Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft von Laura und waren sehr zufrieden. Von dem Balkon in der Küche konnten wir das Meer sehen und der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt als Basis für einen Urlaub auf Elba, da der Hafen für die Fähren und die Altstadt mit ihren vielen Restaurants und den Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Laura deswegen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

Salvatore is very accommodating and kind. Everything went well. Will book again when I am in Florence.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub in diesem abgelegenen Olivenhain. Jeden Tag mit einem erfrischenden Sprung in den Pool zu starten war unser absolutes Lieblingsritual. Die Gegend bietet sich für leichte und mittlere Wanderungen an. Unsere Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Posizione strategica a due passi dal centro di Porto Azzurro e, di conseguenza, molto vicino a tutti i servizi. Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, pulito, dotato di climatizzazione, immerso nella quiete e nel verde. Tutto questo ha reso il tempo nell’appartamento piacevole quanto quello passato in giro per l’isola! Alessio si è rivelato un proprietario sempre disponibile, sorridente, gentile e mai invadente. Tutti i suoi consigli sono stati preziosi e azzeccati per due persone come noi che mai avevano visitato l’isola. Per concludere, quindi, la nostra esperienza nell’appartamento di Alessio e all’isola d’Elba è stata indimenticabile! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento era molto grande e accogliente. Non mancava proprio niente, meglio che a casa mia! Cucina super attrezzata, beni di prima necessità presenti e anche di più. Abbiamo anche trovato degli omaggi di benvenuto che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Gianluca molto simpatico e disponibile. È la prima volta che prenoto tramite Airbnb e posso dire di essere stata molto soddisfatta! Avevamo anche per la prima volta il nostro cane (labrador di 7 mesi) con noi e non ci sono stati problemi. Molto disponibili anche da questo lato. Sicuramente tornerò a casa di Gina se ritornerò in zona. Ciao

Linda is a great host and was very helpful with information about the area which made our stay so much better, enabling us to get into Florence easily. The view from the property was beautiful and we could see San Casciano on the hill top. We loved watching the hot air balloons float in the mornings, as the mist cleared from the trees, and had lots of amazing photo opportunities. The place was very quiet, a few hundred metres down a gravel track, well away from any main roads. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

Tutto perfetto, casa ordinata e pulita in zona molto tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione anche un kit colazione e dolcetto, molto apprezzato.

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb ist recht abgelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Für uns war es ideal. Gerne wieder!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Um sie richtig zu genießen, sollte man mit einem Auto anreisen, da sie inmitten der Natur und etwas abgelegen liegt. Das ist jedoch ein großer Vorteil, denn die umliegende Landschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden und Genießen ein. Sie bietet einen tollen Kontrast zu den Tagen, an denen die nahegelegenen Städte und Touristenattraktionen besucht werden.

Luciano’s place was fabulous! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Gorgeous, welcoming space easy walking distance to all attractions. Perfect for our family holiday. Felt like a home way from home.

My husband and I stayed at Enrica’s place for our first time in Florence and we loved the space. Easy to find and tucked away from the noise. The flat is on the top floor which has 6-7 flights of narrow stairs so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage. The bedroom also had a very low ceiling in certain spots so if you are above average height it might be difficult for you. Overall we really enjoyed the space and location and would recommend staying here !

We had a great stay! Leveraging the house as a base for cycling the Strade Bianche, me and 2 friends had a great time as the house packs everything needed! Beautiful garden and views, greatly equipped kitchen, comfy beds, lots of space. It was very easy to park our rental car, but also walk / take a bus / taxi to the city center. Antonietta was super friendly very flexible in check-in and check-out and made us feel right at home!

Wow! Danke an die Familie für diesen unglaublichen Ort und diese schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum..so romantisch, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, wohnt über der Unterkunft und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem Pool. Ein Traum Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auch das Restaurant der Familie ist so schön gemütlich und bietet unglaublich leckeres Essen! Vielen Dank!!

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans le gîte et avons beaucoup apprécié sa tranquillité et sa situation. Isabella nous a accueilli très amicalement et nous a fourni tout les renseignements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Tout est assez concentré à l’intérieur, mais cela reste très confortable. Rapport qualité prix, il n’y à rien à redire.
