Kimi was a very helpful host who responded to any questions I had within minutes. I was very happy with the place and had no issues whatsoever would highly recommend.

We just spent five nights here and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and comfortable. The apartment block feels very safe and well maintained. We are a couple but I can see how this space could work for 3/4 as there is a sliding wall to separate the two sleeping areas. Nimman is a modern, bustly part of Chiang Mai, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. A Grab cab will get you into the old town or riverside area in about 15 minutes and 100bht

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Были предоставлены четкие инструкции по заезду. Попасть внутрь было легко. Приватная территория, тихо. Все необходимое было в квартире: от сменного постельного белья до масла и соли на кухне. Мы проживали 1,5 месяца. Остались очень довольны. Квартира небольшая по площади, но уютная. Внизу есть парковочные места для автомобилей и байков. Были рады проживать у Риты. Спасибо!

Nice fresh apartment with very good common spaces - pools, gym, co-working space, etc. Close to Central Festival shopping mall with lots of good food. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

사토코님의 숙소는 치앙마이 여행을 더욱 즐겁고 편안하게 만들어 주었습니다. 게스트에 대한 세심한 배려가 집안 곳곳에서 느껴졌습니다. 콘도의 리셉션 직원과 입구에 가드들도 모두 너무나 친절하게 저와 저희 가족을 맞이해주었습니다. 1층에 맛있는 브런치카페가 있어 이른 아침에 식사를 하기에 편안했습니다. 잘 정돈된 두개의 룸과 두개의 욕실은 마치 한국에 있는 저의 집처럼 편안했습니다. 나이트바자가 도보거리에 있어 저녁식사후에 산책하기도 편리했습니다. 치앙마이에 오면 꼭 다시 머물고싶은 숙소였습니다.

Perfect accommodation if you want to stay out of the city traffic. the building offer many facilities and the apartment it’s well furnished . Bin it’s a cool guy always available for any advice. Well done

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

Nasz pobyt u Peace i Sean był absolutnie świetny! Miejsce było komfortowe, bardzo czyste i idealne do odpoczynku. Do tego mieliśmy dostęp do świetnego bilarda tylko dla siebie, co było super dodatkiem! 😉😁 Gospodarze to niezwykle mądrzy, ale jednocześnie dyskretni ludzie, którzy zawsze służyli pomocą. Dodatkowo możecie doświadczyć niesamowitej atmosfery i wyjątkowych przeżyć w Yoja Wellness – gospodarze chętnie wszystko wyjaśnią i pomogą - zdecydowanie polecamy!🤞
