This property features a range of superb amenities. An 8-minute walk to Rio Del Mar beach, a cozy setup, laundry facilities on site, and all the little things you'd expect. Our arrival was met by a mix-up with the dates, resulting in the place not being ready. However, Myra and David went above and beyond to resolve the issue, leaving us extremely satisfied. Myra was an exemplary hostess, always responding promptly. In light of the numerous glowing reviews, I'm convinced our experience was an anomoly. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, this is definitely worth considering.

Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently just around the corner from beach, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed the large private porch too. We’ll definitely come back.

Amazing stay, the location is absolutely amazing. Great little beach getaway spot that makes you feel at home. Evan was very responsive and provided a great list of recommendations from restaurants all the way down to surf spots. Definitely will stay again.

The apartment is quiet, clean, and cozy. Perfect for a couples getaway. We also loved how the property is conveniently nearby all the sights! We came to Seaside to visit Carmel, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, and Pebble Beach.

Adorable place and the perfect spot for a girls trip with my daughters! Love the location. Walkable to restaurants, the Cannery area and the aquarium. Really enjoyed having the ocean and walking path right across the street and enjoyed the sunrise from our porch. The house itself is absolutely adorable! Loved the high ceilings and kitchen. Pacific Grove is the most adorable area of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend checking out Winston’s for brunch, Juice and Java for coffee and Lopez Liquors for any beverage needs. The owner is the nicest guy that will give great local recommendations. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rhonda! We will definitely be back!!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Very nice, beautiful place. It is right on the same street as the stores and restaurants so you can walk to most places. However, as renters have said, parking during the day can be difficult, there is traffic noise and a store plays music across the street during the day. At night, just the occasional car. Plenty of space for us and good kitchen. They were able to let us check in a few hours early.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that it is independently owned, including the community activism to give back. The location was great, we were able to walk to the beach for dinner; and a short drive to the college and other areas.

This is by far the perfect beach getaway house! My husband had classes in the area so during the day my daughter and dog could walk right to the beach! There is even a museum right in walking distance I took my daughter to twice. And the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk is only a ten minute walk which we did another day! The Airbnb itself was beautifully decorated with a wonderful shower and a clawfoot tub. The outdoor area was so great to relax in as well. This place was stocked with beach chairs and toys and extra towels and even sunblock. Everything we could need. In fact we loved it so much we extended our stay. Yvonne was SO responsive and friendly and really made our vacation just completely hassle free and perfect. I can see why this place is always booked!

What a gem! Gabriel also was gracious enough to offer us local recs (we had kids with us) and a late check out so we could take advantage of the beach which is RIGHT OUTSIDE.

We just got home from a wonderful stay in Aptos. Our family of 5 plus 2 dogs were very comfortable there. Loved hearing the crashing waves at night. We enjoyed Sarah’s recommendations of local restaurants and beaches to visit. It is an easy drive to Santa Cruz just North or down to Monterey just South. I would highly recommend staying at her beautiful home.

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Beautiful setting and the house was incredibly well stocked with all the things we needed to cook and enjoy.

The kitchen has everything you need. It was so easy to make meals & enjoy our company @ the place. No need to go out for food👍

Very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings, very kid-friendly location, and lots to do around the area. The grocery store across the street was very convenient.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

We had a great time at Seascape. The home was right by the beach and playground, also central location to lots of places by Santa Cruz and Monterey. The home was spacious for three adults, a toddler and baby. It was also very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Always a great time at this condo! It is so close to the beach that even my baby did not have a problem going back and forth! Clean and bright, beautiful views.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

This condo was perfect for my getaway trip. Spacious, well-appointed, and the views from the balcony were beyond amazing! Although this was a solo trip, I could easily see staying here with others and not feel the least bit crowded. I was blessed with blue skies and warm temperatures. Perfect weather for al fresco dining on the balcony and exploring Aptos.
