Great location for easy access to the airport on my business trip.

Pamela and Steven were amazing hosts! Proactive communication and directions were very clear and easy. The bed was THE most comfy ever! Appreciated the coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and they even offered to get us creamer. They supplied bottles of water and healthy snack bars too in the fully stocked kitchen. The Williams Sonoma soaps and room sprays were lovely! They really thought of everything and were so sweet! We would definitely return!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

My daughter and I had a lovely visit to Montecito and enjoyed staying at Santa’s wonderful place. Check in and out were very easy and we found ourselves walking down to Coast Village for coffee and shopping a number of times. We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood and also the close proximity to Westmont College.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son in law and grand daughter, spent 10 nites at Zora’s place over the Christmas holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and being able to be together to play games and open presents. The close proximity into Solvang and its Julefest made for fun walks. We also enjoyed nearby wineries, Santa Barbara and local parks. I do think in 2024 in the Tech State of California not having free high speed WiFi is a bit anachronistic. Paying an additional $5 per device for poor bandwidth was unnecessary and annoying. That criticism however is not a negative reflection on Zoar but rather the Worldmark property policy

Definitely one of my favorite casitas in the Santa Barbara area while visiting my daughter at UCSB! It’s so clean, fresh and filled with light, and very comfy. The hosts took care of every detail from bottles of wine to fresh flowers. The neighborhood is peaceful and it’s close to everything. Would love to stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped, making it a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location is also ideal—just a 5-minute drive from Ojai, allowing us to enjoy the town while staying in a peaceful setting. The kitchen had everything we needed, though a bit more lighting would make it even better.

Un rêve! Nous avons adoré notre séjour au ranch! Le paysage et la nature dans les montagnes sont sublimes et il y a plein de belles attractions autour! Après une journée à explorer la région, nous avons aimé retrouver le calme de l’endroit! Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques et les animaux le sont tout autant! Whether it’s your first time in SB or you’re a returning traveler, Kyle’s stay is the perfect spot to reside during your visit! Starting off with its location near needed stores and recommended restaurants like Jeanine’s diner, you can’t ask for a better location. A stay should consist of both an Experience along with Convenience and this home provides both. In using AirBnB, I think prompt communication from a host is a strong factor of making the stay a great one and Kyle executed that “to a T”! An issue would arise, she was quick to respond! I appreciate the home, the location and the professionalism that Kyle displayed during my visit.

This place was perfect for walking to town or to the beach. Very clean and modern decor. Delicious Nespresso maker for morning coffee. Jannett responds fast and was very accommodating! :) If you like to cook - bring your own olive oil and spices.

I absolutely loved staying here as a quick getaway trip. Angela was so friendly, answering all of the questions I had about the local area. The place was so cute with everything I could possible need to make it a home away from home. I slept like a baby—and I enjoyed that this really felt like a place where I’d prefer to live. I am definitely coming back.

Great location, one block from the beach. You can walk to restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. Nice remodeled unit and very clean. Complex is quiet and well kept.

The studio suite was exactly as described, comfortable, easy access and the fireplace was a bonus. We also helped ourselves to a couple of lemons! The location is close to downtown and many amenities. Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

What a great stay! Rami's space was exactly as described, super easy to check into, and very private. Despite being attatched to a main home we heard no noise + enjoyed the neighborhood! Such a great spot in one of the best parts of the Central Coast. Looking forward to being back soon!!

Our stay at this location was beyond wonderful! We only stayed for a night but would absolutely return here again in the future. It was clean with lots of natural light able to make it in, very close to downtown Santa Barbara, and just in a great and convenient location.

Jeffrey was flexible and accommodating. The space was perfect for our family and made for a great stay in Ventura!

We absolutely loved Geoffrey’s place and getting to know him and Annika a bit. So clean, great energy, comfortable, and it was perfect to have the hot tub and sauna available. We will be back again!

Had a great time at Maddi’s place location was great she checked on us to make sure everything was good and if anything was needed location was perfect walkable to beach state st and harbor also zoo right across the street.And when it comes to being stocked with dishes soap and pretty much everything you need I have never rented a place more equipped highly recommend we will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kiran’s place. She is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, making the time there so smooth and comfortable. Communication was always easy, and she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The home was very clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect, and i really enjoyed the scenery it was a great way to start each day. I’m so grateful for her hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. I would definitely love to come back. Thank you again Kiran.

The Solvang property was very conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The unit itself was immaculately clean, comfortable and relaxing. Anne was super responsive and patient with my questions and inquiries.

Very peaceful very nice place. Julie was an absolutely amazing host quick to respond very informative. Highly recommend the looking forward to staying again if the option arises.
