We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

Very clean cabin, some carpets etc looked brand new. Quite a roomy space, lovely decking and hot tub which we used even in awful weather. The view of the lake is lovely. Bathrooms lovely and modern, always hot water and both showers were power showers. TVs were smart TVs so we had Netflix etc available. Only downside I would say is that the hot tub is in view of the road so anyone passing by can see you. Host is very responsive and friendly!

We had an amazing time at the lodge. The jacuzzi is large; the house is absolutely pristine and extremely well equipped including plenty of crockery and an air fryer; there is a large TV for cosy evenings and a dishwasher. EV charger is free (needs plug adapter) and meant we traveled fuel free the whole holiday. The site itself is well spaced and quiet but also has a useful shop for hot rolls in the morning. The beach is stunning and only 15 minutes walk away. Welcome pack including milk and Prosecco (the two essentials 😅) provided. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful cabin with all year round hot tub use with beautiful garden and a pool you can use it the summer Quite surroundings and every you need on your door step and jo gives you loads of information for going out to visit other places Had everything you needed for a great getaway at a great price too Will definitely be booking in the summer so can get full use of pool, sun loungers, BBQ and fire pit

everything was vey nice, we all were happy and we would 100% come here again. exactly how the place looked in pictures and everything was super easy to find and do. the spa complex was amazing, worth every penny literally could of spend the whole day there.

Fantastic location for walking & exploring. The barn is beautifully presented and stylishly furnished. Very spacious. Loved seeing the Llamas on our morning walk with our dog - on our doorstep. The New Inn pub down the road - Victoria’s tip - awesome, friendly, great food at a sensible price - try the venison or brill filets! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer. We travelled to Stroud with friends for a two night stay. Anna was very communicative when we needed a cot for our friend’s little one and any questions we had. The pool house is a great location, bi fold doors open to a lovely patio, swimming pool and hot tub. A canopy occupies sofas, bbq and a pizza oven which we utilised. The fire pit along with sandals supplied and rugs are a nice touch to make it cosy. Further to this, Anna thought of everything supplying toiletries, sanitary items, right through to tea, coffee and breakfast supplies Inc a lovely loaf of bread and even dressing gowns to cosy up in Being a dog friendly location I don’t think you will find anywhere as good! The large garden area adjacent to the pool is more than big enough and enclosed for dogs to play and have fun. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to revisit again soon Many thanks Richard

Lovely accommodation, clean and well set up for a big group. Only improvement we could think of is that a check out at 11am for no extra charge would have been much appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay here this weekend. We were really surprised at how spacious the chalet felt because of how well Mark has configured the furniture and used the space. We saw a few chalets advertised to rent and this was easily the nicest from the pictures, and it didn’t disappoint. Really cosy, nicely decorated, comfy sofa, big tv. Everything we wanted for a chilled weekend. We have reason to stay in this area 2-3 times a year and will definitely see if this place is available again on future visits.
