Great location, apartment with a lot of light, very close to One Nimman and Maya mall. Great WiFi.

It felt like home! The apartment was super clean and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even the air purifier. The location is just perfect. And the big advantage is that the apartment is not hot because direct sunlight doesn’t reach the room. Yes, you can hear the planes but it didn’t bother me at all. The communication was friendly, quick and helpful. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Chiang Mai!

Beautiful place to stay and relax. The pool really makes it feel like a mini holiday within your travels and is a nice break slightly outside of the main square or Chiang Mai. Yanan was very responsive and always able to help us when we needed. I would highly recommend staying here and it was worth every penny!

Bow and Golf are dedicated and flexible when serving their client. location is good for tourists who are looking for coffee shops, restaurants and mall The streets are full of cars and motorcycles which make a decent amount of noise and the air is poluted.

Great place and highly recommended. Walkable to Maya Shopping Centre and to Nimman. Also close to the Walled City

Really enjoyed this stay, it's a really good location and a well maintained Condominium building with a fantastic pool, lots of parking. 7/11 just outside and a coffee shop with a 5 minutes walk to Central Festival made this ideal base for our trip to visit relatives in Chiang Mai. We had such a lovely stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in slightly early. The place was clean and comfortable, and in a fantastic location close to many cafes/restaurants, whilst being quiet and peaceful.

在宁曼路中心区域，步行就能到宁曼一号等。房间只有一张大床，其实只适合两人居住，超过两人就显得比较拥挤了。房东联系很方便，回复也很快。不过500多人民币的价格貌似也不怎么划算，因为再加300可以租到有三个卧室、相近位置的House。

Loved our stay! The apartment is spacious with great natural light. The master bedroom was super dark and the bed is really comfortable. Plane noise was not a big deal at all. We loved the coffee shop downstairs and the restaurant down the road (Charoenlaab or something like that!) has delicious Northern Thai food. Nimman is a quick walk away, and there are lots of cute little coffee shops within walking distance.

Spectacular! Absolutely loved my stay at Guillaume’s place! One of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! Check in was a breeze and Guillaume was even able to meet me there personally to help me get situated. Communication is excellent and he’s an extremely attentive host. Great location right next to Nimman, which is the best part of Chiang Mai for restaurants, shopping and night life. The decor is amazing with all details carefully chosen for a beautiful aesthetic, better than the photos even. The apartment has everything you could want, all stored neatly in its own drawer or cabinet, keeping the place looking tidy. Balcony is great for sunset with a view of the mountain, and although the building is located on a busy road, sound proof windows keep it completely silent inside. The apartment building itself is also a work of art. Beautiful architecture that’s unique for Chiang Mai, making the whole experience of entering/exiting the building very enjoyable. 100% recommend!

Simply amazing. Best AirBnB experience so far! Everything as described, host is quick to respond, 0 issues during 1 month stay. The place is more spacious than seen on photos! And it's in a more authentic neighbourhood. Recommended.

숙소가 쾌적하고 침구가 편안했어요! 16일간 머물렀는데 샤워기 필터를 한 개 밖에 안썼어요. 비교적 다른곳보다 물이 깨끗했고 조리도구가 있어 편안했습니다. 추천합니다! 잘 쉬었습니다!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

В здании есть небольшой спортзал и бассейн с прекрасным видом на горы. Сама квартира хорошо оснащена, в ней есть все необходимое. Хорошего качества матрас, подушки и белье. Мы отлично выспались. Best value for money in Chiang Mai I believe. There is everything in the vicinity. The premise has swimming pool, great gym and in the vicinity there is bunch of good food options and massage parlours.

Appartement fidèle à sa description, très propre. L’hôte est adorable et disponible. Présence d’une machine à laver et d’un balcon ce qui permet de faire sécher le linge en moins de temps qu’il ne faut pour dire ouf ! Juste quelques petits bémols : la piscine était vide et il y a beaucoup de bruit avec l’aéroport pas loin ainsi que le coq thaï qui apparemment aime se réveiller de très bonne heure !😂 Merci pour le petit séjour !

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

非常非常便利的社区！楼下走路2-3分钟就是Big C 周三到周六还有小夜市 很安全 24小时保安 我们自己租了车也有停车位 安保人员超级nice 整个社区真的是太舒适方便了，体验当地人的生活。路口大711后面有个小炒摊 连吃了三天 下次去清迈还会来住的！ 房东小姐姐人超好，知道我们有租车特意等我们给我送停车票，还给我私家攻略，推荐的小区里的咖啡和附近的马杀鸡都超好的！ 很愉快的经历😄
