The condo had everything we needed and the service was great. There were activities available throughout the week of a diverse variety. The location is just minutes away (no matter what time of day) from the Animal Kingdom back entrance where all of the parks can be accessed with minimal traffic. Brooke was very helpful in letting us know exactly what to do do when we arrived. I was extremely pleased with our experience and I can be a tough judge!

Incredible vacation, was the exact right spot for my family and I to call “home” for a week. Had amazing amenities for my children as well as us as adults. Such a fun time and comfortable! If I was to give one “wish” was just to have a full length mirror somewhere, but that’s just a personal wish. Even without I still would recommend over and over!

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...

I really enjoyed this airbnb. It had everything I needed and was clean and updated. I will be booking again in the near future. Plenty of room, very quiet. Great stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at The Fountain. We love the area and feel very safe here. The beach access is amazing and all of the amenities offered. This place was spacious and very well maintained which we appreciate when staying a long stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb near the theme parks! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the parks, which made it super convenient for our daily visits. The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully, making us feel right. The Resort was quiet and safe, providing a nice retreat after a day of excitement at Disney. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area. We will definitely be returning soon! Zaida!!

Christina was an awesome host and very responsive.The place was so comfy and had everything we needed and some. It looks exactly like the photos and it even smelled really good when we walked in. We had a good time and will definitely be back to visit.

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Amazing little spot if you are in the Orlando area. Pristine air b&b. I walked into a freshly clean condo with soft music playing on the tv, lights turned on and a plate of snack waiting for me. Communication was wonderful and the door was peaceful and homey. Absolutely would stay here again.

Carolina’s place was lovely. Check in went smoothly. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was convenient. The complex was maintained nicely. The view from the patio is spectacular. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Jonathan and Nicole’s place was amazing! We experienced the most beautiful sunrises right from our balcony. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean and spacious. The area was quiet and charming, with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were very responsible, shared recommendations on places to visit, and always responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for this wonderful stay—it was awesome!

Highly 🙌 recommend anyone traveling with dogs! Nancy goes above and beyond for your pups. She welcomes them with fresh treats made with love by one of the locals, provides bowls to use, blankets to cover the couches, and doggie poop bags! AND surprises them with their own souvenir! Our pups really enjoyed finding their 🦀 🦀 and playing at the beach with them! From my first conversation with her, I knew she was definitely a dog person 🐾. We travel with 2 dogs and one of our dogs has MegaE with Addison’s. It can be challenging to make sure he’s comfortable. The space is spacious for a kennel and Bailey Chair. I appreciated the main area floor not being carpeted. It made for easy cleanup when our pup regurgitated from barking. The neighbors below are friendly with dogs of their own and the neighborhood is dog friendly too! 🐾 The location is fantastic and quiet! It has easy access to the beach within walking distance. New Smyrna Dunes are a must to check out with pups!!! 🌊🐾☀️🏖️ Thanks Nancy!

This was my second time staying at Danny’s place and I’m already looking forward to staying again next winter! Danny is an awesome host! He’s easy to talk to and responds very quickly! The condo has everything you could need and the area is wonderful! I really enjoyed staying at Danny’s and can’t wait to go back!

Condo was so pretty, clean and easy to find! Kayla was super responsive, nice and receptive! Looked just like advertised! Will definitely come back here next time i visit the area!

We have 3 children and this place was great for our family. It had everything we needed and more, location was great, and hosts communicated well. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed staying at this place! Travis described it perfectly and there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 kids 10, 7, 5). Pool was amazing with slides for the kids and most places were within 5-10 min drive. If you have kids and are doing Disney, don’t bother bringing a stroller. They have a double stroller that comfortably fit my kids (rotating seats). Excellent place and we will be back again in this condo!

Mark’s place was great. Easy to find and very easy self check in. Very close to all amenities and the property is easy to get around. Mark was helpful and responsive with any questions we had. I would not hesitate to book Mark’s place again.

My parents, husband, and I stayed at Anderson’s place for a spring break vacation. We were happy the condo was on the first floor and right next to the handicap parking spots since my parents have difficulty walking for a variety of reasons. The unit itself was very nice and we really liked the layout. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked, but if we had been walking around at the Disney parks all day like we had when we were all younger, we surely would have been too tired to notice any discomfort from beds. We checked out both pools and the one near the clubhouse was very nice! However, we did not swim in it due to time. Overall, I feel like the place was worth the money spent to stay there.

We had a great time!! Our room was very nice and the perfect size for us, Chris was very helpful about different things and gave great recommendations on places to eat!! Overall we had a great time and definitely recommend booking with him!
