Great unit! Stayed in the building my previous visit and love the location and staff. Clean and comfortable unit.

Overall a great experience. I have been to PV several times over the last 20 years and the location and this was one of the best experiences so far. This location is ideal for beach, night life, restaurants, and overall convenience. Our building host Alfredo was so nice and helpful and made our check in so easy. There was a minor issue with the room that he was up front about but it was not a big deal and he was super accommodating. Elíseo the owner of the unit was super responsive to my communication and there were no issues with the rental. We met several of the owners during our stay and they were all lovely and very nice. It was a very mature group of owners/renters and we very much felt peace of mind and not a party atmosphere. We would definitely stay at 353 Amapas again.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

This is a great modern condo with everything you need for your stay. Minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Also an amazing rooftop pool with a great view of the bay & Puerto Vallarta. Worth the stay! N

Thank you so much Andrew and Jesus! This stay exceeded expectations! It’s beautiful and innovative. There is front desk 24 hours and they are so sweet. The location is perfect to walk around, look at shops, go out to eat or pick up food, and go out. It was easy for Ubers to pick us up and close enough to other beaches and towns to explore for the day. Hosts were attentive and understanding, answering any questions and being very accommodating. Would recommend and stay again!!

We stayed there a month and it looks like the photos. Gabriela is very responsive and any issues that came up were addressed immediately, and faster than expected. She also provided extra items, such as a double clothes line outside, shampoo, water containers for the fridge and filtered water jugs when you arrive. Location was easy to find. About 1 mile to the Chedraui (grocery store) or about a 5 minute drive. Also a mile walk to the beach, with sidewalks the entire way. There are several restaurants minutes away and an ice cream shop about a 5 minute walk up the road. The pool was not busy most days - often had it to ourselves during the week, and it was continuously filtered and clear water. There are 2 pools in the complex - the one across from the unit and another on the on the other end of complex. Both are the same size. There are lounge chairs at both locations. There are screens on the windows, so you can leave them open to cool the house. Will stay there again.

Belle maison de ville très confortable pour un long séjour. Secteur et rue paisible/calme. Près de la plage ( 900 mètres) et du centre de Bucérias (restos et bars). Tout peut se faire à pied ou en autobus /taxi. La 200 se trouve à 300 mètres pour la prise d'autobus afin de visiter d'autres régions avoisinantes de Bucérias. Cuisine confortable pour 2 afin de cuisiner. Toutefois il manque 1 bon couteau et quelques plats Tupperware et/ ou Ziploc pour les restes lorsque séjour à long terme. Séjour très apprécié et Diane a tout prévu pour le rendre très agréable et confortable. Merci !

Amazing location and spacious airbnb! Devin was super responsive with any issues we had and even accommodated with our later flight with a later check out time. Highly recommend!

peaceful and private, yard with hammock, comfortable king bed. loved it, so much better than the hassle of Condominium in the area. will stay again if I have the opportunity. spent about 2.5 weeks and it's such a quiet area no traffic noise. thanks again

This is my favorite place to stay in PV. You can't beat the location. Clean and spacious and looks just like the pictures. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. There is noise from the bars at night, but that's to be expected since it's so close to the action. So maybe bring some earplugs if you're very sensitive to noise. Still, much better than most places in PV since it's a recent construction. The pool on the roof is really amazing. I always try to stay here when I'm in PV because it's just the best overall.

The condo was exactly as depicted in the listing and the photos. Only thing left out was how wonderful the staff is!! From security, to cleaning, to restaurant staff, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Spend the money on the private massage!!!

Karol and her husband are lovely people and were extremely responsive to our needs. When we had difficulty with the Firestick television, she came by several times to reboot and even reinstalled it. The condo was clean and modern, and very well-appointed in terms of kitchen utensils, glassware, dishes and pots and pans. There is a very serviceable washer/dryer, and because our stay was more than a week long Karol included midweek housekeeping. The location, just a block from the beach and a few blocks from the pier, was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. The area was safe and vibrant, and we enjoyed looking in the many excellent shops. The rooftop was a welcoming spa experience with two infinity pools overlooking Banderas Bay. Even the fitness center had an amazing ocean view. And the staff of the building couldn't have been more courteous and helpful -- they even found a few items we lost at the pool and located them for us in their Lost and Found.

Great location, just outside of the chaos but still so close to walk to everything. There is a daycare outside that played loud music on Monday morning that was a bit infuriating at 9am, but that's life.

Matts place was amazing! It is a bit of hike (up either stairs or hill) to get to the place from the romantic zone, but the views are 100% worth it and ubers/ indrive are very inexpensive there and easily accessible. The place had a very local and authentic feel to it and had everything we needed for our stay. Matt was really responsive and allowed for both an early check-in and late check-out to accomodate our travel! I would 100% stay here again. The pool area and roof was wonderful and we even saw the fireworks most nights.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

We stayed here for about a week. During our check in, our host personally inspected the condo to ensure it was up to his standard of cleanliness. I got the feeling that Stefano was a veteran in hospitality with a great attention to detail. He checked in periodically and politely throughout our stay to make sure we wanted for nothing. Additionally, Sara, did an exceptional job and went above and beyond for us when she did our cleanings. I hope to stay here again.

This was the second time we stayed at Judith’s place and we absolutely love being there, it felt like home once again! Everything was as described and if we needed anything, Mauricio was right on top of it, no questions asked! It’s a beautiful secure space with lots of room especially for a big family of 10! The pool was a hit and the beach was a short 5 minute walk away. We loved having access to a ping-pong table and the barbecue for a small fee as well. The new washer and dryer was also a very nice touch and easy to use. We would have liked if there were more condiments available like the last time we stayed, such as cooking oil, pepper, and other spices, but we were able to purchase some at the mega nearby no problem. We absolutely recommend this beautiful place and will definitely be returning again, if it is available. We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. There were lots of spaces to socialize with other guests, and our own private apartment unit with all the amenities we needed. You do need a moderate fitness level for the short walk from the beach/town to the Villa, but we like having a bit of exercise built into our day. Our 1 month vacation zipped by way too fast as we very much enjoyed our stay here.

This is a beautiful, minimal, serene, clean spot great for groups - plenty of commons spaces and bathrooms. Photos don’t do it justice. Gorgeous views and within walking distance (or quick uber to avoid steep hills) of the beach / zona romantica. It’s nestled in a little compound of houses beyond a front gate - so felt very safe and remote and well cared for by staff. Use “Beyond Yoga Retreat” to find it on google maps or when calling a call. Highly recommend!

The condo is very clean, very spacious, and is overlooking a massive pool and patio area, that is meticulously maintained by the friendly and helpful staff. It is such a large area you feel as though you have it all to yourself, there are lots of trees and the area is very private. Alejandro is a very accommodating host, he was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The condo is within walking distance to the marina where you will find many great restaurants. We were able to purchase wrist bands to access Vidanta, there is cart service to pick you up and drop you off at the door as well. There aren’t enough stars to give! we had a wonderful vacation here, and would absolutely recommend Alejandro and this property to anyone. We truly felt at home here! Muchas gracias!
