Due to a wonderful roots trip, we were looking for a great place to stay where all three of us could have our own room, while still being able to spend time together and prepare our own breakfast. After some searching, we found this amazing Airbnb, and we haven’t regretted our choice for a single moment! The place looked exactly like the photos, and everything was just as we expected. The property manager, Ezekiel, was always available and occasionally checked in to make sure everything was going well. The security guards at the gate were also very friendly and made us feel extra safe. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future! This place was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. Most of all very SECURE. As a group of female travelers and first time visitors in Nigeria, safety was very important to us. We felt very secure our entire trip. There were guards at the estate gate, gatemen at the apartment gate and receptionist at the lobby. The security was no joke. Nuel, the house manager was amazing and incredibly patient, helpful and always available. I enjoyed every bit of the stay. I’ve literally recommended this place to anyone who will listen lol ( one even booked immediately after we left) DON’t think twice just book!!! My only complaint is that the beds are extremely firm, which was unexpected but surprisingly it did wonders for my bad back so maybe it was a good thing after all lol!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. I felt safe throughout my visit and had everything I needed. Will definitely be returning.

Nice and quiet estate.

Clean apartment, everything works (WiFi, hot water for the showers, large TV in the living room, plenty of A/C’s, washing machine …and the list is endless!) I loved the fact that it’s a ground floor flat as we travelled with lots of luggage! Mr James was very helpful and the co-hosts were super responsive, nothing was ever an issue and they were also very proactive Estate security are a bit “somehow” but to be fair, they have a job to do and for the most part they did it relatively well

Where do I begin? This was a very peaceful stay. It was my first time visiting Nigeria and I’m proud to say that the manager Emah made sure that I had everything that needed. The response time to my request was amazing. He made my stay free of stress. The property is close access to food and lounges. The security on the property requires a code for you to enter and leave which made me feel secure. I recommend this great place!

I had such a lovely stay,The host was incredibly nice, responsive and made everything so easy and comfortable. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. He’s a great host honestly one of the best I’ve ever encountered A special mention the housekeeper she’s an absolute gem .So kind, helpful and just a breath of fresh air. She really added a personal touch to the whole experience. The place was clean, well-kept and felt like a home away from home. I think Francis undersold this space; I was traveling with family and we felt right at home with the homey feel of the place. Beyond the modern touch and fully functional 4bd/br, we were welcomed with lovely treats on arrival, made our day 😊. Francis also made the effort to usher us into the residence despite our late arrival, it was a wonderful gesture that set the tone of our stay. On the property, it was fully equipped with utensils, and cookwares so you can unleash your inner chef. There was 24/7 power, backup power and washing machine to ease our stay. The house is also well situated with live-in security; it is very walkable and surrounded by numerous supermarkets, clinics, church and eateries. It's walkable to the beach if you want to bask by the shores. All in all, 10/10 and currently my top Lagos stay when next I visit again. I also want to note that Francis was very responsive and was quick to resolve any questions we had settling in, a very lovely and attentive host!

This is our second time staying here. We loved it the first time we stayed so we decided to stay again and it did not disappoint. There were notable improvements such as mirrors in all rooms and extra crockery, utensils, etc, in the kitchen. The host clearly takes recommendations on board. WiFi, electricity etc. was constant. Security was tight, and the property was well maintained and clean. This property is indeed a home away from home. The manager of the property Rita was very pleasant and kept us informed of activities in the area and when the cleaner would be arriving, she was also very responsive when we needed her urgently (we were locked out). The cleaner was hardworking and discreet. All in all, a fabulous stay again and an A-star service. They were very flexible with arrival and departure times, which was much appreciated. Thank you, Osas, and thank you, Rita. We look forward to our next stay.

Eniville was Amazing. Super close to points of interest and also provided the privacy needed. Had uninterrupted power supply and felt very much at home. The location matched the pictures and is super comparable to other top Airbnbs I have stayed at. This location came from a personal recommendation and I'll be sure to recommend Eniville to my other friends. Eni, our host, was also on top of things and I have no doubt my family and I would be staying here again on future visits.

Absolutely stunning property, stayed with a few friends for two nights, and I absolutely love it. Kevin is professional, quick to respond and went the extra mile to get me into property as early as possible as per my request. The property is as described and more, tastefully furnished, love the snooker table. Non interrupted power supply, serene environment, secure, and close to shops , bars and restaurants. Good value for money, with a very good host. I definitely will be staying again. I will say my experience at the property was a 5-star, and what stood out for me was Kevin's quick responses and readiness to deal with any issues .

Dr Tosin’s apartment is really amazing and was as described. It was clean, secured with beautiful decor. We had a pleasant time at this apartment and felt like home away from home. The apartment was peaceful and situated in a gated and secured estate. The host was very responsive and always communicated with me to ensure our stay was comfortable. From functional kitchen to constant power. There was a back up generator (scheduled time), battery pack, solar panels, all of which to ensure available power for TV, fan, lights, etc. I would consider staying here again when next I am in Lagos.

Finally got to base to write a review. I was at Okechukwu’s place with my family of five and we were so amazed at how beautiful it was. Great environment, well equipped and clean. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and yet discover Lagos. Definitely a peaceful place to relax from all the hustling and bustling of Lagos. Thank you Okechukwu for being so flexible with us. Will definitely be coming again.

It was my families first trip to Lagos so it was important for us to feel comfortable and safe. I made a mistake in not asking for flexibility around when I could check into the apartment and realised my mistake at the 11th hour. I was able to find a solution for my family, however, even though the situation was my mistake, I wish that I was met with a more supportive response, in this respect, from Uchenna. Outside of this, Uchenna and her team made us feel very comfortable and well attended to. Her supervisor (Emerald) went out of her way late at night to come herself and fix a wifi problem we had at the apartment which was amazing of her. And any issues we had during our stay were immediately taken care of by Uchenna’s team, shout out to Mr Kingsley! The apartment itself was spacious, in a great location for enjoying Lagos and the estate is very secure with an amazing family feel- my son loved playing with the other kids in the playground! We loved it! Thank you!

Great Airbnb, Eugene was a fantastic help. Lateefah constantly checked in with guests. The apartment looks even better in person, nice rooms and kitchen, everything was well cleaned and the ACs / appliances work perfectly. The apartment is located in a very secure building. I would not classify this area as Lekki Phase I but more Ikate. Easy to get to VI, Ikoyi once you get past the busy T junction near the petrol station. The only thing I would mention is about the water pressure and slight stench from the water - but this is a Lekki problem so it is best to have bottled water and also Dettol on hand. Would recommend this AIRBNB to anyone staying in Lagos for a while. Again, big thanks to the porter Eugene and the gatemen who were always available and handy. Hopefully this review helps anyone looking to book.

Always a pleasure to stay here! The view and the sound of the ocean is so calming. Communication with the host and her team is flawless.

Joseph was a perfect host, communicating right from the outset throughout our entire stay. He went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. For example, knowing that WiFi in Lagos can be spotty, Joseph has not one, but two back up networks in the apartment! That’s dedication 😊

This is a gem of a place. It is Located in the popular Victoria Island area and tucked in between some key buildings. The room was nice and the host Bassem and his team were always responsive and open. I definitely would recommend this place to someone visiting Lagos, Nigeria.

Charles's apartment was clean, well-organized, and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay for my sister and me. The host was kind, attentive, and responsive. We’ll definitely be returning to book our next stay whenever we're in the area.

Very clean and decent apartment. I like the fact that there is a spare visitor’s toilet and the place is very close to shops and amenities. Enjoyed my stay and will hopefully be staying again.
