We really enjoyed our stay at the Stables. The hot tub was the real highlight and it was beautifully warm / clean. The property was amazing for children and our young boys loved the tree house climbing frame and being able to feed the sheep / goats. A great stay which we'd definitely recommend.

Absolutely lovely stay in this cottage. Our whole family enjoyed the stay and felt at home from the minute we walked in the door. Christine was always responsive to queries and provided a wealth of information in the welcome pack before we arrived. This enabled us to plan fully and make the most of our time on the new forest.

I would recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the new forest. We had a warm welcome from the owners at the front gate. The garden is amazing, we decided to pay extra to have the hot tub which was a nice bonus to have the use of in the evening. The games room was great, we had some nice family time in there throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again

We loved our stay at the old piggery, it felt very homely and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, right in the forest with ponies and donkeys on the doorstep! (Or driveway gate!) Thank you for our lovely stay, will be recommending to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Coleman’s Retreat. We were a group of two families - four adults, four kids and two dogs - and had plenty of space. The living area is just beautiful and the bedrooms spacious. The hot tub really made the stay for us (it was very cold February weather!); it’s very large and over looking the garden, fields and horses. Ashley was very helpful, quick to respond and booked our ferry tickets at a great discount.

fantastic home to stay in. so close to the New Forest and plenty to do nearby whether you like hiking, cycling, eating out, drinks, live music, spending time with Alpacas, historic buildings, visiting beautiful gardens, peppa pig world.. there is something for everyone nearby. it's quiet, private and peaceful. The house is gorgeous, plenty of light and space, warm and cosy, very clean. Hot tub is brilliant! definitely recommend staying here!

We booked this little gem as a last minute half term getaway and are so we did - great location for visiting local attractions such as the Wittering, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped, Wisteria Lodge (and the hot tub…wow!) is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you to Jane and Jeremy.

Really relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Superb decking area and private garden area. Lots of places to visit and the setting is lovely. In fact, met all our expectations and more! Really pleasant stay in sumptuous surroundings. Outstanding host!

Wanda’s place was amazing. The house was immaculate and beautiful with loads of helpful amenities. Lots of space, comfy beds with lots of bathrooms too. Wanda was an incredible host, super responsive and friendly, she went above and beyond before during and after our stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful and relaxing weekend. The local area- walking distance into burley lovely cafe for breakfast/brunch (lunch and dinner also looked nice on the menu). Two pubs, shops including somewhere to buy lovely Cornish pasties. Burley manor across the road with lovely grounds. Short drive- lymington with lovely shops and restaurants and Milton on sea for a beach walk. (Lots more but that’s what we did and enjoyed).

Lovely cottage in a great location. Plenty of space. We travelled in February and the weather was cold - there was plenty of hot water and the heating kept us warm. Perfect for a family - it allowed us to be together because there’s a big table and lots of sofa space. But it also gave us space for a bit of quiet time - the bedrooms are a good size so the teenager could chill out by themselves. It worked well for us

Spent a very pleasant weekend in the property whilst visiting Titchfield for a family get-together. The cottage, although quite plain from the outside, is full of character, warm and was spotlessly clean. Location is in the centre of the village, two local stores close by (2 min walk) for stocking up food and drink etc. Located on the lane that leads to the church parking can be “problematic” - but that said we had no problems. Good communication from managing team, easy check in and out. Would certainly use again.

Lovely old cottage had everything you could need for self catering accommodation. Comfy spacious living areas. Bedrooms linen towels were good quality and comfortable beds. Great for a winter break as the cottage was Cody to chill out in. We went for nice walks as the beach is nearby. Also food shops, gift shops and places to eat out we had lots to choose from!

we loved our stay at manor farm. the house was a treasure trove of beautiful old beams, and architectural features and fun stuff for kids and adults alike. I loved cooking on the aga and playing the piano! way bigger than expected and such a lovely peaceful location. we didn't want to leave

Great house, all we needed, spotlessly clean. Perfectly positioned.

This was our second stay at Magnolia Cottage. It’s a great base for the two of us and our dog, visiting family in Wellow. It’s set in a pretty garden with views over an adjacent paddock. Magnolia Cottage is clean and welcoming and everything works. Tina is a great host; always responsive. The property is on a fairly busy road and you do need a car to access local amenities. We thoroughly recommend it, and we’ve already booked another stay for later in the year.

Ideal location, spotless but homely house, good range of kitchen equipment, bonus baby toys, beautifully warm and cosy, friendly and helpful host. Will be back to explore more

Casa molto bella, ben accessoriata. Tutto molto pulito e comodo. Sandra è stata super gentile e sempre pronta a fornire supporto, quando richiesto. Il cottage è inserito in un contesto favoloso, pieno di verde, animali e tanta tranquillità. Vicino comunque si trova tutto quello che serve (pub, negozi, farmacia…). Dintorni bellissimi. Molto consigliato a tutti!

This is a very charming hatched cottage/house. The pictures don't do it justice as its even better once you arrive. Finding the house was fun as it didn't quite come up the the GPS but once we did we couldn't believe this was where we would be staying! We then spent the first 20 minutes literally exploring the house, finding all the many bathrooms, and just saying 'wow'! The kitchen is brilliant: 6 burner hob and two ovens, plus two sinks in the middle 'island'. Dining room table is absolutely massive and perfect for playing the many board games stored in the lounge. There are some nice paths behind the house that are fun to walk and there is plenty to do in the area: close to Romsey and Salisbury and also the New Forest (we are into geocaching so had a blast!). Overall we had a fantastic stay and I'd highly recommend this to anymore considering it.

Fabulous cottage, stunning location and we loved being able to walk down to the beach within a few minutes. Parking was super easy and the cottage was dog friendly too so the whole family got to go 😃 we really enjoyed exploring Ventnor and will most definitely come back again. Many thanks

Cosy, warm, clean. V comfy bed. Tiny, compact, v cute cottage. Fab garden - bonus extra space if sunny! Perfect for a short break. Joanna is a fab host - helpful, responsive, friendly. Highly recommended:)

We had a lovely stay - lovely house, very comfortable and easy to live in - home away from home! It would have been nice if we could have checked in earlier (4pm felt very late) and checked out later (10am is very early) but apart from that we had a great time and I would recommend the cottage for those wanting a relaxing stay in a beautiful area. It was a bit further away from the beach than the photos suggest but walk is pleasant and the beach beautiful.
