Tge perfect hide away from bussy place I live, magic greenery and good sized garden with all the amenities you may need, such as barbecue and pool and kids play yard. Inside, air conditioning, all kitchen equipment in beautiful condition, wifi hood speed. Great sized main bedroom, comfortable bed, lovely environmental lights (indoor and outside, especially pool area) The host was very receptive at our requests, helping with location and offering suport for early check-in. Discreet and very polite, Amr was the perfect host for me. Surely, i would recommend this place to family and friends and, as well ill return shortly. I had amazing time.

I had an incredible time staying at Bass Villa's beautiful home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a perfect trip. The location was ideal, and all the thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. Bass was an exceptional host—quick to respond and super helpful with local tips. The place was absolutely great. Zero complaints whatsoever. The views from the second and third floor were perfect I took so many photos there. The pool area was also very accommodating with the extra room, bar, and both toilet & shower. It’s definitely a 10/10 for me & my family and I’ll definitely have to come back for round 2. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logements . L’hôte était disponible avant qu’on le réserve pour répondre à toute nos demande concernant le lieux . Les activité à proximité etc . Réponse en quelques minutes et toujours disponible. L’hôte a était flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et nous à donné des instructions claire et précis pour trouver le logements . Calme et paisible comme sur les photos nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du domaine dans son entièreté ! Nous avons quelques demande à l’arrive et l’hôte y a de suite remédier en nous envoyant quelqu’un sur place . Nous avons eu besoin d’informations et d’adresse au alentours de la maison et comme d’habitude l’hôte a sur nous aidez en quelqu’es minutes . La cuisine et très bien équipée et le logement était propre dans l’ensemble . L’hôte a était très souple et indulgent envers nous . Nous recommandons ce logements et nous le gardons dans la liste de ceux où nous reviendront sûrement si l’occasion ce présente

It was a great stay, super clean apartment. Nabil is a great guy who is always available and helpful. The help he sends are not honest people so my tip is to talk to Nabil directly about anything you might need and not to the guy who is supposedly sent there to provide help.

I would say that I really enjoyed my stay in Iman' apartment. Beautiful view from there to the cornish. At night, pleasant sitting in the balcony watching everything from there, the city vibes, sunset and sunrise. Also, I liked the decoration of the apartment. Iman, always willing to help even from the distance. Location is awesome, a very good area, plenty of restaurants and easy moving around the city. I highly recommend this apartment if you are travelling to Alexandria for any reason. I will repeat the same apartment if I would go back to Alexandria. Thanks Iman for your quickly respond of my messages as well say to your uncle " Hello" for me for his kindness and for the gift... a very delicious delicatessen ( I cannot remember the name) but it was very delicious. This is perfect place in Mamura, and Alexandria over all. Quiet, very nice and specious flat close to the beach and promenade. If you look for super clean streets, beautiful gardens and beach few steps away, this is it!

J'ai passé un séjour absolument fantastique dans cet appartement. La vue sur Alexandrie est tout simplement magnifique, et chaque matin, c'était un vrai plaisir de profiter de cette vue splendide. L'appartement est très bien situé, propre, spacieux et parfaitement équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez soi, avec un confort exceptionnel. L'hôte a été très accueillant et réactif à toutes mes demandes. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à toute personne souhaitant découvrir Alexandrie dans un cadre agréable et serein. We spent 18 days at the apartment and enjoyed our time there from start to finish. All the team were very friendly and helpful, and we wanted for nothing. The view was amazing, peaceful, and all the apartment amenities were in good order and worked perfectly. Very happy with our stay there, and it’s on our list to return.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and a hot shower. The walk along the sea entertained us each day. The tunnel to cross the street is very close. And the red double decker tour bus took us where we wanted to go each day for only 25 EP one way. The communication was very fast when we needed anything. We were grateful for the time we were able to spend here.

This was my 3rd time staying at Dina and Jap’s place and it has been the only place in Egypt that I’ve ever felt like home when I visit. Everything was perfect as usual. Everything you need for a long term stay is walkable. I will definitely stay here again during my next trip to Egypt. Thank you both for everything!
