Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr renommierten Gegend von Istanbul. Man hat verschiedene Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Außerdem befindet sich ca. 10 min entfernt die Marmaray- Station: Göztepe, mit der man direkt ins Zentrum von Kadiköy fahren kann. Die Innenausstattung ist super, alle weiteren Utensilien waren verfügbar. Sehr empfehlenswert, würde es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen sofern ich in Istanbul bin - vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation an Alper!

Ev son derece güzel bir konumda. Ev sahibi ilgili ve sorulara hızlı geri dönüş yapıyor. Hiçbir problem yaşamadım son derece memnun kaldım.

Evde ihtiyaç olabilecek herşey fazlasıyla vardı. Temizlik kusursuzdu. Ev sahibi elinden gelen herşeyi yaptı. Rahat bir konaklama oldu, teşekkür ederim. Tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Evin konumu harikaydi. Bunun yani sira asiri temizdi ve konumu kolaydi. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacagimiz bir yer oldu. Leyla hanim 7/24 bizimle ilgilendi. Her sey icin tesekkurler:)

Die schön moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Gebäude direkt am Metropol Einkaufszentrum auf der asiatischen Seite Istanbuls. Wir empfanden dies als super praktisch, da man alle Erledigungen zu Fuß erreichen konnte & Bäckereien sowie Restaurants & Cafés direkt in der Nähe waren. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick über Istanbul und war sehr modern und sauber. Wir können es sehr empfehlen! Danke nochmal, für den flexiblen Check-in!! ☺️

Sercan is a very responsive and helpful host. The place was perfectly clean and I could access all the necessary information I needed before + after the check-in. I would totally want to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul. I think it would be great to rent his apartment in spring/summer time too, since it comes with a nice little garden.

der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch, und die drei Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr groß und fein. Die Küche hat alles, die zwei Badezimmer passen auch wunderbar. die Lage ist super, ruhig, und ein Supermarkt und die Gastrozeile sind in Gehdistanz. im Summe eine super Wohnung!

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

We've been living in Airbnbs for years now and Lou's place was hands down one of the best stays in terms of value, view and location! Lou was super helpful, responsive and accommodating. Having the whole house to ourselves in such a beautiful town was just a magical feeling. The whole area felt like home even though our stay was only 3 days. It was also the cleanest Airbnb we've stayed at. We would recommend Lou's place for short and long stays. We wish to stay at her place again! Thanks for everything, Lou.

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Ideal accommodation for our party of 2 couples. Ideal not having to worry about transfer from airport, as Giorgio provided this. Easy access to accommodation. We ate out almost all the time, but with a well equipped kitchen , cooking would have been no problem. Great local restaurant next door, with friendly staff, (also a few others close by). Location is good, though uphill walk to tram lines may not suit elderly or people with mobility issues.

The most comfy beds, despite being so central -nice and quiet. Amazing water pressure. House nice and warm. Great bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes. Omer was proactive and a great communicator about the local protests which we had no idea about. Appreciated the coffee left for us. Simple check in with keys. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush and Omer fixed it ASAP. Great value for money and would 100% stay again. Thank you Omer 💕

İstanbul’da bugüne kadar kaldığım en güzel Airbnb. Manzarası fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel köprünün tamamını görüyor ve kendimizi evde gerçekten çok rahat ve güvende hissettik. Bir daha gelmeyi sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz. Her şey çok temizdi mobilyalar çok modern ve düzenliydi. Bir sorun yaşadığımızda hemen ulaşabiliyorduk Ahmet Bey’e ve bizim için elinden gelenini yapiyordu. Konumu Çengelköy merkezden yürüyerek 2 dakika. Otopark mevcuttu. Çok memnun kaldık.. çok teşekkür ederiz.

Как приятно, когда тебя ждут, особенно когда отправляешься в новую страну😊 Хозяин дома заранее все подробно описал, благодаря чему заселение прошло легко и без стресса. Район — тихий, спальный. Сам дом — чистый, уютный, просторный и полностью оснащён всем необходимым. Хозяин всегда был на связи, с готовностью отвечал на все вопросы, всё терпеливо объяснял, помогал, и даже радовал нас чаем и сладостями! Очень добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный человек. Мы искренне рекомендуем это место всем!

It was great experience, the apartment is amazing, very clean and good in spaces. Easy access and calm neighbourhood. Mr. Mustafa is very nice , cooperative and helpful. He made my stay in Istanbul just perfect !

Very nice apartment in a great location very close to Bagdat Cadde and the Sahil. Apartment is well furnished and very spacious and comfortable. Even though it is near some busy streets, it is very quiet. We loved it and we plan to return again at our next trip.

3 adults and one teenager we were easily accommodated. Cozy place with everything needed including washer-dryer and adjustable heating. Close to transportation points and shopping areas Hüseyin was an excellent host—respectful, responsive, and always ready to assist.
