Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Konumda mağazalar, restoranlar yakın. Ulaşım kolay. Anadolu yakasında kalmak isteyen herkesin bir şans vermesini tavsiye ederim.

Büşra hanım’la tanışmadık ama kendisi çok yardımcı ve iletişim kurması kolay bir ev sahibi. Evi aynı fotoğraflardaki gibi. Güvenilir bir sitede, sessiz ve huzurlu bir dairede konaklayıp kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Ev çok temizdi. Evde her türlü kap kacak ve malzeme mevcuttu. Ev çok aydınlık, sıcacık ve konforlu. Excellent place to stay. It’s peaceful compared to the other areas I stayed in. Mehmet is very helpful and fast to reply. The views are awesome. Majority of what you need is within walking distance. The main mall/plaza is less than 2 minutes away in a taxi, driving back is like 8-10 mins due to the route. I stayed for 2 weeks, overall I am pleased with everything. I would recommend it and stay here again. The views are unbelievable.

Как приятно, когда тебя ждут, особенно когда отправляешься в новую страну😊 Хозяин дома заранее все подробно описал, благодаря чему заселение прошло легко и без стресса. Район — тихий, спальный. Сам дом — чистый, уютный, просторный и полностью оснащён всем необходимым. Хозяин всегда был на связи, с готовностью отвечал на все вопросы, всё терпеливо объяснял, помогал, и даже радовал нас чаем и сладостями! Очень добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный человек. Мы искренне рекомендуем это место всем!

The view was fabulous, and the experience of being on the 49th floor was amazing. The room in general was clean. Also, Mr. Can is a good host. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

Very nice apartment in a great location very close to Bagdat Cadde and the Sahil. Apartment is well furnished and very spacious and comfortable. Even though it is near some busy streets, it is very quiet. We loved it and we plan to return again at our next trip.

Apon arrival I was given clear video instructions on how to enter and exit the building. Apartment was clean when I arrived, matched the description. Overall enjoyed my stay here. If I had any questions or concerns (I was new to the country) I’d Message and get a response within 10mins everytime. Local shops and restaurants! Good internet! Whole building was clean! Can order food to the room, which was helpful! If I were to be fussy I’d say the Only fault is there’s a slight noise 24/7 due to the road but nothing to lose sleep over. Though for the location this is expected. Lastly, to the very helpful host I’d suggest having a welcome pack. Eg some cheap snacks and bottled water. Coming from the UK at first I wasn’t sure to do. But I soon asked for assistance and was reassured with recommendations of where to shop. I would go back to this place. Thought the price was reasonable.

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

Konaklamadan keyif aldık. Kadir bey mesajlara hızlı dönüş yaptı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, manzarası güzeldi ama ev çok geniş değildi iki kişiydik ve bize yetti. Kadir beyin evini tekrar tercih edebiliriz.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect ( restaurants, shops). we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place! :)

Özellikle Fuat Bey çok ilgili ve alakalıydı. Saat farketmeksizin ulaşabiliyorsunuz. İhtiyaç ve istekler konusunda daha iyi olunamazdı. Konaklama kusursuzdu. Aradıpım her şey hatta daha fazlası dairede mevcuttu. Yolum düşerse ilk tercihim olacak yerler listesine memnuniyetle ekledim. Kendisine her şey için teşekkür ediyorum.
