Booked a few times for work colleagues. Lovely property, straightforward checking in.

Petite déception de n'avoir pas pu être accueillis par les propriétaires. Nous attendions qq détails pratiques. Petit détail: manquent des gobelets dans la salle de bain pour éviter de prendre des verres de cuisine; et aussi de quoi poser le shampoing dans la douche: ceci n'est pas coûteux mais apporte des agréments....

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Un appartement lumineux avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour! les enfants étaient heureux de trouver des jeux et des livres pour s'occuper. Tout était très propre! Il y a de nombreux commerces a proximité accessible à pied, boulangerie petit supermarché restos boutiques d'artisans. Loïc était très réactif pour les messages, merci pour les accommodations. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir au central si nous repassons dans la région. nous recommandons les yeux fermés!

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Thank you Caroline for your hospitality and friendliness.

We had a perfect stay at Megan’s place. Nice drive through the area very picturesque and quiet which is what we was looking for. We arrived at the house spotlessly clean, Spacious with everything you could need! Amazing tv (we couldn’t actually believe the size of it!) the garden topped it off completely, a sun trap which we relaxed on the rattan sofa had a dip in the hot tub and chilled till the sun went down. Comfy cosy bed, good nights sleep to wake up with the birds chirping away and another dip in the hot tub before we left and as it being a Sunday Megan suggested we stay an hour later to have a little lay in, Megan is a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will 100% be back xx

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

Abi’s place was exactly what we were looking for in a home away from home. The house was well stocked, spotlessly clean, homely and the perfect size for us. With free parking outside it was ideal for our work van. The neighbourhood was quiet, which helped get a good nights sleep each night. It’s a short walk to the local pub for dinner and drinks and has a convenience store on the corner for any essentials. Abi was a wonderful host, with clear instructions, making it easy for us to check in and out. We were made to feel very welcome and would recommend Abi and her home to anyone!

We zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf in het huis. Het centrum van Wissant is op wandelafstand, veel ontspanningsmogelijkheden in de nabijheid, het huis is gelegen in een rustige straat met erg weinig doorgaand verkeer. Onze kinderen (8 & 10 jaar oud) hebben er eveneens van genoten.

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Thank you Dan for making our stay a great one⭐️

Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. We had such an amazing time at Becky’s place. We felt at home straight away and the sea views were incredible. The interior was so stylish without being soulless, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The location is perfect as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

The photos don't do it justice - the flat is literally a few steps from the beach, with sea views from the bedroom (from the bed!) and living room. Very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice clean stylish bathroom with shower and bath.

Outstanding in every respect - a real find! The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and in an excellent location only a few minutes stroll from the seafront. The flat is equipped throughout to a very high standard, and is full of thoughtful little extras which made our stay really special. A real home from home - very highly recommended.

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants. Fabulous apartment beautifully presented, spotlessly clean with great attention to detail, very spacious rooms and comfortable seating, the balcony is outstanding with great views across the sea, close to some really good restaurants especially A la Turka Turkish restaurant, literally 2 minutes away.
