Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

My partner and I had a lovely stay. Beautiful view of the water on both sides, very private and secluded and we had everything that we needed. Cath was a great host who gave us clear instructions and local recommendations which was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely spot, the house was cosy and well equipped with comfy beds. Debbie went above and beyond when we had a flat battery in our car. Would definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful and private, fantastic fire pit and lovely slow combustion heater, great kitchen and lovely deck looking towards 'the Mainland'. Great BBQ. Lots of birds and mammals. Easy access to beach.

House was amazing couldn’t fault in any way. Clean, comfortable and perfect. Views and location of house was absolutely fabulous. Host always replied to any messages very quickly and we super helpful with some sight seeing recommendations when we asked. 10/10 stay, thank you 🙏🏼

An absolutely beautiful location and a wonderful relaxing stay in our home state.

The most relaxing down time. Dream location , beach is so private only the local neighbours utilise it. even though the weather wasn't amazing we had a great time captivated by the ever changing view that is so close you can you literally touch it . The property set up makes it so easy to just walk in and feel right at home . This was our fourth stay since selling our own holiday home and is the perfect Airbnb for us each year.

A fantastic location right on the beach. The interiors are tastefully decorated with a well-designed layout, plenty of areas to chill out, and ample storage space for a longer term stay. We also enjoyed the selection of books and magazines. There’s a fabulous jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom, and it was so relaxing to go for walks on the beach and fall asleep to the rhythmic sound of waves. It’s well worth stopping at a larger supermarket before you get there to stock up with any food or other supplies you might need, so you can maximise your peaceful and relaxing stay.

Jason was a fantastic host. Great communication and went above and beyond to supply things for the stay. A beautiful clean house with great views and activities for everyone in the family. Would highly recommend.

The view was absolutely stunning and made our mornings and evenings extra special. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Orford Pavilion, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations, providing the ultimate sanctuary amidst nature's embrace. As a Tasmanian local, finding a nearby retreat that allows for true disconnection can be challenging, but this property offered a complete sanctuary where I felt fully disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The walking trails leading to the coastline unveiled picture-perfect spots where we were fortunate enough to witness a stunning full moon. The views are breathtaking. We also relished refreshing dips in the heated pool and enjoyed meditation sessions in the yoga studio. The open-plan design features soaring cathedral ceilings, abundant natural light, and stylish interiors that blend seamlessly with the breathtaking bushland. T attention to detail throughout the entire property is impeccable, with spaces thoughtfully arranged to allow for privacy if you were a larger group. Cannot wait to return!

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jack's place. Such an incredible view and perfect place to spend peaceful and quality time. We had great experience staying close to beach, enjoyed our bbq with hot pit in such a calm place. Specially the view is spectacular and such a lovely home to relax and enjoy the view. I would love to come back and stay there another time.

host able to accommodate early check in even though it was requested last minute. after 10+ hours flight and layover in between, an early check in of 1-2 hours also matters! place is nice, good kitchen and space that can easily house 3 small families. house insulation may be the only thing that can improve but sufficient heaters provided so it isn't too much of an issue. Pep pizza, a nice playground and a woolsworth is less about 10mins drive away while Hobart is a easy 20-30minsndrive so i'd say it's quite a convenient place!

Amazing location and a beautiful house. We enjoyed watching the Sydney to Hobart yachts make their way into Hobart. The house is very private and our host was very responsive to a couple of questions I had.

This is a beautiful family home in large landscaped grounds. It is private, quiet and absolutely delightful. The master bedroom is gorgeous and the morning sunrises stunning. Overall, this home would be the very best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, and we have absolutely loved our time here. Just a few minutes walk to the Hill Street grocer, bakery and small shopping complex, and another 10 minutes to stunning Blackmans Bay and restaurants.

Prefer just to a 'lock box' arrangement to access and use a place. As pretty straight forward to find stuff and use amenities etc in this accommodation.
