Nos ha encantado la estancia en el apartamento de Xizhi. El apartamento está super bien ubicado en pleno centro de Kenilworth, muy bien equipado y con fácil acceso, aunque hay que subir una planta de escaleras para llegar. Íbamos con un niño pequeño, y él ha disfrutado muchísimo con todos los juguetes y cuentos que tienen en el piso para los más pequeños. ¡Sin duda repetiremos en cuanto volvamos a Kenilworth!

Thank you Nicholas for having me at Granny Flat. It was the perfect place for me to visit Birmingham and its surroundings. It was very quiet, clean and I felt comfortable. Every thing you need is conveniently within reach (shops, transports..). I also enjoyed the Canal walk from there to get to the city center. I'll definitely book again if I need to be back in Birmingham.

Perfect place to stay, close to the town centre with loads of shops and places to eat. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrive. The beds were comfortable however the sofa wasn't. We also found it was quite hot in the apartment but other than that a lovely place to stay. Will be back and will recommend to others.

A perfect place for an overnight catchup between two couples - halfway between Somerset and Lincolnshire! Lesley was a great host - quick to respond, helpful and friendly, and The Annexe was immaculate. It was well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as eggs and milk in the fridge, and it was great to have access to a couple of outdoor spaces for Rupert the Labrador to stretch his legs. We could have stayed for much longer (thank you for doing one-night stays though, Lesley!) and will definitely be back.

Lovely airbnb, a gem hidden away in the quiet English countryside! The airbnb was very clean and had everything advertised and Sally was very friendly as well. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in the area. The bedrooms were spacious and the walls were thick enough my dad was barely bothered by my baby crying in the evenings which is another great point. The bathroom was very nice with both a bathtub and a shower and having 2 separate toilets was a bonus when travelling with three guys. It was the perfect size for us 4 adults and a baby. We regretted not having brought our dog as well as she would have loved both the farm and the airbnb. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely book here again.

Wonderful stay at the very aptly named 'Snug' - cosy and yet with every useful amenity and spotlessly clean. Just fantastic. Also a lovely Nespresso selection, every type of tea imaginable and biscoff as well as chocolate snacks helped every day get off to a good start and end comfortably. The hosts are so thoughtful and flexible checkout was an added bonus.

WOW... What find Jo's place was, and if we're ever in that area again, I wouldn't hesitate to try to book Jo's place. Such easy instructions to find this beautiful, tranquil and private Airbnb, plus everything within the apartment, such as the fan,TV, heating etc. This apartment was stunningly presented, immaculately clean, and had everything one would need to enjoy self-catering if you didn’t want to go out to one of the nearby restaurants. In the evening, we opened the doors of the balcony, pulled up a chair with a beer and watched the wildlife as dusk was encroachin the deer, foxes, badgers and their friends were just there to be admired. I cannot say enough superlatives to say how much we loved staying here it was just a shame that our time was limited. Jo was the perfect host, left us to ourselves, and when our paths did cross, I could see why her reviews were as good as they are. Many thanks for a perfect stay. Dar.

I come regularly to training events at the arena and tried many other places but none of them have stood out as much as this. It's private location is perfect for me as a solo traveller and only 10 minutes walk to the arena saving me paying expensive car parking charges at the events I attend. I also love to stay healthy and prepare my own food, so close proximity to a supermarket/convenience stores is a huge plus. Due to the length of my journey, being close to a reasonably priced petrol station and having off road parking were also big ticks for this location. The hosts are fantastic at communicating with you from booking to check-in to check-out providing clear instructions. Gifting guests a home away from home, with the basics of tea, coffee, milk and chilled water and a well equipped kitchen, beautifully presented lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was supremely comfortable and it provided a cosy place to stay which I thoroughly recommend and will be using again! Thank you 🙏

Harry is an amazing host, the check in process was super smooth. The place was perfect and clean. The pool table and dart board were really fun! the beds were comfortable and the location was amazing! Harry's place was a 10/10!!

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The house is beautifully designed and exudes a cosy, welcoming charm that made us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The hot tub was a standout feature and the perfect way to unwind. We also loved the thoughtful details like the selection of books and board games, which added a lovely personal touch. It was a truly memorable stay, and we’re so glad we chose this place.

Excellent location with plenty of parking. Everything is walkable from the house. The property is in really good condition, with a wonderful sun-trap bit of outdoor space. Kitchen is well equipped and the host kindly provided extra cooking utensils we had asked for. Lashings of hot water for all four bathrooms. There is a real homely feel to the property. Can't recommend it or the host more highly.

Fabulous place located close to Warwick town centre. 15 min walk to all bars and restaurants. Beautiful home from home and ideal for our annual reunion. Thank you x

We loved our stay - what a find! Rebecca and Liam were brilliant hosts and the property is beautiful - so peaceful, lovely location, clean, check-in and out was so easy and we enjoyed Blists Victorian Village, Ironbridge and West Midland Safari Park during over weekend. Thank you again Rebecca and Liam - we will be back. Perhaps The Grange next time with more of the family ;) Hannah xx

Another peaceful stay

Het was me in eerste instantie niet duidelijk dat het om een ruimte bij Kevin en Teresa in huis is, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Fijne ruimte en mooie omgeving.

A great host and an amazing stay! Everything was thought out in the Airbnb and we felt right at home. We will definitely be staying again.

The apartment was just as described and in a very beautiful and quiet area. The internet worked well so I could work with no issues. Would stay again and can recommend.

Nigel and Emma were lovely hosts. Great communication and respectful of space. The space itself is very tastefully done and provided everything I needed plus nice touches of breakfast and nibbles items. The location is perfect to explore this beautiful town. I recommend this stay and the hosts very highly.

A great place to stay within walking distance of Earlsdon

Another wonderful stay with Pam and Paul as always. Everything is perfect from the beautiful apartment to the surrounding fields and views. It is a lovely place to totally wind down and relax and Pam and Paul go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Beautiful space outside to sit and just switch off. I cannot recommend enough and Pam and Paul are the perfect hosts. Thank you both x ❤️

A great stay in the Annex, it was perfect for what we needed whilst visiting to watch a band in Wolverhampton. The annex was very clean and cosy. Very comfortable and had everything we needed, it was a walkable distance to the venue which was great. Met the description on the listing. Very clear instructions on how to get into the property and we felt safe and secure. Thank you Lyndsay and Scott, I would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting :)
