Stunning house, incredible host and support when needed. Had a door sticking on arrival, and Hanel had a locksmith around within 30 minutes to fix it and make our stay more comfortable. The location is great, beach across the road is stunning for swimming. We really enjoyed our time in Gordons Bay and this beautiful home.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! we were two families and there was ample space for everyone. kitchen had everything we needed. the host provided some fantastic local coffee and rusks for breakfast - this touch was much appreciated! thank you for a wonderful stay

Het was een mooi, comfortabel huis met leuke terrassen met zicht op zee. Volledig uitgeruste keuken. Grote, aangename slaapkamers. Alle comfort. We hebben er graag verbleven. Nadine reageerde snel als we iets wilde vragen.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to all attractions/shops/restaurants and beach. Louwrens was responsive, welcoming and made us feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze. We loved coming back and will come back again!

This is a beautifully maintained apartment with one of the best views in the Strand. We loved having sundowners on the balcony, cooking in the modern and well equipped kitchen and having the beach on our doorstep. The safe undercover parking was an added bonus. Marius is a gentleman and ready to assist with any enquiry. One cannot go wrong with staying at 85 Cap d’ Azur.

This was deep exhale from the rush of everyday life. We spent slow mornings listening to the ocean and quiet evenings watching the sun set over False Bay. It is a rare kind of place that leaves you softer, quieter, and more connected to yourself. Thank you Eva and Marina, you will see us soon again. ✨❤️

Set part way up the mountain's base, this gem has a lovely view of the ocean, an oblique view of Table Mountain, and is wonderfully tranquil. Their quaint garden is so pretty and the verandah is splendid for a braai (barbeque), sunset, or enjoying the breeze. The shower/bath was pleasant (good pressure and temperature control), and everything was clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable (firm, but giving mattress, 100% cotton). The kitchen is well stocked to your cooking needs (bar an oven), and we were treated to some lovely things (which may have been courtesy of our anniversary). As for the hosts, they are spectacular! Friendly, helpful, engaging, responsive, and kind. They really added such a special element to our stay (though they were not in the least intrusive). I would most certainly recommend staying here. Go for the coastal drive, hike the mountains, explore the beaches, Steenbras dam and local eateries.

Spotlessly clean, super check-in, very professional. Only recommendation: Install vents or, better yet, air conditioning in the bedrooms. It gets hot during the summer months.

The apartment was perfectly located within walking distance of everything. It was exactly as per the photos and description with brilliant amenities.

BEST AIRBNB I EVER TRIED 👌🏽. This AirBnB by Stan is by far the best i have stayed in & I have travelled across Africa and Europe for over a decade.. Stan was super helpful as I contacted him very last minute. Its 40Min from Cpt Int. Airport but it could had been 4 hours & it would had been worth it.. You know you are in for something special when you arrive to the area, Gordons Bay is amazing but walking down the stairs to the landing of the apartment & being welcomed with the most incredible view & you know your are going to have a magical time..A view that offers a beautiful Italian looking Harbour, wineyards, mountanz, beach and ofxourse the ocean.. Everything worked in the apartment , applaiances are new, toulet & Bath really modern and clean, bed fantastic.... Top Host and place.. You never get dissapointed here..

We were once again very happy with our stay at Nanette’s place. The apartment is beautiful, the view is fantastic, and the hospitality was great. I would book again anytime and highly recommend it.

Place was super clean, neighbour's were super quiet and everything in the flat worked. bath was super awesome and then falling asleep listening to the ocean was amazing. Even though it is right next to the main road, only really heard traffic in rush hour. Definitely will stay again when needed.

Das Appartment im dritten Stock hatte von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer bis hinüber nach Hermanus mit seinen spektakulären Bergen. Küche, Wohnzimmer und erstes Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem, was wir für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt benötigten. Wir haben uns in diesem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit L war sehr nett und jederzeit hilfreich.

Our stay at Jurgen und Adele Bredel's penthouse was absolutely incredible! The penthouse itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. Everything was exactly as promised, if not better. The attention to detail and the care put into maintaining such a beautiful space were truly appreciated. Very cute and quaint cottage, separate from the main house and a street away from the ocean. Very friendly hosts and felt right at home.

Here you get your own little paradise! A top view from your living room over the sea towards Summerset and Cape Town, just above the beautiful big tropic deep green garden of Wieneke. Its a quiet, cleaned up district where I always felt sound and save outside (you may hear the navy doing its drills neareby). The small harbor and beautiful beaches are just around the corner. The climate is more pleasant here due to the mountain and sea winds slowly moving up- and downwards. I loved it! Will come back one day.
