The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

We had a great stay at La Casetta- it was a nice private place right next to a large green space. It was easy to walk to the bus or train and get around and then to return afterwards. The house was spotless and well maintained and Nicola was a friendly and helpful host. Our entire stay was extremely pleasant, we were sad to leave.

Alloggio conforme a quanto scritto, e dotato di tutto il necessario. Lorenzo molto disponibile ed amichevole, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ho trascorso la notte di Capodanno insieme ad amici ed è andato tutto bene. Orari di check-in e check-out flessibili, anche questo ci ha fatto trovare a nostro agio. Grazie Lorenzo!

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

We were staying here with a group of 8 Canadians for a graduation. It was one of the few place spots in Milan that was within our budget that had the right amount of beds. The location is fantastic, right beside the new blue line stop Susa. Which opens up Milan’s metro system quite easily for everyone. The house itself was eccentric; the layout is weird, but we loved it. One floor only has a bathroom, the basement has a bedroom (3 beds), a laundry room, and identical bathrooms, side by side haha. Stuff like that. Our nanny was with us, she’s 84. She managed quite well, although the door to the basement stairs is sort of blocked by a strange wall. Eclectic! Anyways, the kitchen was clean, bedrooms were clean, mattresses were fine. I would recommend this to any large groups in this price range.

I booked the full villa with some colleagues and we had a lot of fun. The kitchen is big and with a lot of space, garden and pool are great for children and adults

This villa felt like a private mansion, with a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern luxury. The space is beautifully designed, with spacious and bright rooms, elegant decor, and stunning panoramic views from every angle. The outdoor area is a dream—a gorgeous flat garden, a luxurious swimming pool, and plenty of space to relax and dine al fresco. The living areas are grand, with large windows letting in natural light and offering incredible lake views. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with the master suite opening onto a private terrace overlooking the lake—waking up to that view was unreal! The staff was also helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in.

The place for the perfect escape. The view is nothing you can describe, it's about the feeling. So spectacular! We will definitely remember our stay at Flora Fauna Lago for ever! It's a bucket list experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous villa overlooking Lake Como! I was traveling with my sisters and their families and the accomodations were perfect for our large group. The rooms are spacious and most of them had en suite bathrooms. There are breathtaking views from every window. There is a walk from the parking to the house and the property does have a lot of stairs which was difficult for my elderly parents but the owner let us know ahead of our arrival and there was a perfect room for them on the first floor. The parking is narrow, especially for multiple vehicles especially as one of ours was a van, but Maria gave us great directions and we navigated it perfectly. Maria suggested shopping for groceries before arrival which was a good idea and we had a number of delicious family meals in the lovely kitchen and dining room. all in all it was a magnificent way to enjoy this beautiful countryside and make magical memories! Bellisima!

Io e i miei amici abbiamo trascorso capodanno presso Sonia e Simone, alloggiando nella villa indipendente. La villa è più bella di quanto immaginato, la cura ai dettagli è ciò che la rende speciale. Sonia e Simone sono due host fantastici, ci hanno aiutato a preparare le nostre pietanze e ci hanno fatti sentire a casa! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare nella loro villa

Met een groep van tien personen hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gehad in de prachtige authentieke villa. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Cristina is een super host die zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf beschikbaar was voor vragen. Bij aankomst zijn we hartelijk ontvangen door Ceasar en buurman Timo stond altijd klaar bij vragen. Het enige punt van aandacht is dat je iedere ochtend om 07:00 uur wordt gewekt door het klokkenspel van het (eveneens schitterend) kerkje naast de villa. Op zondagochtend stond daar echter een prachtig kerkgezang tegenover, waar we vanuit het heerlijke zwembad van hebben genoten.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

La maison d’Elisabetta est parfaite pour se retrouver en famille! Avec 8 chambres et 4 salles de bains, chaque famille avait de l’espace pour évoluer. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter les alentours, notamment Bellagio et Côme. L’accueil de notre hôte a été parfait, Elisabetta est très réactive si nous avons besoin de quoique ce soit. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

We had a lovely stay at Andrea’s property! His home was perfectly set up with all of the amenities you could need & was located in a lovely little Italian town providing a ‘local’ experience. You’ll definitely need a car to get to the beautiful surrounding places! Andrea and his team were so kind and great to communicate with. We would recommend this stay to any big groups looking at a trip to Lake Como. Thank you Andrea.

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

Superbe séjour. Le lieu est impeccable, propre, organisé et la maison est incroyable. Le lieu est encore plus beau et grand qu’en photos! Hôte très réactif et instructions très claires. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter! N’hésitez pas non plus c’était tout simplement magnifique!
