Had a chance to stay here during the most busiest time of the year in Chiang Mai -- the yee peng festival! I was out of time of the day but everything here gives so much local vibes! From the wooden house, the door, the bed and all. Its also peace and quiet. No issues with wifi too. AC works well and theres also a fan inside and table and chairs. People there are so nice and always greets you with a smile. They also have a cute cat around! Overall I had a pleasant stay! Thank you so much!

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

Great value place. Location is amazing. Very close to Chiang Mai gate and night markets. You can easily get to other locations by scooter or grab. There is scooter rental around the corner. Rooms are decent, I stayed for 1 month and it was adequate if you’re looking for something reasonably priced without facilities like pool or gym.

Dom typowo tajski. Otoczony lokalnymi mieszkańcami. Dla mniej lepiej być nie może :) Cicho i spokojnie mimo że w samym centrum. Przemili sąsiedzi Jeśli chcesz być blisko prawdziwej Tajlandii to jest to najlepsze miejsce

Pin und Alan sind tolle Gastgeber als ich in der Unterkunft ankam ging mein Telefon nicht Pin hat mich direkt in das nächste Einkaufszentrum gefahren in einem Telekom shop vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Jeden Tag bekam ich 2 Flaschen Wasser geschenkt und konnte meine Wäsche waschen sehr angenehm. Eine tolle sichere sehr ruhige schöne Gegend etwas ausserhalb des Stadt Zentrums. Mit Grab car ist man schnell und günstig im Geschehen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

从清迈到湄林公路旅行偶然入住的民宿，实际比照片要好看许多。整个建筑依山而建，毗邻一条小溪。装修现代化，占地面积大，私密性好。有漂亮的泳池（可惜没时间游啦），电视可以看网飞，油管。洗手间干净，淋浴设施好。房间临近小溪，能听到潺潺的水深很惬意～总得来说这里适合喜欢宁静的山林，但又想要有舒适的住宿体验的旅行者。 During a road trip from Chiang Mai to Mae Rim, I stumbled upon a charming homestay. This homestay is much more beautiful than the photos show. The entire structure is built into the mountainside, adjacent to a small stream. The decor is modern, the property is spacious, and it offers great privacy. There's a beautiful swimming pool (though I didn't have time to take a dip), and the TV provides access to Netflix and YouTube. The bathroom is clean, and the shower facilities are excellent. The room is close to the stream, and the soothing sound of flowing water creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this place is perfect for travelers who enjoy the tranquility of mountain forests but also desire a comfortable accommodation experience.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly cozy, spotlessly clean, and very spacious. The balcony was a perfect spot for stargazing, making the nights even more magical. What truly made the experience exceptional was the lovely host couple – they were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Dtor and Pete are the perfect hosts, they have been extremely thorough in designing and building homes that are, comfortable, pleasant and environmentally low impact. The timber in the properties is from old houses, the curtain material from a local weaver and even the wash basins are made by a local artisan. The outside eating room is superb and breakfast is magnificent, using local products and a team from the surrounding area. As the property stands alone, almost like an island in rice paddies, the silence is only broken by wildlife. For families with children it's ideal, they can enjoy themselves in complete safety. A pond separates the buildings and Peter will encourage all ages to feed their Koi Carp. Both suggested a wide variety of place's to visit, from amazing local restaurants, a mountain village, hot springs and craftsmen and women. Our host's are operating their business, not just for themselves, but for the whole community. I highly recommend you visit.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt , Nui und ihre Schwester sind wunderbare Gastgeber! Immer zur Seite, bereit um Auf alle Fragen zu antworten. Und Wünsche soweit wie möglich zu Erfüllen..Wir hatten sehr nette interessante Gespräche und ich habe einiges von Nui gelernt.danke! Zudem sind die Schwestern sehr grosszügig, frische Früchte waren immer zur Verfügung.. schon morgens zum Frühstück.Falls wir die Möglichkeit haben kommen wir sehr gerne zurück!

Rice Barn and Rooms is indeed a home away from home for my family and i. We had an amazing experience from the moment we were picked up from the airport to the day we departed. Al and Nok are more than superhosts who made us feel at home, and shared truly wonderful recommendations that allowed us to experience true Chiang Mai gems. Rice Barnes and Rooms is clearly build and managed with loads of love and creativity inspiring and inducing serenity, peace, and we have clearly left a piece of our hearts back there.

Namthip and Cedric are very good owners....fast response, friendly and very helpful...answer all the enquiries so quick and even help me to look for a private car driver. The house is clean...cosy decorated..and beautifully located by the streams...we went down to play and have lots of fun...Don't miss the thai hot pot dinner at the platform just by the streams.....we even set up a bonfire which is incredibly romantic 😂😂.....of course all the staff are very friendly and always wearing happy faces... but to be fair..some minor things to know that they don't have air conditioning which is a little bit hot at day time even in March...but turn cool after 6:00。 And you should not expect strong water supply for shower since that's up on the mountain...but i believe Cedric has really tried his best to fix it.... Anyway..thx Sooooooo much ......and wish you all the best...😘😘
