very lovely house to stay in. the garden is beautiful. the inside is super clean and has everything we need. the hosts are really friendly, they provided a lot of help to us. the location is very good, close to shopping area and lots of restaurants.

He tenido la suerte de encontrar esta villa maravillosa. Uno de los airbnb mas bonito donde he estado. La villa es muy grande, nueva y moderna. La piscina privada perfecta. Era todo muy limpio y en orden. Ha sido facil el check in, el host ha sido amable y reactivo. La zona era muy tranquila y cerca de tiendas y atracciones. La recomiendo y espero poder volver pronto!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec nos 4 enfants chez Am. La maison est très agréable et très bien placée. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos deux jours, de la ville et du saturday night market. Je recommande vivement.

The house is well located near the trendy Nimman area. Plenty of places to eat, coffee shops, massage places etc and just a short walk to all the shopping and markets around Nimman 1. The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

We had two wonderful weeks in this house, and it felt like home. The house was clean and beds felt like in 5 star hotels. kitchen is great and it equipped with modern appliances Su and Alex respond to all of our requests in a very short time. The neighbourhood is quite and its 3 minutes from two big shopping centers. The house is also 15 minutes drive from old town. if you are looking for a house to stay with your family, don't hesitate, its a great place to stay.

정말 훌륭한 숙소. 괜찬은 wifi, 제대로 된 주방. 세탁기, 뜨거운 샤워, 그리고 아름다운 동네. 모든게 완벽했습니다.

We just spent five nights here and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and comfortable. The apartment block feels very safe and well maintained. We are a couple but I can see how this space could work for 3/4 as there is a sliding wall to separate the two sleeping areas. Nimman is a modern, bustly part of Chiang Mai, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. A Grab cab will get you into the old town or riverside area in about 15 minutes and 100bht

Квартира расположена в самом лучшем районе города, рядом все развлечения, включая шикарные рестораны и шоппинг и в то же время, в ней очень тихо. В здании есть небольшой спортзал и бассейн с прекрасным видом на горы. Сама квартира хорошо оснащена, в ней есть все необходимое. Хорошего качества матрас, подушки и белье. Мы отлично выспались. Спасибо большое.

체크인 시간을 좀 더 일찍 가능하게 해주고,또한 체크인 방법에 상세한 설명도 메세지를 통해 해주신 호스트님 감사드려요. 숙소 내부 시설도 청결하고 주변 님만해민,마야몰도 가까운 거리에 있어 이동하기에 편리하였습니다.다음에도 치앙마이 여행 오게 된다면 2일이 아닌 더 길게 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다. 호텔 두군데,다른 에어앤비 숙소에도 숙박하였지만 이곳에서 가장 편하게 쉬다 갑니다~^^ 단 아쉬운 점 한가지가 있다면 주방 싱크대 위에 개미 한마리가 기어 다니네요. 이 점만 해결해주신다면 최고의 숙소중 하나가 될 것 입니다.

Appartement fidèle à sa description, très propre. L’hôte est adorable et disponible. Présence d’une machine à laver et d’un balcon ce qui permet de faire sécher le linge en moins de temps qu’il ne faut pour dire ouf ! Juste quelques petits bémols : la piscine était vide et il y a beaucoup de bruit avec l’aéroport pas loin ainsi que le coq thaï qui apparemment aime se réveiller de très bonne heure !😂 Merci pour le petit séjour !

Ik vond het één van de betere appartementen vooral omdat het goed onderhouden is. Alles werkte was fris en verzorgd. Het contact met de host was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk bed en geweldig balkon. Ik kom graag terug.

Very clean & good location

地點非常方便，711步行3分鐘可到達，附近也很多餐廳、咖啡廳，非常適合第一次去清邁的旅客，房間寬敞乾淨，床很舒服！水壓稍微小一點，但不影響使用，稍微會看到幾隻螞蟻，所以食物吃完就要拿到梯間垃圾桶丟掉，有機會會想在入住！

비행기 소음은 예상하고 와야합니다. 처음 도착한 날에는 잠을 못 잘 정도였어요. 다만 님만해민 지역은 모두 이런 수준이고 이틀차 부터는 적응해서 괜찮아집니다! 집은 사진보다 더 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어있고 머무는 7일 내내 만족했어요. 님만해민에 위치하지만 조용한 골목에 있어서 비행기 소음 외에는 정말 조용하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 수영장도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있어요! 호스트도 너무 친절하고 빠르게 회신주어서 행복한 휴가를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 추천할 의사가 강력히 있어요!

Really good to stayin Lin's condo. Location is near by live bar, cafe, yoga class also seven eleven. not more then 5min. willing to recommend. pool is not that big but i can use it along during the stay. host are really kind that preparing drinks, snacks, and fruits. I don need to buy water bottle during the stay!

The apartment was even better than in the photos—super clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. The host was great, with quick and hassle-free communication. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! 😊

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!

The place is wonderful! It's as in the picture, clean, and peaceful. We stayed for almost 2 months, and it's perfect for a peaceful getaway (we could do work from there conveniently). The kitchen is also clean and fully equipped. The bathroom is a bit old, with the shower head not standing straight, but it was clean. Location-wise, it's right in the middle of Nimman, so there are lots of things to do and plenty of restaurants. Despite that, the place is not on the main road, so it wasn't loud or busy at night. The only downside is that the main Nimman road is very crowded, so it was quite difficult to call a taxi to go somewhere. Also, it's close to the airport, and you'd hear aeroplane noises throughout the day. It's also safe with security guards 24/7. The gym is old but sufficient for us. Overall great stay!
