes pour notre fille qui s’est fait une entorse durant nos vacances. On sent qu’elle aime ce qu’elle fait et elle le fait à la perfection. Le logement est parfait et que dire de l’emplacement : à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare ou de l’aéroport. Le centre ville est un peu loin à pied mais ça se fait très bien quand on est en vacances (30 minutes environ). Malgré l’emplacement proche de l’aéroport, le logement est calme durant la nuit. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très joli. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien. Grazie mille Daniela

We really enjoyed our stay, like most places nothing is perfect but the house was nice. Private parking was perfect, and Bruno who meet us at the house was really nice in explaining the features of the house and parking. We were expecting nice views of the bay but unfortunately it was all blocked by huge shipping containers that didn’t allow us to see any of the water - but that is not host fault. Be advised the showers in both bathrooms are Extremely TINY. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was easy to get to the towns of Cinque Terre from there (about 30 min walk to train or 4 minute drive to park under the train station) . Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Gemma è un host molto gentile ed estremamente attenta. Siamo stati accolti con dei meravigliosi doni che ci hanno allietato la permanenza. Appartamento pulito e adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli. Parcheggio comodo e a pochissimi metri dall'ingresso. Esperienza da ripetere!!!!

We loved our stay here. We bought the 2 day pass for unlimited train and Cinque Terre. It took us 10 minutes to walk to train station. Giulia gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. She gave us a lot of information as to how to get around and what to do around LA Spezia. We highly recommend this property. We were very comfortable here. thankyou Gilia

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

We had a great stay at Adriana’s place! It is within easy walking distance from the train station, and is in a safe area. I did feel a bit uneasy walking later at night, but we had no problems at all. The apartment is larger than we had anticipated, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed (nice towels, great water pressure, etc.). Adriana met us at the door, and showed us around, and clearly communicated the expectations for our stay, as well as throughout our stay if we had questions. There is a grocery store a few steps away, and a great bar for cappuccino in the morning. We really appreciated the recommendations she made, especially her suggestion to visit Portovenere. We were delighted to stay in this lovely apartment!

une personne très gentille et à l'écoute, elle parle très bien français et nous a trés bien conseillé pour trouver un restaurant. Elle a offert à notre fille une petite poule et des chocolats car c'était le weekend de Pâques, une charmante attention et avait préparé un panier pour notre chien.Bref nous avons été très bien accueillis.Quant au logement, il est très spacieux, bien aménagé, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut, il ne manque rien. L'environnement est très calme et il y a de belles balades à faire. Je recommande chaudement !

This place was beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been more perfect in this little town by the sea. You are so close to everything. The place was exactly as described. It is small but very charming. The patio is where we spent most of our time overlooking the harbor…it is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host was so responsive to our every question and helpful with suggestions on activities and restaurants. Even helped us with certain hikes to take. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I hope to be able to come back someday soon.
