過年期間去高雄遊玩，很幸運找到這間舒服的住宿，使用空間大外，還有浴缸可以使用，整體環境非常乾淨簡約，如有機會再去高雄玩，會希望二訪！房東親切，回覆即時，還有一隻叫妞妞的狗超級可愛😍

Schöne Unterkunft und gute Lage. Gastgeber ist immer gut zu erreichen. Nur die Handtücher waren viel zu klein und zum Duschen nicht geeignet.

Great stay. Very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive. Had elevator. Located near lots of places to eat. Would stay again!

我是第11個寫評價的房客，房間留意的事項，已經在前面10個評價內寫得非常清楚，已經沒有其他需要補充了。 所以讓我來總結一下: 留意事項: - 沖涼地方沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡後整個廁所都會濕了。(地下有一個廁所，另外1樓和2樓都有一個附設沖涼設施的廁所，我們將其中一個設置為專用沖涼房，因此我們有兩個乾爽的廁所。) - 假如兩人同時沖涼，熱水會偶然稍微被影響，但不算太嚴重。 - 兩個可用的房間都在一樓，行李需要搬上一樓。(2樓只有一個附有沖涼設施的廁所可以使用。) - 如房東所寫，但是只是間中才有輕軌的聲音，很輕微也不刺耳，可以接受。 - 廚房去水糟去水緩慢，房東有立刻回應並提出改善方法，但是因為沒有煑食，所以我們沒有嘗試去處理。 - 早上地下有去水道的氣味，但是空氣流通後便減輕了。 - 床如圖片顯示一樣，都是放在地上的床褥。 優越的地方: - 房源如圖片顯示很乾淨溫馨，佈置得非常漂亮。 - 門口可停泊車輛非常方便。 - 步行4分鐘便可到達輕軌站。 - 1號房間非常寛闊，開了三張床後，仍然有足夠空間打開行李。(2號房間若只開兩張床，仍然非常寬闊，但是假如要開第三張床，便稍為有點擠迫了。) - 水壓也滿意。 - 房東提供了免費瓶裝水，零食，沖涼液和洗髮乳。 - 房東也有提供要收費的一次性用品，例如牙刷，剃鬚刀….. 等等 - 房東非常友善，回應非常迅速。 因為房源非常乾淨漂亮，房東也很友善，所以整體來說還算滿意。

房間很乾淨，卡拉OK很讚，可以唱到很晚，六合夜市就在旁邊，可以逛完買回來吃，價格又實惠

空間很大，還有規劃飯桌區域，家人朋友聚會適合！ 有提供停車位，不用在外面找停車位很讚👍🏻 可惜洗澡時水壓有點低，建議可以換別的蓮蓬頭試試看🥺

JouYi is an excellent Airbnb host. Her apartment was exactly as advertised. Spacious, furnished, and very clean. The Wi-Fi, television, hot water heater, refrigerator and air conditioner all worked perfectly. She is also a very responsive host. If I had any questions, she would reply to me promptly with an answer. I can highly recommend a stay at JouYi's apartment rental in Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City.

Bella反映迅速，我們反映期望有電鍋煮熱食，她當天立刻補上。讓我們一家四口在2025年在高雄過年有溫馨住家的感覺。 Bella知道我們要在高雄圍爐很貼心幫我們準備火鍋器具，這點值得稱讚。地點絕佳，鬧中取靜，社區很安全舒適、離捷運站近，都是優點。

房東回應很快,很隨和,也健談. 旅居很方便,高雄車站及捷運站相鄰,樓下也有公車站.距離六合夜市也不太遠！

We had a lovely stay at Jacky’s place. Jacky was very friendly, responsive and supportive. The location was very good as there were trains, busses and you bikes that took us anywhere we needed to go within walking distance. The photos and the description matched the apartment we stayed in. Thank you Jacky for having us.

Wow David should be the cultural ambassador for Taiwan ❤️🥰 He was so friendly, super kind and extremely helpful. His place was spotlessly clean (and he does it all himself!) We had the best time in Kaohsiung and didn't really want to leave. The room is also super tidy and spacious, everything is functioning perfectly and the bed was comfy. David really made our first few nights in Taiwan so welcoming!

Great location, the unit is in a quiet neighborhood very close to the park and only a short walk to the MRT. My family of four included 2 young children and having filtered water and an instant hot water Brita system was crucial for heating up milk for the baby. There is a large new fridge too. The host provided new towels, clean and fresh linens, toothbrushes, indoor slippers, and kitchenware, all very useful. We also ran the cleaning robot frequently to maintain a clean unit. We also used the washer and dryer and it worked very well. This place is very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. We enjoyed it very much.

Absolutely would book again, beautiful home, clean and tidy, close to the night market and many other things. Great communication and friendly, very proactive as well!

非常舒服 交通方便 附近也有超商 離開的時候還有點捨不得～

交通非常便利，火車/捷運站旁邊而已！ 還有附停車位。入住時間很彈性，半夜入住也行！進入房源指示和設備使用說明都很詳細。房間很舒適，應有盡有！晚上非常安靜。提出問題也很快地進行回覆，非常推薦！已列入口袋高雄住宿名單☺️

Kian & Hunter are nice hosts, and the apartment is very neat & nice! We did enjoy staying there.

Great place for couples. Very close to MRT and bus station. KFC and McDonald 2mins walking. Walkable to nightmarket. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended.
