Can’s place was amazing. I attended an event at Dasdas, and the location was the best for it. There is big supermarket, shopping mall and restaurants just minutes of walking distance. Can was super helpful, always reply my questions and help me with lots of problem, even gave me his travel card to take the bus. Would highly recommend and hopefully will be back next time😀

Hallo , wie schon auch beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage , Metro und Minibusse sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Bayram ist sehr hilfsbereit ist immer erreichbar wenn man fragen hat. Nur der einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung im 5 Stock ist. Und das Haus kein Auszug besitzt. Aber sonst eine Top Unterkunft.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, enjoying the stunning view and the charm of the house. The accommodations were lovely and well-maintained. The area had many excellent restaurants within easy reach. However, there were a few challenges. The building and street had many stairs, which could be a significant issue, especially for older guests. Finding the location was tricky, although Ali kindly arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport, we still had trouble locating the exact address. Once we arrived, we realized that providing the Zoom Bosphorus (the cafeteria near by) address for Uber would have simplified navigation. Despite these issues, using Uber proved to be the most convenient way to get around. Overall, the property itself was fantastic and definitely worth it!

L'appartamento è semplicemente perfetto, c'è tutto ciò che è descritto, tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole è presente nella casa, c'erano perfino il detersivo per il bucato e pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. È stato come essere a casa. Lo sceglierei di nuovo. Parlare con Anıl è sempre stato facile. Consigliatissimo 100%. Çok teşekkür ederim:)

Die Unterkunft und die Aussicht sind ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, war alles da was man braucht und noch mehr und sehr Kinderfreudlich. Zafer war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ereichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr schön hat viel zubieten und man fühlt sich sicher. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Sıla Hanım çok tatlı ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibiydi.Ev temiz ve her yere yakındı. Bir daha adada konaklamak istersek kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz🙏🏻

erkek arkadaşımla birlikte iki hafta kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık bir sorun olduğunda hızlıca dönüş yapıldı ev de çok fazla imkan vardı özellikle mutfakta kesinlikle tavsiye ederim😀👍🏻

Orhan Bey’in Dumankaya Residans’taki stüdyo dairesi son derece güvenli, konforlu ve temizdi. Konaklamam süresince hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Ataşehir bölgesinde konaklamayı düşünen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Yatak odasındaki bir pencere hafif aralık kaldığı için oda biraz soğuktu. Araya bir şey sıkıştırarak sorunu çözdük. Mutfak malzemeleri yemek yapmak için pek yeterli değildi. Evin konumu sahile çok yakın. Sorularımız için iletişime geçtiğimizde çok hızlı dönüş aldık. Kışın şehirden çok uzaklaşmadan sakin bir kaçamak yapmak için ideal.

Evde ihtiyaç olabilecek herşey fazlasıyla vardı. Temizlik kusursuzdu. Ev sahibi elinden gelen herşeyi yaptı. Rahat bir konaklama oldu, teşekkür ederim. Tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Bu ev gerçekten cennetten bir köşe. Çok keyifli, çok sıcak, her türlü imkan mevcut. 4 yetişkin rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Evin meyve ağaçlarıyla dolu çok şirin bir bahçesi var. Hem bahçede, hem balkonda yemeklerinizi yiyebileceğiniz masalar var. Ev çok merkezi bir yerde, iskeleye sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesi var, ama yatak odaları bahçeye bakıyor ve evin içi çok huzurlu ve sessiz. Evde ütüden kahve makinalarına kadar ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey mevcuttu. Bahar aylarında evin bahçesi dünyanın en güzel yeri olabilir. Biz sonbaharda konakladık, ama baharda tekrar geleceğiz. Heybeliada’da konaklamak istiyorsanız, gerçekten fazla uzağa gitmenize gerek yok. Son olarak, ev sahibi çok nazik ve yardımsever biri, balkondaki bisikleti kullanmamıza ve bahçeden nar toplamamıza izin vererek bize harika bir ev sahibi oldu, kusursuz bir deneyimdi bizim için.

Aba bey son derece kibar ve dost canlısıydı. Bizleri iskelenin önünde karşıladı ve eve kadar eşlik ederek yardımcı oldu. Evin yönü, ulaşımı ve çevresindeki yerler hakkında haritayla beraber detaylı bilgi verdi :) Eve girer girmez her noktayı tek tek anlattı ve huzurlu ortam için her şeyi sağladı. Üstelik evde sizi meyvesinden şarabına ve kahvesine kadar harika ikramlar bekliyor :) Ev kendi evimiz gibi hissettirdi. Mükemmelin üzerinde temizdi ve evde her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Kendisinin evini sık sık ziyaret edeceğimize eminiz. Tanımaktan ve evlerinde olmaktan mutluluk duyduk. Kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz.

Pinars apartment is located in the old town within walking distance of the main attractions like the Grand Bazaar and the palace. There is a convenient shop over the road that sells some essential groceries and Pinars restaurants is a few doors up and the food was amazing and staff were incredibly friendly. The apartment is on the 5th floor. The stairwell can be dark and is not attractive but the apartment itself is spacious, clean and bright. There is a view of the sea from the living room window. There was plenty of hot water for the jacuzzi bath and shower. We had cold weather and the apartment was always nice and warm. We would definitely recommend Pinars apartment for your stay in Istanbul.

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Stadt, sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts. Ein großes Danke an Neriman für die Taxi Arrangements bei unserer An- und Abreise, sowie die Restauranttipps! Wichtig zu wissen: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines historischen Hauses. Es gibt dort keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Thank you for hosting us.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Dairedeki her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Burak Bey her sorumuzu anında yanıtladı. Son derece ilgili ve samimiydi. Jakuziden inanılmaz memnun kaldık. Güzel bir konaklama deneyimi oldu bizim için. Buraya tekrar geldiğimizde yine kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir yer.

Great for a couple, just 2 minutes away from Istiklal street and 5 minutes away from Galata Tower. Many places to eat and bars around. Just have in mind that streets are steep, I do not recommend to people with mobility problems.

Very centrally located. Pay attention to instructions on how to find the house, which is a littel difficult. The view was spectacular and the apartment very spacious. Only problem we had was with the shower in the hall bathroom. It leaks and is broken. Need to be replaced. We all shared the shower in the master and it wasn't a problem.
