It’s everything the reviews say—and even more! Mona has clearly put a lot of care and thought into the amenities at the property. It had absolutely everything we needed for both us and our fur babies. We honestly would’ve been happy to stay at the cottage all day, enjoying the floating dock, the wildlife, and the kayaks—but we’re glad we ventured out to try some of the local spots: • El Taco Loco served up incredible tacos and horchata. • Waffle Monkey had a delicious breakfast. • The wings at Buffalo Chips were also really good. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Séjour très agréable, calme une vrai vacance, belle maison propre, piscine et spa, et la maison était équipé de tout, rien ne manque. De très belles chambres avec des lits très confortables. La cour arrière donne sur un petit canal, de toute beauté de voir les bateaux passer, les gens nous salut. Très agréable. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, magasin, resto, la marina TARPON POINT à voir wow de wow tant la vue avec les bateaux que les restos succulent et les boutiques. A tout les samedis matin, à environ 10 minutes de la maison il y a un marché en pleine air, le Market Farm, super bien, et après à côté il y a le restaurant le Rusty’s pour le dîner belle terrasse. Et tout c’est endroit avec la possibilité d’amener votre chien. L’hôte Ingrid est très gentille, comique, et répond très rapidement à vos questions. C’est une maison à réserver. This place was perfect for my wife and I traveling with our Parrot. Friendly neighbors and beautiful palm trees surrounding. We would definitely book Martina’s place again.

The trailer was pristine, clean, comfortable. They thought of everything. The kitchen was stocked all of your needs coffee maker, filters, coffee, utensils including a vege peeler, ice cream scoop, knives, scissors, ice maker. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. The pool was nice with hot tub. Great location. Would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing House and Hosts!!! The pool and lake are a real gem. We had a lot of rain and couldn't go out much, but there was so much to do at the house that we had a wonderful time. The garage has a lot to do and all the beach equipment you could dream of. We ended up having a scary health situation arise and Stu and Catherine were so helpful and responsive. I would recommend them as hosts to anyone, the house was so well stocked, even with toddler/baby options, the guest book had so much useful information about the area, and they were always a message away if we had questions. We're looking forward to booking them for a vacation again next year!

Tina was such an amazing help! I will be picking this Airbnb home again! Great place with all of the amenities of home included. The house is walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato and the Pavilion. Lots of great dining options in walking distance.

I had a wonderful stay at Lyuba's charming house. It was well located, clean and had personal touches that made the stay exceptional. I highly recommend this rental.

Ben was very helpful with all questions asked. A resource book would be great in the future for instructions leaving the place and resources around.

Alina’s house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, close to everything, easy to get to. Alina was a perfect host—responsive and flexible.

Loved our stay!!! The weather didn’t cooperate, so we appreciated the amazing home. The communication was great, we coordinated the water taxi & check in time. The place is perfectly simple, well stocked, and felt like home. Loved having the extras for the few things I forgot. We are looking forward to staying there again! The drop off dock & beach are a quick walk either way! If you’re looking to stay on LGI, she was the perfect hostess to walk you thru how it works from the water taxi, grocery information, and all the “need to know’s” to make your stay unforgettable!!

We were in Julia’s cottage for the second time and enjoyed our stay as much as we did the first time. The cottage is cosy, modern, well equipped and super clean. Communication with Julia is perfect. Highly recommended!!!

Very happy with my accommodations and stay! It had everything I needed to work from home inside as well as a covered outdoor space. Great location. Minutes to restaurants and beaches. Downtown Bonita Springs was full of great music, the wonder gardens, bars and restaurants, very close by. Ice cream within walking distance. Giuseppe was very accommodating and answer any question or request immediately. It was a very comfortable two weeks!

Perfect place for us to stay with our toddler while visiting family. The amenities were exactly what we needed, pool was fantastic! Hosts responsive, would definitely stay again.

Joy was a delightful host and we loved her cute little cottage! She was super responsive to a couple concerns we raised and eager to provide a great stay. The cottage was a cozy retreat in which she takes great pride, and she has created a beautiful and relaxing tropical oasis around the outdoor patio. We’d be delighted to stay there again in the future.

It's a wonderful place to stay. Very private and peaceful yet close to many activities. There was a problem with the A/C unit, but the host was very responsive and fixed the problem quickly.

My family spent Christmas at Kari's this year, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Her home was beautiful and clean, and it was decorated for the holidays, which was an amazing addition. It was perfect for my family of 6 people and 4 dogs. There is a beautiful fenced-in yard, which provided a great backdrop for my engagement! Would love to stay here again!

Charles was a great host! He gave us great instructions. He recommended plenty of restaurants along with activities for us to do. His place was absolutely beautiful inside. It reminded me of camping trips we've had. My son had a good time catching catfish from the backyard. The house was very clean. He provided condiments and spices. He had everything well stocked. I'd love to stay here again and I highly recommend Charles's place.
